Looks like my review was unfairly taken down....guess this firm wants to keep my families experience hush hush. I TESTIFIED in court on behalf of my brother and the custody over my two nieces, we had two family meetings with Tyler plus I sent him a very long and lengthy email in November of 2023 that he never replied to yet charged my father $350 to read, which I don't believe he even read my email. So if this firm is trying to claim my review is not valid because I didn't hire Tyler myself they are incorrect!!! I was a part of this entire journey so for Google to take down my review after this firm reported it is not OK as I was involved with this case from beginning to end.- so here is my review again!!!! ZERO stars!!!! My father and brother hired Tyler Lambert to help my brother win his custody battle with his two young daughters. Tyler many times was very hard to get in touch with and would ignore phone calls over and over again. I kept telling my dad and brother that they needed to hire a new attorney because Tyler did not have my brothers best interest at heart. I wish they would've taken me a little more seriously however they felt they had invested so much money in him already that they stuck by him. Tyler showed no evidence in court to help my brother out... We submitted text messages, social media posts, conversations, photos of our family over the last 16 years with my brothers daughters, etc...Tyler used none of it in court. He had so much proof on my ex sister in law and how her attorney was blowing everything out of proportion plus evidence that could have made my brother's ex look really bad and prove she's a liar - but Tyler provided none of it and when they were claiming untrue statements about my brother he didn't object, not one time!!!! Tyler told all of us that were testifying on the stand that we needed to "be nice" and say "nice things" about my ex sister in law and that we should NOT provide any family photos as this judge doesn't like seeing family photos. Meanwhile the other side TRASHED my brother and they also showed a ton of photos - clearly Tyler's advice was the worst we could have taken. The end result were my nieces moving away with their mother to Illinois and pinning my brother as a bad father. He's an amazing father. He just has a bitter and scorned ex-wife that wanted to hurt him so badly that she used her own children for leverage. Do not hire Tyler if you are going through a custody battle with children... He does not care and will not show proof and documentation of what you give him to help your case out. He basically collected a paycheck and nothing more. Now my brother's daughters are in a fatherless environment because he failed to do his job properly. I WILL CONTINUE TO REPOST REVIEWS IF THIS ONE IS TAKEN DOWN - THIS EXPERIENCE WAS MY EXPERIENCE FIRSTHAND WITH TYLER!!!!!

James Cordes provided terrible advice. His drafting was sloppy and required extensive redrafting by opposing counsel, and he advised me to take a terrible deal. Because of James, I am taking home a fraction of my income. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how bad it was until firing him and employing new counsel. He is a nice man, but a bad lawyer. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before it was too late.

I met Mr Eldridge 30yrs ago at the time he handled 3 cases did excellent job.
Recently, I was represented by Wade Eldridge in a court case where I was falsely accused and was facing three years in jail. I felt betrayed scared and small up again such accusations. Wade Not only took my case and helped me through this trying situation. He showed compassion and heartfelt case for me as a person he became my protector. He was there for me in my difficulties like no one else was, and he fought hard to bring me justice and defend my innocence, all through this he rest assured me that he would be there for me and give me his best effort, even though he had many other cases I always felt that I was important to him and he is going to save me as it all turned out he did be protecting me so very well that I was given no jail time at all, and even after the case Was ended he pursuing some injustice he discovered on my behalf. I have a friend who is a retired assistant US attorney who went ahead to head with Wade in federal court, and even though they were on opposite sides, my friend said he had great respect for the way Wade represented his clients if you find yourself in need of a strong man to defend you and your troubles, this person who is free because of his devotion and Care highly recommends that you enlist Wade Eldridge as your champion, he will immerse himself in your case if you are his only one he will fight For you. I got in a car accident where my car was totalled and my wrist and hand were broken. The other driver was at fault and I knew I needed a lawyer to help with this. I went to see a handful of lawyers about this and it didn’t feel right until I met Wade. Wade took the time to explain the process we would go through in detail. Wade & his paralegal Dawn are absolutely awesome. Dawn is unbelievable at organizing things and requesting what she needs from you. I don’t know how she keeps it all together. I really thank Wade and Dawn and I am very happy with the outcome of my case. I will be referring anyone I know who needs lawyer help to them.

