Everyone needs Robert Alston and his team on their side. It's best to have them from day one, that's what I did and I never regretted that decision. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. From day one they treated me as if I was the most important person in the world and they helped educate me throughout the process so that both of us would be best prepared to handle my disability case. A lot more items factor into the disability equation than the government informs you on their site. The disability law firm kept me updated on the continuing long and tedious process of filing, waiting, rejection and hoops to jump through. They understand and educate you not only on the legal issues, but the medical issues and their affect on you and your claim. They know you by your name, not a case number. Dan is one of the friendliest lawyers I have met, and I know a lot of them because I am an attorney myself. When I got into a car accident I didn't know what to do. Insurance companies wanted statements, my car was totaled, I was in pain, I didn't know how to proceed. Anastasia has made our dream of being together possible through applying for the K1 Visa in every way. From the beginning she laid it all out for us letting us what we need to start the application. Once we provided payment she got on it. Everything she requested, we provided plus more. Ensuring we had no issues with our application. We asked if our application could be expedited and she said only under certain circumstances. We were eligible to be expedited and she was persistent in making this possible. She didn't take no for an answer. USCIS had denied the request, but she informed us that we could possibly have our Senator could potentially help us communicate with USCIS to get our file pulled for expedited service. She provided the documents needed to give the Senator and he did the rest. Within two weeks we got our K1 approved for expedited processing with USCIS. Anastasia was absolutely worth it with paying an attorney to help us for our visa application. She was extremely personable, friendly, and about action to get our visa approved. I would recommend her to anyone I know in need of a immigration attorney. Even after getting approved she helped us get all the other documents that comes after getting approved. We got the work permit and green card within 3 months of applying for the adjustment of status. Our K1 Visa application clock started January 2023, moved my wife to the USA in September 2023, applied for the adjustment of status December 2023, and received green card and work visa February 2024. I was rear ended on April 28, 2016 and had injuries to my neck. I did not want to be stuck with medical bills so I knew I had to find a personal injury attorney. I chose an attorney that did not have a billboard. I found William Schneikart on line. Little did I know Bill would put the gloves on for me and fight for what was right and just. Bill was compassionate to me and took his time obtaining the information. He was patient and has a calming demeanor. I could tell right away he was passionate about his job and believed in what he did. Bill walked me through step by step and informed me that the case could take six months or longer. Bill always kept me updated on the progress of my case. Bill worked tirelessly obtaining all my medical records, the accident report, information from the at fault insurance company and my insurance company. My insurance company stepped up to the plate. He referred me to the best medical/chiropractor clinics. I had to get an MRI of my neck (the first one ever). I went to all my medical appointments, physical therapy, and I had procedures (facet blocks, epidural, disc decompression) to ease my headaches and neck pain. I had headaches most days. Bill kept me going because there were times when I wanted to give up since the at fault insurance company offered a low ball settlement which would not begin to cover my medical bills. I was stressed out and depressed. Bill (and his assistant Kelsey) gave me words of encouragement. The at fault insurance company refused to give what was right. The case would have to go to court. Although Bill is an excellent litigator, he knew this may be a long drawn out case. Bill brought in a married attorney team that had ALOT of experience dealing with the at fault insurance company to help with the fight. Bill works with this attorney team often. My case was resolved by May 19, 2017. It just took a little while to get the details worked out, and then we were delayed by the court for about a month. The at fault insurance company agreed to pay the maximum. I was relieved, since the medical bills will be covered and after attorney fees I will have enough for future treatments if needed. Bill will fight for you! I would hire him again in a heart beat!
