CAUTION! Michelle Cohen- Huggies is NOT to be trusted. It is only a matter of time before the claims of her unethical tactics become proven and she is disbarred. I too, have experienced her attempt to win by default and lie that I was properly served for an unlawful detainer. filed for a motion to quash (must be within 5 days from when served) and was dismissed. If you are her opposing council, do not under estimate her willingness to lie, cheat or steal!

I cant say enough good things about Steven Stolar and his team of lawyers. Steven always returned my calls and answered my questions. Mr. Stolar with the help from his associate was was able to negotiate a reasonable solution to my case. They did what other law firms could not do. The attorney was dismissive and persuasive when it fit his schedule. He pretended as if he was concerned but at the end of the day I was mislead and misrepresented. Do not use this attorney. Do your research and you will see. Give your money to someone that is willing to work for you.
The paralegal I had was amazing just not the attorney.

Ended up with nothing O support, no healthcare( i have cancer.) .Mr koch will not fight for you He actually said he dont care to me..I never went to court He drags case out so long you go broke.over 5 years $12,000 for what Ended up being uncontested devorce. Could of save the money did it myself. Does not tell u QDRO is$1400 more . up to u to get ex to pay his share after devorce Don't waste your money.

I was so impressed by the professionalism and knowledge at the law office of James Madden. Every time I had a question, he made sure I understood every answer. I never got to see my children, after being represented by melon for about a year. Which gave my ex time to move to another state. While melon seemed knowledgeable, my experience is she would argue and yell with me, more than in court. Don't confuse her for an advocate for the abused.
She has high rates & shows little compassion for abused women & children. During consultation, she checks her cell phone often, and has people come in and out of the conference room. She's dismissive and seems arrogant. 🚩
She seems to like the thrill of the games of the court system and in it for money $$ and power. I will not hire Michelle Brooker JD.

Mr. Anderson was simply stellar. I had a justified but very challenging Lemon Law case - which scared away most of the other lemon lawyers I spoke with. Thankfully, one of those lawyers referred me to Anderson Law. I guess he has a reputation in the field for being able to win difficult cases. He definitely succeeded where most others were too afraid to even try.
I would describe Mr. Anderson as thorough, precise, highly experienced, knowledgeable, articulate, intentional, intelligent, friendly, and very effective. I took great comfort in knowing that my case was being handled by someone whose expertise is off the charts. It is clear from working with him that his amazing track record is because he is that good, and not because he only takes the easy cases. I hope that I never get another lemon. I worked with this firm to consult about my mom's partner's previous marriage and to understand the status of her marital property shared with her ex-husband. Sent these guys a very detailed email with all the facts regarding my labor law case. They scheduled a zoom call following a few calls. Spoke with a person (not sure if a real attorney or not) named "Frank Zecolla" for an HOUR over zoom and agreed to send him evidence supporting my case. After sending him all the evidence requested they simply GHOSTED ME! Sent several follow up emails, called and left several voicemails and NOTHING, NO RESPONSE, NO COMMUNICATION, NO COURTESY CALL...
They Simply GHOSTED a possible client. Glad it didn't go beyond that. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and speaks VOLUMES on how this "firm" practices law.

once she takes on a matter, she sticks with it. In my case, which dealt with financial abuse of an elderly man, she travel to another state in order to get face-to-face interviews, gathered evidence and, when she had to bring in another lawyer to help, she was eager to assist him. She is especially gentle is relating to her client, helping to ease him past the hurt while remaining completely professional I would like to use her again.

Excellent in trial, smart. She is really good at what she does, and did a lot to help me understand the process and what my options were. She's very approachable and down to earth, not stuck up or stuffy like how I thought all lawyers are. My ex's attorney was really nasty, and she just stayed professional, but then kicked their butt when we went to court. Hard to get her on the phone sometimes, she's in court a lot.

