My very elderly parents and I had a long meeting with Linda about updating their living trust, which went well (aside from her double booking the time and having to turn someone away). Then they waited months and months with no communication, only to finally hear that she was just too busy to get to it. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

I was recommend to call Linda by a good family friend who is an expert attorney in another field of law regarding a troublesome estate issue. Although she couldn't take my case directly, she went the extra mile and helped me to sort through some of the red tape around California law by explaining how inheritance law works. In addition, she was able to find some background information on my very complex family estate issue. I plan to have her complete my own personal trust and I highly recommend Linda for estate planning!

Sherine has been an enormous help to me during a high conflict and difficult time. She is both professional and incredibly thoughtful and I am so grateful to her for her understanding and patience with her clients like myself. She makes me feel safe and taken care of. She has invested personal time in reaching out to me to ensure things are going smoothly with my case and problem-solve whatever comes my way. I can't say enough good things about her. She's got you covered on the legal side of things, but also just makes you feel like you're being genuinely cared for by a friend. She is strong-mannered, detail oriented, and I've heard her be compared to a shark (in the best way) while in court. I went through a lengthy divorce process that was very difficult, and full of a lot of acrimony. I interviewed a dozen family law attorneys, and took copious notes. Traci stood out above the rest. I felt her approach to be the most honest and sincere. My experience was validated as I worked with her.
As I worked with Traci, I found her communication style simply outstanding. She always kept me apprised of what was happening, and was very easy to reach. I was never in a position of not knowing what was happening. If you anticipate a lot of difficulty with your case, you want someone like Traci on your side. She did wonders to lower my anxiety.

I was fortunate to find Traci and retain her as a consulting attorney for my divorce. She took the time to discuss whether I wanted an attorney of record vs consulting, and guided me to the consulting route.
Traci and her team were on top of what filings I needed to do, what forms I needed to fill out, and were invaluable helping me understand my obligations and rights. Traci would take the time to help me understand the implications of certain decisions I needed to make.

I sincerely feel abused. I was recommended by family and friends to seek legal services by Puja and was reassured by staff that working with Andrella Gonzalez I would receive the same level of representation. The experience was nothing short of frustrating and put me in a worse position in every aspect. As a father with a strong case, I was simply looking for competent legal representation and someone who would listen and understand my situation. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
Throughout the process, I never met with Puja or Andrella in person or even had meaningful direct communication with either. Andrella, who “led” my case, was primarily focused on reminding me about payments rather than providing clear legal guidance or addressing my concerns. When I sought clarity about my legal standing or next steps, Andrella was dismissive and evasive—there was no effort to explain my case or strategize with me.
I provided all the necessary documentation, including discovery and exhibits, but felt like I was merely a financial transaction rather than a client in need of genuine legal support. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and attention to my needs was deeply disappointing.
Given my experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for legal representation. Don't be swayed by polished reviews or LinkedIn accolades. There are better options out there for those truly seeking a lawyer who will advocate for their interests.

I couldn't be more grateful for the legal representation provided by the Louie and Jimenez LLP office. My family law case was complex and Mr. Max Louie stepped in when another attorney needed to step back due to a personal reason. Jane helped me with my two divorces. While I was going through one of the most difficult seasons of my life, Jane made me feel seen and heard. We used Marleen for child custody. She was great the case drug on for over a year due to COVID and a non responsive parent, but Marlene was always available for questions. This review is about five years overdue but Marlene deserves the credit. When my (then) husband unexpectedly asked for a divorce, he took everything out of our shared account and hired a lawyer instead of going through the military. Marlene worked with me on fees for what I could afford and did an amazing job representing me! She was incredibly thorough and kept up with fighting accusations from the other lawyer with proof they were false. The divorce ended in my favor without having to meet with my husband or go to court. I highly recommend Marlene Keen.

Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.