While I understand others may have had positive experiences with Robinson & Henry, my own was deeply disappointing. I initially chose them based on positive reviews and an impressive attorney. I specifically addressed concerns about being passed between attorneys and becoming just a number after paying the retainer. The attorney assured me of consistent communication within two days and that she would remain my sole point of contact.
My case was straightforward: securing court-ordered visitation with my son. Initially, communication was excellent, with prompt email responses. However, after paying the retainer, responsiveness drastically declined. When my son's mother cut off direct communication, requiring all contact through attorneys, I struggled to reach mine. After a week of silence, a paralegal dismissively stated she was "very busy." I also discovered the attorney had filed incorrect paperwork, effectively delaying my case.
Adding to the frustration, the accounting department demanded I replenish my retainer without acknowledging my communication issues or case progress. Shortly after, I was informed, without prior notice or explanation, that a new attorney would be handling my case. I received no refund for the incorrect paperwork filed.
The entire experience was a nightmare. I ultimately sought and found competent representation elsewhere. The only positive aspect was the Customer Relations Manager, who contacted me at the end. She was professional and helpful, earning a five-star rating. However, this single positive interaction couldn't salvage the overall negative experience with the firm.

I have been a repeat client of this office due to the fact that they are amazing! I have never experienced bad customer service from anyone. Between my husband and I, we have retained Erica for 3 separate cases/incidents. They work hard to make sure you're heard, and Erica and Susan don't let anyone push them around, and nothing slips by them. I REALLY hope to never have to spend money on attorneys again. I wish I could give this place 0 stars! My husband and I separated a decade ago, we have 3 kids together, my husband hired this law office to represent him to go after split custody, however my husband and I worked things out a week after hiring them and we NEVER went to court, this law firm submitted 1 document for him to the court but we NEVER made it in front of a judge for them to ever represent him. This place then sued my husband for $5k because he signed a document saying he would hire them to represent him, they didn’t care that they never represented him and that we worked things out, all they cared about was the money and don’t truly care about the “best interest of the families they represent” I think that’s beyond messed up they would sue him for what?!?! Till this day my poor husband is still paying on this debt because it has incurred thousands in interest the longer it sits not being fully paid off. We have paid $3000 and still owe over $11,000 for absolutely nothing! By the time they finally get paid off we will have probably paid close to $20k! I would never recommend this law firm to anyone unless you want them to help you destroy your life and put a financial burden on your family.

Katherine Reckman represented me in my divorce and she was very fair and steadfast through my proceedings. My ex husband chose very inept representative which derailed his case. In the end, he trusted Katherine to write up our agreement which he eventually signed. Divorce is ugly and stressful and in Colorado, you need someone who can negotiate with the other side to keep the cost down. Katherine did that and was able to do it with empathy. Highly recommended.

I found Terri when I was traumatized, alone and incredibly scared. She and her paralegal, Traci, held my hand through the process and helped me find a therapist, which ended up being a real life line for me. I'm a big believer now in the collaborative approach, and I ended up spending far less in litigation costs and got through the process quicker than anyone I know in similar circumstances. I highly recommend this firm, and Terri Harrington, specifically. This was the best decision I made during a very overwhelming divorce process. I hired Terri the week before my scheduled mediation, as the previous lawyer dropped the ball significantly and I had to fire him. Terri and her team were incredibly communicative (for example, I have never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a reply), empathetic, knowledgeable, and quick. Terri caught up on my case in just a few days, and she made me and my case a priority by responding to emails swiftly, walking me through the process and what to expect, and being clear on what was needed from me, and what their role was. Shauna was unreliable in communicating to me. Her interaction style is to repeat herself numerous times, costing the client money. She is ineffective in negotiating. She was not resourceful in developing a plan regarding Probate, making me wonder what her specialty is. Twice, she told me that she would be filing a motion, and never did. This is unacceptable. She is unprofessional, often eating on the phone, needing to assist her daughter or her dog. She is not an effective Probate lawyer.

I contacted Randy for representation in a criminal defense matter in Westminster, he was attentive and personable over the phone, and provided a very reasonable fee structure, so I retained him over the 8 other lawyers that I explained my case to. I hired this lawfirm over a restraining order. My lawyer never made an attempt to contact me until I had reached out, the first time I called them and waited a day and no response then I emailed them the following day to get a phone call finally 3 days before court. Then the lawyer called the day before court wanting to meet 15 minutes before the case only to show up 7 minutes late to briefly go over a game plan with me. Very sloppy and unprofessional

