John Wesley is a great lawyer. He is very honest and knowledgeable of the cases that he represents. I was in a terrible car accident in which I got injured not just physically but emotionally. EVERYONE at this office are cream of the crop! I had the best experience with Matt Pardy. After a car accident I was in horrible pain and soon after I lost both my parents I was a mess. Matt was so kind and went above and beyond to get me amazing treatment for my injuries and he really was my savior. He was there through the loss of my mother and was so patient and kind. He sat through tear filled calles assuring me everything will be ok and I cant thank him enough for that!!! I felt like I was priority One! Ryan Reed is a diamond in the rough. I bet he won't be for long. He took all of my worry upon himself, and did so until we got what we deserved. If I happen to be in another accident - knock on wood - I will know exactly who I am calling immediately. My case was already complicated by the time I met Attorney J. Dan Clark. He successfully settled my case in mediation and I was extremely satisfied with the outcome. There was a substantial hospital lien which Attorney Clark was able to resolve as well. He was a very effective communicator and always kept me informed of any developments and/or any potential hurdles. She was in her hospital bed with tubes coming out from everywhere, but every afternoon that week I had to leave my wife for a couple of hours. I had appointments to interview attorneys about the death of our daughter. Everyone knew about the accident-it was in all the papers and on tv- so I had no trouble getting time with attorneys including the then president of the County Bar association, white shoe firms, and Stuart. In the end we chose Stuart Grossman not only because of his sincerity and empathy, but the way he answered our questions. We were not interested in a fast settlement. We wanted justice for our family wherever that journey would take us, and Stuart always took guidance from us on such issues. One can never be sure when making such momentous decisions, but unless the client knows something about wrongful death cases, sometimes you just have to go with your gut. Everyone was right about Stuart and he quickly became a friend of the family. We talked on many occasions about how the case was developing and when it came time for the five-day trial, he and his associate Andy Yaffa came to the house. They wanted to see our daughter's room and they stayed in there with the door closed for quite a while. Then they came out and said they were going to be at a hotel for a couple of days to "go to war" as they put it, and get ready for court. We were nervous. Stuart was reassuring. The questioning of the defense witnesses and our own expert witnesses were top notch. We were very proud of our attorney. And when the jury came back with a verdict of 37 million dollars, we did not know what to think. We were stunned. It was like a euphoric experience, but confusing at the same time. Then Stuart told us that we needed to get ready for an appeal, so right there and then we walked from the court house and were introduced to our appellate attorney. It would be a long road. Two appellate court hearings were followed by another at the Florida Supreme Court. Stuart never flinched. He was with us all the way, and although none of us knew that it would be for another seven years, there was no question-not one ever- that we made the right choice with Stuart Grossman.

I was referred to Coleman Law Group by a Physician I was seeing after a car accident. The point of contact person was a nice individual on the phone and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me to recover from the accident. Though a minor one, the impact on my physical and professional life was sufficient enough to pursue legal compensation. However, over time, and more time and even more time, it became increasingly apparent my point of contact person had little experience and I was given next to no guidance or attention. There was always another random person contacting me from their Firm with the same questions over and over again. It was so frustrating. Then I was told that they would be handing my case over to another Firm which led me to understand that they were incapable of delivering on their commitments. I was discouraged but then was given spectacular care, attention and guidance that led to an agreeable resolution to my Case and finally allowing me to move on with my life after working a brief but productive time with The Walker Law Group. Best thing that The Coleman Law Group did for me was hand me over to them. I was just disgruntled that Coleman was compensated more for very little contribution.
