I had a very complex case before the Erie Co. Family Court. I wish I met Anthony Cervi, Esq. years ago. I was dealing with opposition who cares about nothing but themselves; not the child. Clair from this law firm was very rude and I don’t understand how she is working in law firm her communicating with her. Client is very disrespectful. I could barely get a word out because all she wanted to do was hear her voice. I was trying to get a breakdown and understanding of my payments and she wasn’t trying to hear anything that I had to say which I find is very rude and discriminating of my work situation and what I’m able to afford and payments at this time I do not recommend this law firm at all

What bankruptcy attorney doesn't include a broken tenancy lease in a chapter 7 bankruptcy?

Mr. Shahriar, fought for me above and beyond call of duty.
In May 2020 amid the stress of the coronavirus shut down, I went for a Saturday morning motorcycle ride and a breath of fresh air.
After an oncoming car crossed double yellow lines and nearly amputated my leg, we learned that insurance companies tend to believe car drivers over Motorcyclists.
14 months and 12 surgeries later I will eventually walk again. However, it looked like that was going to cost my family everything.
Both insurance companies were claiming it was my fault in spite of evidence to the contrary. Even the famous "motorcycle lawyers" wouldn't take the case since it was just my word against theirs.
Both companies ended up paying out the maximum.
But that's not the end of the of the story. At this point most lawyers would've taken their cut and gone home.
But that's not what happened.
It turns out Medicare doesn't pay for motorcycle accidents and were coming after me for every bit of it. This last bit was not even in his purview.
Nonetheless, Shahriar went to work on them for months even though that was not part of our contract but just because in his own words "it's just the right thing to do".
I don't know if he eventually convinced them of that or if they gave in so he would stop following up with them every day. Either way, they accepted a greatly reduced payment.
I hope you never need to, but if you ever get in a situation where you need someone to fight for you like "a bulldog on a pant leg" and never give up because that's the right thing to do, I highly recommend Mr. Shahriar Kashanian. He won't let you down.

It isn’t my intention to make my review this long, but it’s the only way to truly share my experience. I’ll pay it forward. After months of contemplating, researching the subject and reaching the conclusion I’m truly in the worst of financial troubles, I still wasn’t 100% sure if I could or should go through with bankruptcy. I wasn’t there yet. I was terrified at the thought. Enter Mr. Singer. The first thing was the website. It was very different than most. It’s put together right. It’s not intimidating. So I called the number. To my surprise Mr. Singer picks up the phone. Not an answering machine or secretary or anything. He doesn’t know me and is talking to me like I’m a family member. Like his grandson or son. He spoke to me about ME. With dignity and respect. Not about money or what I did wrong. Not about My mistakes. But is this action now apart of my life’s journey? Chris became my lawyer for a FINRA Arbitration case in 2008. He listened to my complaint, filed notice soon after and engaged an expert witness. We discussed mediation, found it to be agreeable and approached the defendant who at first agreed and at the last minute reneged. At all times Chris kept me informed of the process, costs and developments.
In early 2009, the Arbitration Hearing took place near my home. Chris came down a full day early, met with me and my wife, discussed the case in detail, and gave appropriate advice. The hearing went on for four days and was difficult. Chris's Expert Witness was perfect. At all times Chris was knowable and demanding of the defendant.
As a result, the decision was in my favor with a nice financial award and the defendant required to pay all hearing costs. I felt vindicated and pleased that the losses I had suffered were replaced.
