I would like to start by saying I have not dealt with Cam Justice and his firm on a professional level (yet), but I know Cam personally. He is a very nice guy. I was going through a difficult situation, and he gave me some professional advice. He also recommended a colleague of his. They got me out of a big mess, which would have ended up costing me a lot more money, and more important than that, a lot more time. Being in the accident was stressful, but they made everything after easier. Sophie Schwartz held my hand through the whole thing and didn’t laugh at me when I asked for my case number for the 10 time. I wanted to take a moment to share my experiences regarding being a client at Glassman and Zissimopulos with John Kelly as my attorney. This time in my life was easily the most traumatic and terrifying experience in my life. I was arrested and falsely accused in an effort to take my freedom and my baby away from me for good. It was initially successful until John Kelly came into the case. Even with the trauma and shock I was immediately put at ease with Mr Kelly’s presence and calm professional demeanor. I hired this attorney back in July 2024 on a case against a car dealership and since then I have not been able to get any communication back from him or his office regarding the status of this case. In fact, the last I heard from him was October in which he states he will get back with me on an update. Many many phone calls and messages left for him and many many unanswered emails later i have heard not one word back. I paid his fee in full when I hired him and now am left with no result. I will be getting with the Florida Bar and submitting a complaint there also.

Given the high fee I paid, I expected better communication and professionalism. This is why I decided to give a low rating, as I believe client communication is a key aspect of legal services.

I met chris in his office and presented my case. I was hit by an escaped convict that hit a guard over the head with a shovel. The convict stole a f350 pickup and led police on a high speed chase. The convict hit me at 85 mph, and flipped me 3 1/2 times. I had multiple herniated discs in my neck and back. Chris got me with a great neurologist . And helped me get set up with a spine surgeon. He was able to recover me 1.1 million dollars in a settlement. I appreciate the work he and his staff did. I would reccomend chris if you need a personal injury atty. Morgan and morgan turned my case down when i originally consulted with them . Just remember bigger doesn't mean better.

James kept us very in the loop, always up to date on changes within our case. If we had any questions on the process or what something meant he had a way of using layman's terms that made it easy for us "non lawyers" to understand. James still is a point of contact for us when we have any questions regarding our auto insurance policy, when we're not sure what exactly covers what, as it can be complicated.
Also, our case was completed with settlement in five months, our accident was in September and settlement was given in January. My sister has an ongoing case that has lasted a year now and I told her she should have hired a better lawyer like I did! I couldn't be anymore satisfied after a stressful accident James got us justice for all the damages we sustained not only with our vehicle but with our lives (time out of work, medical bills, injuries overall).
