Our company was sued by husband and wife employees that were dismissed from our employ. What originally started out as a sizable litigation case was eventually settled for pennies on the dollar. I'm a senior with a heart condition. I got a bill from my credit card company chase that had over $5,000 worth of charges that I did not make. Mr. Dupre was referred to me after I had a terrible time with my former attorney who would not return my calls.
I had been getting harassed by a debt collection law firm about a debt that I did not owe, and they were threatening me to take me to court and take money from my bank account and were reporting this on my credit score. My credit was almost perfect before this.
Mr. Dupre agreed to help me, and he did an excellent job. He is a straight shooter, sensitive to my feelings, and I am very lucky to have found him. He fought the debt collector and we won. I was really down before I met Mr. Dupre and am thankful to him.

I first met Ben around 2010, he was referred to me. I was going through a nightmare, having a very difficult time with Chase, and trying to keep my home.
Ben is an extraordinary listener and spent a great deal of time with me understanding me and then talking about my options and consumer legal rights. We filed the case and it took a few years to get resolved, but we were very successful and I was able to keep my house and successfully resolved my problem with Chase.

Jay helped me in dealing with a company that sent me defective products. Even after sending the company photos of the defect and contacting them numerous times within the return policy window, I received no responses from them. I contacted Jay and within less than a day I got a response from the company! Just a few days later I received a brand new product in the mail. Amazing service with no money out of pocket! We are so grateful to Kristin and her team! We purchased a CPO Jaguar F-Pace that turned out to have been in a significant pre-sale accident that was never disclosed to us and that negatively impacted our ability to use the vehicle, resulting in expensive out-of-pocket costs for repairs. After getting the runaround from the dealership we purchased it from, we called Kristin and are so glad we did! Happily we were able to resolve the issue in mediation. I came to Connor by referral. I was recently let go from a role that did not end well. I was harassed, bullied, and ultimately driven out of the organization by an extremely toxic culture.
After having a severance shoved in my face, I was very suspicious of the circumstances surrounding my termination. I spoke with Connor and provided ALL THE FACTS and he found several issues I wasn't aware of in addition to the grievances I had.
He was able to work with my employer and we settled on a sizable increase in severance in lieu of legal proceedings, something I never could have done on my own. He was very supportive and guided me through each step. He is also extremely professional.
If I ever have any issues again I will be working with him, and will send any of my colleagues his way.

Ken Chyten recently handled a breach of contract law suit for me. Unlike most other firms, Ken does not have big overhead costs that you get billed for. He handles the cases from start to finish with no duplicate charges for a paralegal, admin assistant, associate attorney etc. In my case, I was able to work in collaboration with Ken. He listened to and reviewed my concerns, my arguments and evidence and then negotiated with the counter-party to achieve a favorable outcome after a long and protracted battle by the counter-party. I was very pleased with the outcome and am confident that a similar result would have cost me much more at most other large or small law firms. Dan Carlson worked hard to put together our recently concluded FINRA arbitration claim against a securities brokerage even though it was for a relatively small amount. I was impressed by his willingness to spend time explaining what we were doing and why. I never felt rushed or made to feel stupid for asking factual or procedural questions. In late 2007 I was with a stockbroker from New York. At first everything seemed ok and then everything went bad very quickly. The agent was making unauthorized trades over $1,150,000 on margin when my account had about $ 240,000 in equity. I really did not understand what was happening. When I contacted Richard Stephens, He was very Professional and reassuring. Mr. Stephens. then reviewed the files, did his own investigation and found that the brokerage firm was using an unregistered securities firm, further that the brokers were involved in fraudulent activities and conduct. Mr. Stephens decided a course of action and filed a complaint with FINRA. During the FINRA hearings the brokerage firm was always late, witnesses not available and many other reasons to delay. Mr. Stephens was very aggressive in stopping these actions and bringing out what really happened. Mr. Stephens expertise and presentation to the FINRA hearing officers resulted in a positive outcome for me. From the start to the finish Mr. Stephens was always available and kept me updated at all times on what was happening. .I firmly believe that Mr. Stephens is a honest and fair man. As an Attorney it is my opinion that there is no finer or more capable than Richard Stephens. If I ever need another attorney, I will definitely contact Mr. Stephens. I recommend without any reservation Richard Stephens to any person who needs an attorney or legal guidance.