Brianne Henninger in particular is a SUPERB LAWYER & at the top of her field in my opinion. She stays calm under pressure, has a very well received/professional court presence & has a huge heart for genuinely using the legal system to help people. At my court date she was up to speed with critical new legislation that the other attorneys were unaware of & it made all of the difference in my case. I felt Jennifer made her mind up about me within seconds of our initial consultation. This was my first divorce, & I was unfamiliar with the process & scared, so I stuck it out thinking it was me who was wrong, not her.
Jennifer had little regard for my concerns & insisted she knew what was best. She rushed my case & pushed me to take offers from my ex’s counsel even though they only benefited him.
My ex is abusive & my child is terrified of him. Instead of hearing me out that maybe my ex should have limited custody, she told me it was my responsibility to encourage my son to have a good relationship with his dad. I was told I needed to force my son to go to his dad’s whether he wanted to or not. She told me if my son resisted, I needed to implement strict punishments. Apparently our children’s wishes & fears don’t matter in family law.
Don’t be like me & assume the attorney knows best. Jennifer did not advocate for me. She made me feel powerless & I wish I had trusted my instincts & hired a different attorney. My son is suffering because I didn’t listen to my gut. Don’t be like me. Stay away from this firm - they don’t care about their clients or children.

I hired Attorney Jennifer Feingold to clear up an issue I had in my separation agreement from my divorce. My original attorney left a rather important piece out the agreement. Jennifer was very helpful in explaining the procedure and what needed to be done. She was very competent, communicative and conscious of my feelings. She was able to fix my issue in a very timely matter.
In hindsight, I wish I would have found Attorney Feingold to represent me for my divorce from the start.

Working with Katie was a good experience personally but not professionally. I had her for a custody battle and felt like we got steam rolled. It was like we just went through the motions while the other attorney pummeled us. I was naive at the time and never had an experience in court before, but looking back I should've switched attorneys.. That was a major life altering case and it went very poorly. I didn't feel advocated for.

Looks like my review was unfairly taken down....guess this firm wants to keep my families experience hush hush. I TESTIFIED in court on behalf of my brother and the custody over my two nieces, we had two family meetings with Tyler plus I sent him a very long and lengthy email in November of 2023 that he never replied to yet charged my father $350 to read, which I don't believe he even read my email. So if this firm is trying to claim my review is not valid because I didn't hire Tyler myself they are incorrect!!! I was a part of this entire journey so for Google to take down my review after this firm reported it is not OK as I was involved with this case from beginning to end.- so here is my review again!!!! ZERO stars!!!! My father and brother hired Tyler Lambert to help my brother win his custody battle with his two young daughters. Tyler many times was very hard to get in touch with and would ignore phone calls over and over again. I kept telling my dad and brother that they needed to hire a new attorney because Tyler did not have my brothers best interest at heart. I wish they would've taken me a little more seriously however they felt they had invested so much money in him already that they stuck by him. Tyler showed no evidence in court to help my brother out... We submitted text messages, social media posts, conversations, photos of our family over the last 16 years with my brothers daughters, etc...Tyler used none of it in court. He had so much proof on my ex sister in law and how her attorney was blowing everything out of proportion plus evidence that could have made my brother's ex look really bad and prove she's a liar - but Tyler provided none of it and when they were claiming untrue statements about my brother he didn't object, not one time!!!! Tyler told all of us that were testifying on the stand that we needed to "be nice" and say "nice things" about my ex sister in law and that we should NOT provide any family photos as this judge doesn't like seeing family photos. Meanwhile the other side TRASHED my brother and they also showed a ton of photos - clearly Tyler's advice was the worst we could have taken. The end result were my nieces moving away with their mother to Illinois and pinning my brother as a bad father. He's an amazing father. He just has a bitter and scorned ex-wife that wanted to hurt him so badly that she used her own children for leverage. Do not hire Tyler if you are going through a custody battle with children... He does not care and will not show proof and documentation of what you give him to help your case out. He basically collected a paycheck and nothing more. Now my brother's daughters are in a fatherless environment because he failed to do his job properly. James Cordes provided terrible advice. His drafting was sloppy and required extensive redrafting by opposing counsel, and he advised me to take a terrible deal. Because of James, I am taking home a fraction of my income. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how bad it was until firing him and employing new counsel. He is a nice man, but a bad lawyer. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before it was too late.

Been waiting for Sean goodbody to settle my workman's comp claim for 2 years and eight months. Had told me that recently the claim was settled and I needed to fill out paperwork and return it to see my settlement. So I did. Then they told me that I needed to fill out more paperwork to get my money and still no settlement. It will be 3 years in February fighting this!
