If you’re reading this review today, chances are you or someone you know are in need of representation in the court of law. I hired Adam Bolotin in February of 2020, after an unfortunate misunderstanding that led to my untimely separation from my company and a dream career that I had waited for over 35yrs:(
Due to the pandemic the city of Chicago literally shut down in March of 2020, which pushed my court dates further and further back, with the unknown and uncertainties, a widespread pandemic and no employment I found myself at a low point in my life, but through it all, Adam was extremely encouraging and reassuring by reminding me of how he was going to fight for me and that the law was there to protect me. I will forever be in this man’s debt as he time and time again rushed to represent me even after the case was dismissed, yet my new employer needed some legal final papers. Adam has definitely restored my faith in humanity.

Excellent services provided by this attorney. I initially consulted with him regarding the circumstances relating to my case, and he assured me that justice would be served, and he could handle it without issue. In less than six months, he was able to have all pending charges fully dismissed. He would have been able to resolve it sooner, if it hadn’t been for the lengthy process of the court system. Saw this law firm online and based on good reviews, I contacted their office and Atty Lebedin called me outright and had given me consulatation for free. I went to his office and Atty Arthur was so gracious listening to my woes with regards to my credit card debts. He’s very knowledgeable of what he does and very professional. Atty Arthur Lebedin and all worked hand in hand as a team to make things right for me sooner than I thought. I paid almost just 1/3 of my debt or $9,200+ discount from the original amount Im supposed to pay! So grateful to be represented by this amazing lawyers esp to Atty. We first hired Jack because he seemed very competent to represent us in Court. It was a difficult case and we were feeling very vulnerable.
As time went on, we were even happier that we chose him because not only he will be your lawyer, he will HONESTLY do what's best for you. He will give you many advices (some you might not wanna hear but he will say it anyway because it's necessary) and he will always make sure you're up to date with everything going on and the options you have.
He honestly cared about us and our situation. He CARES.

At first I was very worried that there was no hope for my case or situation. But without fail John has been there every step of the way with me easing my anxiety and reassuring me that he’ll get the best outcome. He’s kind and patient and has taken his time to explain every detail of the case and the defense. He even had a meeting with family members to dismiss their worry. He was very caring and took my case seriously and although I doubted that the case could get dismissed he made that happen. After being arrest for a criminal offense and finding myself in a situation that could effect my entire future, I went ahead with the grueling task of having to find legal representation. Christopher helped me with my speeding ticket. Instead of me getting 4 violation points and huge speeding ticket he was able to convert it to "1Opening and closing vehicle doors" ticket. So, I paid lesser for ticket and got 0 violation points. Besides, Christopher was extremely responsive and transparent throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I'm 48 and my husband is a trial lawyer, so I have been inside a lot of court rooms and I've never encountered a lawyer like Mr. Fenchel. I hired him on a very simple matter but watching him interact with his court appointed clients I realized he is a unicorn... a lawyer that genuinely cares what happens to other people.
It is very clear that the judge and DA respect him, but I also respect him for the human kindness he showed not only to his court appointed clients but to their loved ones and to me as well. I can't believe I just handed a lawyer all my money and thought 'wow that was awesome' but here we are. I'm almost glad I got a stone cold sober DUI just so I could know such an interesting person exists. He is so smart careful and articulate I do not think he misspoke a single time, his general policy looks to be to just to outwork everyone and it shows. Eleven stars.

I was arrested for DWI, unsafe lane change and not updating the address on my driver's license. I also refused a chemical test. Tim was extremely helpful. He put my mind at ease, and calmly walked through all of the potential outcomes. While we lost the refusal hearing, Tim was able to get the non-DWI charges reduced to a parking ticket. He was also able to get the DWI charges reduced to DWAI after successfully cross-examining the police officer during testimony. I hope that I never have to call Tim again for a traffic-related incident, but I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone else that needs legal representation.

I was charged with a DWI along with another traffic violation a few months ago. I called the trbovich law firm after I read a number of reviews and was linked up with Tim Brooks. He was strait forward as to every and any possible outcome that could play out and had a game plan for all of it. He was always available to answer any questions throughout the process and was very thorough in his explanations and broke it down to a level anyone could relate to so there wasn't any misconceptions about the proceedings. In the end he got the results he had anticipated and fought for. For anyone seeking legal council especially with DWI cases I would 100% point you in the direction of this lawyer. 10 years ago i saw mr. mihuta in rensselaer county court and he was the only lawyer that argued with the judge for his client. other attorneys i witnessed agreeing with the da. Mr. Mituta wouldnt take anything less then the best for his client. i was impressed then and started to retain him. I have used lucas over the last 10 plus years for various criminal court proceedings, to surrogates and most recently my personal injury case which went to trial. During trial i was so impressed with his knowledge of medical that i asked him if he had a medical degree as well. he actually had the doctors re think what they were saying and his style had the jury do anything BUT fall asleep. even the judge said he was looking forward to lucas keeping him awake. he was so impressive with his closing arguments he had me crying and moved the jury to a favorable outcome. Hes friendly, impressively knowledgable, understanding and most of all not judgemental in anyway. lucas generally cares for his clients and will work hard to make sure he gets the bests results for you. stop looking for attorneys. i swear you hit jackpot with mr. mihuta, your in good hands and worth every penny.