Going through a divorce was probably one of my life's most liberating moment. It was a difficult transition, but to be able to have the courage to finally do something you know you should have done for a long time. I knew the minute I met Andrew and Elizabeth that it was a match. Andrew was so stern, persuasive, and quick on his feet and Elizabeth is so precise, relatable and attention to detail. They both were very matter of fact, problem solvers, and total geniuses with numbers.
After our first initial consultation, I told them what was going on with my husband at the time's on going affairs and abuse. Without judgement, they sat and listened and gave me comfort in examples of what kind of cases they have scene and how mine was not the worse. I didn't have any children, I was still at a pretty young age, and they asked me: "Do you want to leave him?" and I said yes! Just that first decision was a shift in stepping into my own and choosing happiness over obligation. They were able to file for a divorce and served him the subpoena the day he got back from his "business trip"
They were always on top of everything and when we first started off I was making rookie mistakes like forwarding every threatening email my ex would write me which they could have easily billed me for but they made sure to get me on the phone to advise me how to consolidate and print the emails so I can save some money.
The whole team here are so helpful. If I had a question, I would get a response almost right away, or if they were in court at least a couple hours after. If emails were too long to write out, I would get a phone call so that everything is clear and we know exactly what the action plan is as to next steps. I always felt I was taken care of and that they were on my side and behind me, fighting for what I deserve.
During the last step of mediation, and we sat across from my ex and his lawyer. I could not have been more confident and ready. Every attempt my ex brought up to try to take from me such as my luxury handbags, jewelry, 401k, engagement ring, down payment of our houses, somehow Andrew would find something to rebuttal, and reason him out of it.
Through the whole process, they were thorough, strategic and got me out with more than I could ask for. I am finally a new woman, without a cheating husband and have my own house, car and bank account full of savings I can fall back on singing "You don't own me, I'm not just one of your many toys...". I am now officially divorced, the final paperwork was filed with the court and the minute that happened and I got the email from Andrew and Elizabeth I literally felt 100% exonerated.
I know I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own. All that paperwork, my ex and his many masks, scheming, harassing, manipulating... paying the lawyers to do all the work and not having to deal with being in contact with my ex was worth every penny. When it comes to family law attorneys there are many choices out there. I wouldn't trust anyone to handle my personal affairs other than Elizabeth Johnson. I googled pro-Bono attorneys, since I’m a full time single mom right now and up against a wealthy abusive ex. Even though it turned out Navid doesn’t work pro bono, he still generously and patiently answered all of my questions. He calmed me down and even though he had a trial the next day he generously gave me an hour of his time, which I’m very grateful for! He is professional and knowledgeable. Ms. Seeley's counsel in my marriage dissolution was invaluable. She helped me understand the dissolution case process, and helped me to manage my own expectations with respect to timing of case events. She's the consummate attorney in the sense that she's the strongest advocate for her clients. In family law cases where things can get muddied by a bit of emotion, she keeps things real and in perspective.
As a paralegal, I was able to prepare the bulk of paperwork myself, but without Ms. Seeley's keen eye to some details, and recommendations as to alternatives -- in specific related to division of property and spousal support, the case might still be pending judgment.
I was pleased to receive the desired outcome with the court in a reasonable amount of time. The courts might be a bit slow, but the team at Seeley & Madigan couldn't have been more responsive. Questions answered right away, and proposed solutions offered quickly.

We are writing to provide an objective review of our experience with Tiffany Andrews and her mediation services. Although Tiffany was pleasant to work with, our overall assessment is that the services provided were average. We were disappointed that we never had the opportunity to meet her in person, despite multiple trips to her office. During our case, we couldn't help but notice that the handling of our mediation proceedings resembled that of a general contractor overseeing a construction project. We encountered unexpected changes in Tiffany's team, with members coming and going without prior notice. This lack of consistency had a noticeable impact on the process and left us feeling unsettled. Another area of concern was the significant disparity between our original cost estimate and the final bill. The cost nearly doubled, which was unexpected and disappointing. Our mediation and divorce proceedings were minimal in complexity, as stated by Tiffany herself. Considering the simplicity of the case, we had hoped for more streamlined and cost-effective services. Throughout the process, there were instances where communication and continuity seemed lacking. We often had to repeat information from one meeting to the next, resulting in frustration and delays. It would have been more efficient and productive if there had been better coordination and a stronger sense of continuity between sessions.
