Patrick has been representing me for about almost a year now. My wife and I, Highly recommend Riley/Ersoff LLP... Grant, Victoria and their staff, took our case and got us JUSTICE!!...Grant was on top of things from Day One,, he made sure our Bully landlord and his Defense Lawyers treated us fairly and we weren't taken advantage of...his staff scheduled and even assisted us, in getting to and from Dr's appointment's, that we couldn't have gotten to on our own...He checked in on us regularly and kept us up to date on what was needed, and what's going to happen next... Always answered our calls... When I explained my situation to Mr Seyfi he asked me what I did? I told him I was a recording artist. He asked if I had any music available? After he heard a few tracks on Apple Music he told me to get out there and continue to make good music. And not to worry about this case because he was going to make it go away! And he did exactly as he said! After that initial meeting in his board room I never heard from the courts, police or anyone ever again. There are no words? This guy has strong medicine.

I was in a very difficult situation where I purchased a house during the pandemic that was tenant occupied. The tenants barred me from conducting a professional inspection prior to purchase due to Covid concerns as one tenant was elderly. Against my better judgment, I purchased the house without a professional inspection and had to wait over a year after purchasing for the tenants to “feel comfortable enough” to allow an inspection. Had my insurance company not requested it, I don’t think they would have allowed it at all. Upon inspection, we discovered very extensive damage caused by negligence on the tenants part. Half of the kitchen was required to be demolished all the way down to the crawl space. After completing the work, I hired an attorney to represent me in an eviction on the basis of waste caused to the property. This attorney mishandled my case in every way imaginable. From being impossible to get ahold of, missing court deadlines, misplacing evidence, rejections of filings due to simple clerical errors, filing paperwork under my name for other cases, etc. I became so overwhelmed and ill with stress that I searched for a new attorney to substitute. I consulted with about 15 lawyers total and Tiffany Travillion was by far the best. She took on my case even though it was going to be difficult based on the errors and negligence in filings from my previous counsel. Not only was she thorough and promptly up to speed on everything, she was incredibly easy to get ahold of and really went the extra mile when she took the time to assure me, an anxious emotional mess, that she would not mishandle my case like my previous attorney. I finally had peace of mind and that meant the world. She kept me informed in real time on the status of my case and filings. She was easy to talk to and I finally felt like someone had my back. Her staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. We worked on this case for nearly a year and in the end, she won my case and got my house back. I was months away from having to cut my losses and sell my house at a huge loss. I can’t thank Tiffany and her team enough. I don’t know where I would be without them.

David worked in collaboration with Preston on the negotiations of my Marital Settlement agreement (when it became evident that I wouldn't be able to continue the divorce process on my own) all the way until the filed-endorsed copies of the Judgment arrived and the transactions of assets agreed uponwere completed.
The process of finding a lawyer in such a difficult personal time was very overwhelming, I talked with a couple more divorce lawyers before contacting the FKK&B LLP firm and I will forever be grateful for having been able to hire their service.
They were very patient with me when explaining my options, their ability to use hard cold facts to negotiate with opposing counsel was always on point and effective, their attention to detail, fast and clear communication to resolve my doubts (not just from them but from the Paralegal, Julia Morris) allowed me to maintain my peace of mind and stay focused on protecting my assets the best possible way, without doing any rushed actions. It took us about 10 months to fully settle and sign the agreement, I know that it would had taken me way longer if I'd attempted to negotiate on my own, I couldn't have done it without them.
I think they did a terrific job, you're in good hands with this team, would recommend them any day.

David and his team did an excellent job representing me in my divorce. I was a client who came with experience working with other lawyers and working in Pro Per.
From the start David told me upfront that he’s more expensive than other lawyers. I had been going through the divorce process for almost 4 years at that time and had tried going the inexpensive route both in Pro Per and working with an attorney who had a lower hourly rate. Working In Pro Per was saving me money but I soon found out there was more at risk than what I thought. While working with an inexpensive lawyer, let’s just say you get what you pay for.
David himself is very articulate, punctual and professional. He knows the law and also leverages the intellectual capital of his colleagues to make sure your case has been reviewed from multiple angles. Though I may have paid more for David and his team on an hourly rate than I could have elsewhere, I feel that it was more than worth it due to the peace of mind they gave me, and they were able to accomplish more in 6 months than what an inexpensive lawyer did in 1.5 years at the same total cost.
David’s team works great together. They communicate very well both with each other and with me, the client. All three of them made me feel that mine was the only case they were working on and the only way you would know this wasn’t the case is when they were in court representing someone else.
I have no reservations recommending David and his team. I spent many hours interviewing numerous attorneys, as I’m sure most of you who are reading this will. I highly recommend David and his team; you’ll be in good hands.

Everyone on her staff was so nice and professional. All my questions were answered and the communication was great. I paid him $5000. Once he received the money he was MIA more often than not. His receptionist gave one excuse after another and would tell me that I had exceeded "talk time" provided by the retainer although my records indicated otherwise. On the few occasions that I was able to speak with him he claimed he had Covid or RSV. I later heard this was one of his standard excuses.

