Mr. Lepore is the definition of an excellent lawyer. My father passed away in 2019. My cousin, a local lawyer, who drafted my father's will, claimed he didn't remember he made it.
Faced with obstruction, I did my research and found that Mr. Lepore is highly rated. I was not disappointed. The process was needlessly long because of my cousin's lack of cooperation, and delayed because of the Covid-19 crisis, however, I was armed to the teeth in proof and with Mr. Lepore's dedication, knowledge and skill we were able to honor my father's final wishes and have the Probate Court rule in my favor as my father's only child, executor and beneficiary.
I recommend Louis Lepore wholeheartedly. A quiet man, he has a keen analytical mind and a determined sense of dedication. I will be making an appointment soon to make my own will and estate planning.

James Fishman was a godsend for me and my husband. We needed to break our Manhattan rental lease to move to a retirement community in North Carolina. New York State has a statute that allows seniors to do this under certain conditions that we met. However, breaking a NYC lease is not for the faintof heart because the penalties can be substantial. Additionally, we were concerned that the landlord’s representative would be difficult to deal with. I did my research and found Mr. Fishman and even was able to see a video of his testimony before a City Counsel housing committee.
We met with James virtually and found him to be accessible, quite knowledgeable, reassuring and easy to work with. He drafted the letter announcing our intent, the letter requesting the return of our security deposit, followed up on the security deposit and processed it through his escrow account, sending us the correct amount.
The very valuable thing James gave us was peace of mind.

This was my first experience with an American attorney, in fact with any attorney.
I researched the internet and consulted my American friends with legal background (two retired lawyers) before contacting Mr Dennin.
At the outset I was impressed by his approach, which was encouraging: rigor of his questions, logic in reasoning.
Later I learned one of his basic principle that "preparation is everything", which I particularly liked.
Mr Dennin spend enough time to research all relevant material of the case.
On that basis he was in a position to prepare legal papers that were comprehensive and specific and supplemented by facts and most relevant legal precedents.
He took time to outline and explain to me legal proceedings, and consulted with me - in person, on the phone, via e-mail - on all important matters.
He presented me with copies of legal papers which allowed me to follow rather lengthy development of the case.
Mr Dennin's legal strategy was realistic and results oriented. This was particularly evident during a mediation event.
He was always available for me if I wanted to contact him.
I think that we have established a very good communication.
Being represented by him made me fill assured and comfortable.
As a person, I have found him a pleasant, courteous and ready to listen.
As a professional, he has vast experience spread over many years and success in defending rights of his clients.
All in all I think that Mr Dennin is a kind of attorney which I would recommend with full conviction.

Our former broker, financial consultant, is in jail until 2025. We realized we were in deep financial trouble after losing our entire life's savings to the lies and deceptions of our broker. A very close friend of ours, who also had also retained Tim and had used the same broker, gave us Timothy J Dennin's name. This "gentle" man was so helpful to us, we honestly did not know where/how to start a claim. Tim's patience with us on the telephone was unbelievable. There were times when my husband was so distraught, I honestly did not know what to do with thousands of pieces of correspondence & fake statements! So, what did I do? I called Tim Dennin and he always gave me the knowledge and strength to forge ahead. He gave our case 150%, and was successful in recouping money from a large brokerage firm. We have one more Arbitration Case, and, again, hired Tim Dennin to represent us. He is professional in every way. And, did I mention honesty? One of my first telephone conversations with Tim was, "honesty, honesty, honesty"---we can't have any "I think" or "I believe". His reputation is respected by all.

To be perfectly clear I do not think that there is a smarter more effective litigator in the country. Hook and bait. Overpriced. Charges for everything single second, even for bathroom breaks. The lawyer is old as stone and slow. He coughs dust. Forgets things and should have retired 6 years ago. He’s not flexible with dates since he has early bedtimes and naps. Save yourself time and money. Go find yourself a younger lawyer with more stamina.

I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

Michael Pfeifer was a great help to my family during a difficult time. Last year, my father fell and broke his hip. Mr. Pfeifer began working with us the day after the accident. My mother needed legal work done and my father's dementia created complications. After surgery, rehab, six weeks at home, and another month in the hospital, it was clear that my father needed institutional care. Thanks to Mr. Pfeifer's efforts, my father's admission to the nursing home went smoothly. Later he qualified for Medicaid.
In February of this year, my mother suffered a small stroke. She came home after seven weeks in hospital and rehab. The rehab facility recommended 24-hour aide coverage, but we could only afford it for eight weeks.
