I was very lost and had no idea where to go or find the necessary help. Mr Farzad was very responsive immediately, he offered me help and explained my possibilities when unfortunately I was full of fear and also did not know my rights in marriage and in the country, since I am also an immigrant and English is not my first language. From the beginning Peter was very professional, understanding and patient, there were times when I was falling apart emotionally and felt that I could not continue with the process anymore and Peter always had a huge patience and words of encouragement for me to keep going. Peter does his job with great professionalism but also with empathy towards his clients, he is very good at fighting for what is fair, thus showing great ethics and commitment. I am very happy with the results, Peter fought and worked on every detail of the case and did not let himself be intimidated by the other party at any time. I had an unfortunate situation where an Uber driver hit me and then falsely accused me of assaulting him. As much as I appreciated Lisa's expert legal insights and her ability to communicate those well, her office operations and paralegal support was lacking in my case. I had numerous paralegals, which caused confusion and delays. Then Lisa was suddenly unavailable (for personal reasons, I think, which can happen), and my case was handed off to a more junior attorney who did not know me, was not especially good at giving support, and who spent a lot of time collaborating with a financial expert that the firm hired to help strategize in some grey areas regarding what was community property vs. my ex's separate property. They had a legal strategy that fell on its face when it was presented to the mediating judge, and this junior attorney had no plan B... throughout the rest of the mediation they gave no help in legal strategy or negotiating advice, but left me to make all the decisions on my own. I ended up with far less than I had been led to expect, and my legal and financial consulting bills were huge. Lisa never reached out to me personally to explain her absence, and when I shared that I was disappointed in how things ended up, she was sadly very defensive of the junior attorney and took no responsibility other than to waive a few minor fees on the final invoice. I think Lisa is talented, but not sure she's good at managing a team. The office seems to have a history of turnover.

I highly recommend Lisa and her wonderful assistant Sharon to get you through one of the most difficult times in your life. Lisa is efficient and trustworthy. She means what she says, and says what she means, in a clear and understandable voice. Definitely a learning experience. I will be shopping around next time and making sure that I use my own health insurance so that I actually get all/most of my settlement and not 20% of it over a year later after calling periodically to remind them that I'm a client.😒 Their motto should be "Something's better than nothing".
Update in response to comment:
You are absolutely correct that sometimes there are unrealistic expectations, especially considering the fact that this was the first time I had gone through an accident. However, that does not excuse the lack of communication and the fact that had I not called periodically over the year there would not have been any movement on my case. Not to mention the fact that had I not called to follow up, I would not have received my check because according to your agent, one of your staff dropped my check underneath their seat and wasn't aware of it. So it never got mailed until I called and inquired where my money was. Like I said, it was a learning experience and hopefully you take into account what I've said when dealing with future clients.

For the people looking for legal help, Adam will show up for you. He represented me for an affordable price. My case took over a year to settle and he never charged me past our agreement. I was facing years in prison and he fought and got me probation. Now we did have disagreements, but he was always professional. I was ready to take a deal for jail time and he got upset because I didn’t trust him. When he got me probation instead, I felt like an idiot for not trusting him. He drove up the hill over an hour regardless of traffic and had his associate show up whenever he was in court. His other friend/associate is also a top tier individual. He told me when I first caught my case that the case was weak against me and that the lowest I could ask for was probation. Sure enough he was right. Sometimes you have to take the best deal instead of taking a risk fighting for a win. But I’m a free man with no jail or prison time at all. Adam also got my probation fee waved as well. On top of that after our contract was completed, he was willing to help me with probation paperwork and things like that. He's also easy to communicate with. Out of the near 2 years of representing me, we’ve never had any substantial issues. Some attorneys rely on personal relationships with the prosecution to get favorable outcomes, Adam simply did the work. He negotiated for the best deal. I told him I didn’t want to do any time. He said he will fight for me to the best of his ability and that’s what he did. Don’t waste your money on someone that won’t show up or take your calls. Adam will show up and if he’s in court and the court officer won’t let him answer your call, he’ll text you fast. Don’t take your chances with a public pretender either. Sorry for the length, but if you’ve made it this far, I hope you make the right choice and hire Adam with inland empire criminal defense.

Mr. Hamilton changed our lives for the better. I had gone through divorce 4 years before without representation. I wound up moving to Orange County to be closer to my family. The marriage and settlement agreement gave my ex wife physical custody and me “reasonable visitation.” My ex wife decided that meant she could dictate visitation how she saw fit. As she remarried and had another baby, she decided she would only allow me to see my daughters once a year, told me I didn’t have a right to phone calls, and if I wanted the girls to visit me during the summers I could wait till they were 18.
I hired Mr. Hamilton to represent me and file a request I for order changing the custody arrangement. He negotiated with me ex wife’s attorney and represented me in court. I now have joint legal and joint physical custody. I get to drive up every other weekend to see them. They now will come down here half the summers and alternate holiday weeks. I was missing out on my daughters’ lives. Mr. Hamilton fought for me. My daughters are the most important part of my life. I couldn’t be happier, and I owe this all to Mr. Hamilton.