My son hired Mr. Cloud for a child custody case. I don't think Mr. Cloud was interested in my sons case at all. Mr. Cloud did not meet one on one with my son before meeting him for the first time in court. My son supplied his staff all necessary information regarding the case. Mr. Cloud did not use any of the info. In fact my son had to negotiate his visitation schedule. When the case was over we requested a call, it was scheduled Mr. Cloud never called. He took the money and ran. Really disappointed with the way he represented my son in court.

I was uncomfortable from the first time I walked into the office. I felt like I was in the middle where they just grind out bankruptcies. I was not happy about filing a bankruptcy but it needed to be done. In the meantime things went from bad to worse my son died and I was in the hospital for a month. When I told them I really wanted to go with a different firm one of their employees told me that they would keep me in court to use all the money. I was talking about small claims court. She was almost yelling at me. I’m thinking about making a complaint with the state attorney board. But I warn you right now stay away from them. I am shortly going to be 74 years old. And the way she yelled at me it was almost elder abuse. I believe their shysters. And due to my failing health. I’ve been delayed and filing a small claims court. To my knowledge you cannot be represented by an attorney in small claims court. But apparently their employee thought differently. Beware

She took my money, made what turned out to be empty promises. Charged me near $1000 for a video hearing where she spent more time playing around in her office than pating attention. Alloed my due process rights to be violated. Late filings, no filings. Charged me for giving her the information needed for court, and sat there quiet... never using it. The other party committed perjury 3 times in one 45 min hearing, and although Anne had the evidence right in front of her, ahe chose not to us it, layer telling me it was now moot. Whrn i asked why she did not present it, she told me that it was not her job to present facts that discredit the other side... it was for the judge to figure it out. When i asked her to correct her mistakes, she sent me an additional bill, and yried to extort me for money, or let her quit after making a big mess. There is more than this, but dont believe these reviews about how great she is... she will scam you out of your mo ey, and find an exit ramp soon after. We are going to court abd i will be filing a state bar complaint, to try to get my money to pay someone to fix her negligence and malpractice. YES I HAVE PROOF!

They sent the dealer I bought a car from a demand letter without my knowledge and I don’t even know how he got my information I don’t know how this is legal. I only found out from the dealership. Kasra Sadr was doing all of this behind my back trying to get money from the dealer I bought a car from. I never knew this lawyer before I got notification about a demand letter sent on MY BEHALF?? WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is absolutely INSANE! What a low thing to do. There is nothing wrong with my car and I have NO IDEA how he got my information. Then he tried to convince me to sue the dealership and that I could “make a lot of money” since my car has been in an accident according to the auto check. But I already knew this when I bought the car and literally signed for it so there was NO POINT in trying to sue them for something I already knew about at the time of the purchase. He not only violated my privacy by getting my information, but also tried to get me to falsely sue the dealership when they did nothing wrong and disclosed everything to me. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

I was going through a divorce and child custody when i found Michael Fischer online. After speaking to several lawyers Michael was very professional and listen to me with my problems. I went to him because while pregnant I had made the huge mistake when I went to child custody court and letting my ex husband take our baby when he turned 10 months to PA different state. I knew I made a huge mistake leaving court that day so when I went back to court to tell the judge I was going trough postpartum depression and I wasn’t thinking straight I was taking medication for depression the judge refuse to acknowledge anything I told him. That’s when Michael came to the rescue taking my case. It took us a little bit but we were able to prove that my son being so young and sick with asthma could not go for that long to another state without his mother. Michael gave me back that peace of mind I had lost and we won the case. After that I also got him to do my divorce that took more time because my ex was making it hard for me. Michael again was able to talk to my ex and finalize are divorce this August. I’m a middle class person I live check by check for the most part. I was able to stay with my condo. Michael has reasonable prices and you pay monthly so that helped me a lot. Some lawyers want 10k up front. I would recommend Michael to anyone that is in need of a good lawyer specially when it comes to fighting for your kids.

Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.