I don't typically write reviews for anything , but this woman is a SAINT!
I had spent literal years consulting with different attorneys, most of which were afraid to take my case. A random person gave me her number, I called it, and when I tell you this woman took my case with a week (or so) notice of a court date, and has had my back and consulted me better than any of the other 5-10 attorneys I had spoken with prior to her, she is AMAZING.
Empathetic, to the point, financially conscious, responsive, not selfish at all, and an amazing memory to boot, she has been my absolute rock and I probably would have lost my kids if she didn't articulate correctly to me. The way she handles her business and communicates to me in such a grounded manner is precisely the reason I have my children. She is strategic as hell, like a cat waiting to pounce on the right moment, and I will never choose another attorney for family matters! The way she strategizes is also the reason why many of our disagreements can now be resolved outside of the courts, because I think many attorneys would have been impulsive in my case which would have made matters much worse in a very delicate situation! I interviewed dozens of lawyers, and I hired one who was soothing but turned out to be incompetent. She was not only a waste of money, she left me hanging with a trial date that was approaching fast. I had to scramble and thank God Sean was willing to take my case. He does not sugar coat anything. He's extremely professional, organized, competent and honest. He does his homework, talks through all aspects of your case, writes briefs well, prepares you thoroughly for trial, and speaks in court with authority. My divorce started with a different attorney. A firm I will not name here who honestly took a great deal of my money with very little oversight. I received a referral to Sean and I'm so glad I made the switch. You can't prepare for divorce so I was blind sided and hadn't done my research. I wish I had started my divorce with Sean as my attorney. He listed to me and was able to see my side and advocate what was best for me and my daughter. I will forever be thankful to him in remembering all the details of my case. We didn't have to rehash everything every time we met. Sean was so efficient every time we met and also very sincere. He made himself available and he always gave me both sides of an argument and he prepared me every step of the way. I settled my divorce and child custody case with my ex-husband and I feel that it was fair. I wasted so much money in the beginning by not using an attorney such as Sean. Fed up, I was referred to Sean Patrick Joyce. What a breath of fresh air. Mr. Joyce took immediate action, was a great communicator, and effectively utilized his terrific paralegal. Divorce is a dark and lonely abyss. Anyone that’s ever journeyed through this perilous path to reach freedom and peace understands what I mean. Kim Ma was that beacon of hope to help me reach the destination in one piece.
There are many false presumptions and threats made during this time from both sides. There are those attorneys that promise but doesn’t deliver. Kim Ma is the gold standard. Kim provide the law and realistic expectations, not just what I wanted to hear.
In the court room, Kim was poised and established a clear respectful presence. She was factual and experienced with the process and people.
My divorce process was extremely long due to the unwillingness of the other party. During this time, I felt that my retainer and fee was reasonable and every dollar was worth it. I received a monthly statement showing where my charges were, received copies of every document, and they remembered my specific situation without me reiterating throughout the years of my case. Email and phone communication was timely and always followed through.

I am so incredibly grateful I found Kim at Cameron Fernandez. I was represented by Kim in my divorce case in the Sacramento judicial system. In 2016, I filed for custody and won by default. Shortly after, my ex filed to dispute custody, and filed a pretentious emergency ex parte hearing. I only had 24 hours, and knew I needed an attorney. I spoke to Kim and several others, but Kim seemed more significantly competent, assertive, clearly understood the urgency of my situation and made herself available to represent me at my hearing at which she convinced the judge not to send my daughter out of state to live with her mother.
She continued to help me navigate a difficult and contested custody fight, during which I was simultaneously fighting a criminal case that led to CPS involvement. On top of this, my ex made many false claims against me in court. Despite these major hurtles, Kim expertly represented me, and was able to get me full physical and legal custody.
In court, she was conspicuously more composed and experienced than my ex's attorney. Seeing Kim in court leaves me feeling very confident knowing that she represents me. Kim knows the law inside and out, and understands what steps and direction need to be taken.
Just recently in 2019, my daughter had to travel out of state for summer visitation. During this time, she was subjected to major emotional trauma, and placed maliciously into a psyche ward by her mother who would not let my daughter speak with her family. Her mother filed for custody in a state other than in which she lives who was not aware of the existing order and lied to the judge about existing court orders which resulted in her being awarded full custody under false pretenses. Again she made numerous wild accusations and had filed fake CPS allegations against my family members.
Once again I called Kim. Kim knew exactly what to do, and what to avoid. She communicates extremely well, making sure that I knew what I needed to be doing and what the next steps were. She emailed me even at 6 AM on the weekend, working around the clock to help me get my daughter back, which again made me feel better knowing I had Kim with me.
For this case I hired an attorney in the other state as well, and Kim coordinated perfectly with them, demonstrating a strong capability to handle even more difficult cases. She very quickly won return of custody and I was able to bring my daughter home.
I can't express strongly enough how grateful I am to have Kim as my attorney. I absolutely recommend that you give her a call if you are dealing with family law issues.

When I first called this law office and set up my initial consultation with Michael Peterson for my pending divorce, I was impressed with how professional and straight-to-the-point he was. He asked all of the necessary questions and summarized my situation very quickly. His assistant, Jordyn, was also very efficient with scheduling and ensuring they got me in quickly whenever it was needed.