He and his staff worked closely with me to ensure that they knew precisely what my parameters and limits were, and Mr. Hamilton outlined my options realistically. He then pursued the matter efficiently--typically composing a letter for my review as we sat in his office--and would contact me as soon as he'd heard anything from opposing counsel. He was smart, engaging, and obviously knew the law. He and his staff communicated timely and efficiently; I was never left wondering what was going on with my case. This has definitely not been an easy task for either of us. The past 3 years (almost) have been challenging. During my divorce, I have had to endure challenges which I wish upon no one. Divorce is stressful and overwhelming at times. It is a battle between two people at their absolute worst. But I am happy that I had his help throughout the process. We have come to and made agreements, only to have them disagreed to within the very next breath by the opposing parties.
He helped keep me calm throughout the entire process. And helped me refocus during the hard times when everything seemed to be at its absolute worst. I can say that he got back to me whenever I had a question. Sometimes those answers weren't what I necessarily wanted to hear. But instead what I needed to hear.
There is "no way to guess how things will be perceived in court" what decision will be made or how things will be looked at by a judge. The only thing that we can do to help the process is to provide the truth, and state what you are trying to gain so your attorney has a clear understanding of the end goal.
One thing I can say about Neill is, give him the evidence you have. Give a brief summary of what happened and let him argue the case for you to the best of his ability. He is VERY professional, VERY knowledgeable in his art, and a GREAT lawyer from what I have experienced over the past nearly 3 years working with him on my case.
I am happy that I found him, and I appreciate the hard work he put into this case during court hearings. As this was a VERY challenging time. I would highly recommend Neill Marangi to anyone who is looking for a divorce attorney they can trust.
He has been ethical, honest, honorable, trustworthy and patient. And has helped me with my misunderstanding's throughout this entire process and again I am thankful that I found him to represent me in my time of need.
I was once told "A happy marriage never ends in divorce" by a source I don't recall. But those words hold very true.
I hope to never need his services again in the future. But if I do, I know I can go to someone who I trust to represent me through bad times again. My brother was the victim of a drunk driver his femur bone snapped in half I regret recommending these people he only got $50,000 back thats how much they got him back for a broken femur bone the biggest bone in the body.
If you notice all the real reviews are posting numbers and what they got back and didn’t get back. All the fake reviews are about the same length and sentencing. And none of them are speaking numbers it should be illegal to post fake reviews. These people are the worst.

WOW is the first word that comes to mind about Warren. I had a tough case fighting for custody of my teenager. It is hard to enforce custody orders when your child is older and it was imperative to have enforceable orders as the clock was running out. Warren is an excellent attorney. Last year he represented me in an international move away case. I moved back to South Korea with my children and Warren successfully won a trial in which the Los Angeles Court decided that the case and custody was better decided by a Korean Court. He was well prepared, highly organized, knowledgeable about the law and procedures. In Korea, I won custody of my children and I have sole custody.

What to say about Goldie... She is a pushy, strong, fights for your side and will not stop. She is a powerhouse. There is nothing that my now ex wife wouldn't do to try extort money from me and being dishonest with the judge was also a normal thing for her to do along with her lawyer who also did not tell the truth. In the end, Goldie was great and got me divorced and also ended the crazy with my ex. I am free no matter how much my ex wanted to be married to our divorce to punish me. Goldie always listened to me. I was divorcing my husband and we had 2 young kids together. No matter what the other side did, Goldie would fight the fight for me. She would say things to the judge that I could not believe she remembered I told her. She knew all the details. The other side would hire and fire lawyers. Each lawyer was worse and they would just lie to the judge to try and get something. Goldie always prevailed. Amy is not a typical attorney. She cares more than most and makes you feel comfortable much more than most. My mediation case was extrmely civil and I think my wife and I owe a lot of that to Amy's professionalism and just staying on top of everything. There were no pitfalls, no surprises. Paperwork isn't fun for any of this but luckily she did most of it and even helped us do our part. The forms get really confusing so it is very nice to have someone be able to explain things in layman's terms.

Would give more than 5 stars if possible. I really appreciated my attorney being so willing to explain the legal process to me in layman's terms. From the moment I met with Amy Stavis, she was honest with me and helped me to understand how the confusing and overwhelming process of legal separation and divorce worked. With her help, my mind was put at ease and I was able to make thoughtful decisions about where to focus my energies. I had not even been aware of the "no fault" rules and once I understood that, I knew that certain things that I cared so much about and that I thought were so important would not actually have an impact on a settlement. Oddly enough, I had met with 2 other lawyers before ever having met Amy Stavis and this was never somehow explained to me. I felt like the others may just have been interested in a financial gain, thinking I could afford to turn everything into a disputed issue. Finding someone honest and up front is what I needed and I was able to obtain a very fair settlement because of the advice that was given to me by Amy Stavis. To this day, my ex-spouse and I are on amicable terms and I think this is due in part to Amy Stavis's personality and input in our case. My ex didn't have an attorney. She actually liked MY attorney and was made to feel comfortable in working out all of out property and child issues (custody). We now can coparent well.
