Now let me start with this was my 2nd DUI Charge yet the first time I hired Raimondo. Was charged with 1192-3 meaning I refused to blow into the breathalyzer which NY State law automatically suspends your license for 1 year. Well not with Raimondo. He presented a tiny era in the police report in reference how the police wrote down the knowledge of me refusing. And the judge decided not to suspend my license during arraignment. WOW!! This is unheard of. Right from the start I knew I had someone special that will defend me. Several more court dates with in the 3-4 months Raimondo ask for the charges to be dropped to a 1192.1. Mind you this is my 2nd offense so to get the same outcome as my 1st offense is also a long shot and unheard of. But Raimondo delivered. I’m highly happy the way I was represented. He’s the real deal. Anytime I called he’s responded. He cares to know the person he’s representing. Im grateful to be represented by Raimondo

This is an atty everyone should know..A closing was scheduled for 11:00 am on 11/20 and was cancelled in the am,due to mtge issues. Rescheduled for 5:30 the same day and she not only rearranged her schedule but traveled in heavy rains and walked in as a professional and never said anything negative or questioned my customer. The closing took 2 1/2 hrs and Karen was positive and informative the entire time.

Traverse 2023 Repurchase
I had this brand new leased vehicle with the AWD not working, it gave me messages and completely stopped working in one of the snows last winter 2024, besides other problems that the vehicle had.
I dont remember how, but 'Thanks God' i got to Mr Krukas and Team, and he guided me on every step with the best advice, was always accessible, the case was settled, with the manufacturer repurchasing the vehicle, and repaying most of the money.

Stay away from this law firm. Their m.o. has not changed in years. Someone posted five years ago how Mr. Goldberg gave them the run around. He does the same to me and I am his client! He never returns my phone calls or my emails. I called the office recently and left a message for his partner and nothing. They don't value their clients. Go elsewhere. Had I known what I know now, I would have gone to a different law firm.

On a good day Guardianship can be confusing and challenging, especially for a new Guardian. You are constantly familiarizing yourself with new information pertaining to a wide array of topics that come along quickly and consistently. I called the office of Attorney Anthony Ballato after searching for some who deals with knowledge of the Lemon law. Mr Ballato was extremely helpful, and personable. He spoke to me giving me his time and showing compassion.
He explained that due to the car being purchased out of state he would recommend an attorney in the state where the vehicle was purchased. He just happened to know an attorney in that state I mentioned then.. he sent a text message ahead while still on the phone with me sharing with this attorney my dilemma. I was amazed because many would and have said “sorry but I can’t help you” that’s out of my jurisdiction. Not Mr Ballato he wen the extra mile and I am so very grateful to him. I did speak with the recommended attorney. I highly recommend this law practice to anyone seeking an attorney in this area of need although his office also covers many other types of cases. I bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle that sadly turned out to be a lemon. Initially, I decided to handle the process of filing a lemon law claim on my own. However, once I received a response from Harley's attorneys, I quickly realized that I was in over my head. I found Anthony Ballato's firm through an online search. Despite my hearing being scheduled just a few weeks away, Anthony graciously agreed to review my case. After our discussion, it became evident that I would greatly benefit from his experience and expertise. I hired Anthony and it didn't take long for Harley to become more cooperative. Eventually, we reached a settlement that left me very satisfied. Next time I will save myself a considerable amount of time and frustration and go to Anthony first.

After hiring a different lawyer in February 2018 that was diligently working on my case, we ended up pairing with John about 9months into the case. John was diligent, informative and took a real interest in my case. We spoke about my options and listened to my requests. John worked throughout the weekend before my probable cause hearing to find holes in the officers story. I was facing prison time as it would have been my 3rd DWI. After the hearing John was able to get my felonies reduced to one misdemeanor DWAI and a conditional discharge. I would highly recommend John to anyone as he takes a true interest and doesn’t just go through the motions.

John saved my life and my job! I have a habit of getting huge speeding tickets. I got yet another one and this was MAJOR! I was going to lose my license, my job, and I was going to have to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars in driver responsibility fees along with the fires and surcharge on the ticket as well as all of the points on my license.
John and his staff were super polite and professional throughout the entire process. Any questions I had were immediately answered.
When we went to court, I was thinking my best case scenario was going to be 2 or 4 points and a huge fine. Somehow John got me a PARKING TICKET! 0 POINTS!!! Jim , is a good lawyer very knowledgeable however we found it troublesome that we had to send requested paperwork on numerous occasions and having to call and check to ask why haven't you called to go over the paperwork in the case.We were told he didn't remember receiving it and please send again which happen on more then 1 occasion.As well it seemed he had no desire to fight for anything else but what was offered but excepted the easy way out ,Although he was very sympathetic and seemed caring we felt he had loss his fight that we were told he had over the many years he was know for at.his law practice. The case worked out ,however it wasn't an easy road having to constantly call and check in to discuss what he said was important details needed to be worked on for our case. Then to be told its not needed Each call seemed to be like the first starting from scratch each time . Very nice man , again extremely knowledgeable , caring. Perhaps some cases over so many years arent worth fighting for anymore .

I retained Jim Druker in February of 2018 to help resolve a tax problem I had stemming to events from 2010. I had been referred to him through another contact on LinkedIn. When I first got in touch with him I was frantic; and honestly remained frantic for the next 3 years but he never wavered in trying to keep me calm. Jim patiently and empathetically responded to my inquiries (though he was likely cursing me when he hung up the phone or responded to my longwinded emails). Jim was not warm and fuzzy but always optimistic that the issues would somehow get resolved. He truly never wavered on his resolve to help me get the issues I had settled in the best possible way. He didn't hold me hostage to invoices or finances but rather stayed true to his word when he was first engaged. Lesser men would have ignored my calls and my frantic emails, Jim did not. I will never in a lifetime be able to fully repay Jim for everything he did for me and for my family. I can only hope that this review provides some level of adequate thanks for his years of filing and re-filing. In the end, he kept his promise. And again, a lesser man might have given up (or gotten fed up with me). I would recommend Jim in a heartbeat. I trusted him with my life. And while I hope never, ever to speak to him about my personal finances again, if I were nearby, I would not hesitate to ask him for dinner. You simply cannot ask for a better person or attorney for legal representation of any kind, no less taxes or fraud.

In my early years I heard many disturbing stories of how people lost a major part of their inheritance to City, State and Federal tax, after their parents died without having lawful protection from the tax system, and the thought of seeking a protection crossed my mind many times.
