or whomever had made. I gave a 1 star due to me and my moms feeling of being defrauded to gain money from a property you didn’t have the right to take money from and only until you forced me to move by selling the property because you didn’t confront the signers of your contract you made from the breadwinner who had control of the assets in question before calling me and offering to buy a property for me and put the deed without any cash on hand into a irrevocable trust. He then put my mom through hell. And has since left the family and his responsibilities. You then changed the premise by forcing a sale instead of making sure the grantors paid their property tax as per NY state law. i was left completely blindsided by the rules and did not know enough then to make a good judgement nor should i have been put in that position. Now that property has since doubled in value, and i have moved to a place comfortable for me with money that belonged to me to repurchase another property which now i own and have the deed to. I was not responsible to pay the property taxes on the irrevocable trust. I feel completely taken advantage of and robbed a large portion of my inheritance. Even tho I thanked you when i didn’t know what was going on at the time…i the beneficiary paid you from my inheritance money when i didn’t make any contracts or agreements with you i am simply the beneficiary. I now fully own my property here in maine i was dragged all over creation and stolen from from you collecting your fees from the trust verses peter cannova. I feel it is your duty to confront peter and be refunded the money due to me that belongs to me.

It isn’t my intention to make my review this long, but it’s the only way to truly share my experience. I’ll pay it forward. After months of contemplating, researching the subject and reaching the conclusion I’m truly in the worst of financial troubles, I still wasn’t 100% sure if I could or should go through with bankruptcy. I wasn’t there yet. I was terrified at the thought. Enter Mr. Singer. The first thing was the website. It was very different than most. It’s put together right. It’s not intimidating. So I called the number. To my surprise Mr. Singer picks up the phone. Not an answering machine or secretary or anything. He doesn’t know me and is talking to me like I’m a family member. Like his grandson or son. He spoke to me about ME. With dignity and respect. Not about money or what I did wrong. Not about My mistakes. But is this action now apart of my life’s journey? Do I need to start over? That changed everything for my decision going forward without any fear. Elliot who’s apart of Mr. Singers team is the nicest guy ever. He made the process very easy for me. My experience with Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC was breathtaking. I was run over by a car in Harlem while crossing a crosswalk with the right of way. The guy driving was 100% at fault. The state bar of NY enthusiastically recommend I set up a consultation with them. So I had a 5 minute call with his paralegal, Joanne O’Connell, it was nice. She wanted me to send my neurologist medical records to review and the detailed police report. Made it happen. Then, all communication ceased. No email was replied to thereafter. The only reason I can come up with is that Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik genuinely believe there is no merit in finding justice for pedestrians who wrongfully get run over by a car in the state of New York left with long-term injuries.
So I found an actual attorney who got to work, now everything is good.
This concludes my final thoughts on KD&R for now. I’m extremely honored to have been in Joanne’s presence. She and KD&R are extraordinary human beings - but has no follow through and all that talk lead to nothing.
