Jim is a brilliant attorney, who listens to his clients and gets results. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable.
I have consulted with him on several occasions. His preparation, attention to (medical) detail and presentation is simply outstanding. It is just second to none.
I also know Jim and his family personally. He is a devoted father and sports coach to his children.
I do not know any other attorney other than Jim, who personally travels across the country to get the correct information and depositions for his clients.

For the most part, unfortunately when you need an attorney it's because you need help with a difficult situation. That's what I received from Francisco Cieza, help. I found myself in a scary situation where I was taken advantage of and I didn't know what to do. I had never been in trouble or been in a situation where I needed a lawyer, but here I was! Francisco quickly defused my anxiety by giving me the facts of my case. This was going to be a process. I had questions, he had answers. I was nervous, he calmed me down. I never waited too long for a response whether it was a reply to an email or a phone call that he missed due to helping another client. He always followed up in a timely manner and was professional while being sympathetic to my situation. Needless to say I was very happy with the outcome of my case. There are two types of professionals I don't like dealing with: Doctors and Lawyers.
So when I got into my accident, I dreaded what I would have to go through. Bill didn't want to put me through any extra pain. He took care of it. Just all of it. Didn't have to think about anything. I just went to the doctors I needed and went about my life. An occasional phone call, email or letter, that was all he needed from me. He didn't give up even when the battle was tough. And he won it.
I pray I would never need this service again. But should I. There's no one else I would go to.

My mom had a bad accident and hired Ms Lopez. Her insurance wasn't covering her medical bills and the person who hit her had insurance, but they were giving her the "run around" Ms Lopez was extremely compassionate and contacted us regularly to give updates. Jack Gordon of Maney & Gordon, represented me in what was one of the most difficult and heart wrenching experiences of my life; the wrongful death of my youngest daughter due to gross negligence on the part of a hospital.
Jack worked very hard and diligently for me and more importantly, for my daughter. He was so well prepared to try the case that he very much wanted to take the case to trial. As a preliminary step before trial, we entered mediation with the defendant hospital. Jack negotiated very persistently on our behalf and we were able to reach an agreeable settlement. Although no settlement could ever assuage the grief and sadness over the loss of my daughter, it did help to bring closure, knowing that those responsible for the negligence associated with my daughter’s death were held accountable and compelled to take responsibility for their actions.

As far as attorney's go John Lawlor is an knowledgeable;e, professional and respectful as they get. A few years ago, a friend and I had gotten into some trouble. With my friend having a previous record, it was VERY important to find the best lawyer to get everything handled. We met with, and contacted SEVERAL lawyers throughout Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater. After the first meeting with Mr. Hannan, it was a very easy choice for us to hire him to defend us. All the other lawyers were pushy, not positive in the outcome, and very expensive.
Bryan was very easy to work with, get along with, and very reasonably priced. He told us from the beginning that everything would turn out ok, and we didn't have to worry about much. We only had to meet with him a couple of times, and appear in court one time, and everything was taken care of like he had told us in the beginning. I have recommended him a few times to other people, and they were extremely pleased as well. If you ever find yourself in trouble, don't waste your time searching, calling, and meeting with any other lawyers. You will be satisfied with the way he does his job! -