We were ticketed on the Taconic on our way north, and the town court was much too far away to contest the ticket in person.
After research, we chose Jonathan Katz to represent us in town court. Jonathan's office explained the process clearly, and communicated promptly. The ticket was reduced from a 4 point unjust result to a 0 point non-moving violation (improper parking), and we paid the fine by website the same day. Excellent result.

A childhood friend of my son asked him to do her a favor and this resulted in him being arrested and charged. He spent a night in jail and with the help of legal aid was released on bond. When I picked up my 3rd drinking and driving offense I knew I messed up. I reached out to a few different attorneys and determined Tom was the best fit for me and I wasn't wrong. Mr. Splain knew I messed up pretty big as well, but never made me feel worse than I already felt. Tom was able to get this DWI reduced to a DWAI with all the minimum sanctions. Tom's presence in the court room is second to no one and he is clearly very well connected with the players in the judicial system in the greater Rochester area. My biggest hurdle was the DMV hearing. Tom, was able to get the refusal dismissed. Which to my understanding, is like finding a needle in a haystack!
Tom Splain is one of the premier, top notch, defense attorneys around and I highly recommend him when your backs against the wall!

He got my following too closely (accident involved) ticket reduced to a no point 1114A violation. All I had to do is pay a fine. In most cases such a reduction is unheard of and many other attorneys I contacted weren't confident in their ability to have this reduced to no points. After sending him a picture of my ticket he said he will take it from here. So convenient, assured be everything would be okay and work out, and it did.

Mr. Mafrici was who I chose after being hit with a speeding ticket in New York. My ticket was for 88 in a 65 (6 point ticket) and this would’ve given me a large fine and sharp insurance increases. Mr. Mafrici was prompt, professional, and informative throughout the entire process and within a few weeks, he had the ticket reduced to a 0 point parking ticket. His rates are a bargain for how streamlined and painless the process was, and I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re facing a similar situation then go with Thomas Mafrici, you won’t regret it.

A month ago, I had FOUR traffic tickets issued to me, at one time, by a gang of mentally-ill Suffolk County police-officers—the total points of which would equal EIGHT, had I been found guilty.
I am so very grateful that I choose David to represent me in court; he was able to have two tickets dismissed entirely and the other two reduced to mere parking violations! Needless to say, I am deeply satisfied with David's excellent performance and am forever indebted to his kindness—because without him, my drivers-license would surly have been suspended and/or revoked!

I had an excellent experience with Daniel Kron. From our very first phone conversation he explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand. My case was what I perceived to be a difficult, high conflict case in regard to visitation and custody. It was a very tumultuous time for me and Daniel always took the time, generously I might add, to explain things thoroughly and to discuss strategy. The day following my son’s arrest, we were in a state of shock and immediately hired a different attorney affiliated with one of those DWI firms that you see heavily advertised on billboards. Over the next couple of months, as details of the case emerged, it became increasingly clear that there were issues with the initial stop and inconsistencies with the evidence, but the attorney did not seem to be fully engaged or have mastery of the facts of the case. Often, I would reach out to him when I found an issue and would get no response or a response at the last minute, as if he only looked at the material the morning before the court appearance. Each court date it seemed like he was “going through the motions” with a foregone conclusion that the case would simply be pled down. When I brought up issues with discovery, or the police report, or frustration that no one was reviewing the full facts of the case, I was most often met with a shrug and some comment along the lines of “that’s just how it is in the criminal justice system.” He advised my son to request and accept a plea deal and had us nearly convinced that if we tried to push forward with motions, etc., we were just risking a worse outcome. But this was my kid, and accepting a sentence without anyone really considering the facts of the case just didn’t feel right, so we reached out to an experienced friend for advice and she said, “Fire that guy. You need to hire Ed Fiandach.”
At our initial consultation with Ed, he immediately identified that there were issues with the traffic stop and cited the relevant case law. He said the right next step was to file motions to suppress the stop. “You should never skip the steps,” he said. When I shared that the other attorney told us that filing motions could result in a worse sentence and maybe the plea is the best we can do, Ed said something that put everything in to focus. He said, “Your son hasn’t even had a defense yet.” He gave us confidence that my son shouldn’t just accept the plea deal. Ed and his team filed the motions, and when the hearing happened, Ed knew exactly what to say and do to show that the prosecution had not established probable cause for the traffic stop. To follow-up, he wrote a memorandum of law that was thorough, detailed, and fact-based that clearly supported his motion to suppress the evidence. Ed knows the law inside and out and through his efforts, my son’s case was dismissed.
Throughout the entire process, Ed was responsive when we had questions, patient, and most importantly, kind to both me and my son. I am forever grateful to Ed and his team for helping my family through this difficult situation.

After our motor vehicle incident with our son and having it out of county, we did not know who to call.
