In November of 2023, my brother passed away. It was the saddest time for my family. We were overwhelmed with grief. My brother did not have a will. We knew we needed legal assistance in sorting out my brother’s estate. In the summer of 2025, I took a chance and emailed the Talbot Law Group and briefly described our situation. I was not expecting an immediate response but Elizabeth Talbot from the firm promptly responded to my inquiry. I had a very pleasant conversation with Elizabeth. She spoke to one of the Partners at the firm on our behalf. Our case was assigned to Emily Nashban. My sister and I met with Emily virtually. Emily understood our situation, explained all the options available to us, answered all our questions and at the same time kept our expectations real. Once Emily took over our case, she meticulously managed all the necessary documents, handled the arrangements with the Probate Referee and all communications with the court, providing us timely updates along the way. She was completely transparent, which was especially important to me.
I found that the Talbot Law Group staff is easy to talk to and extremely professional. Their expertise and in depth knowledge on the matter is evident. I felt confident that they were the best law group to handle our case and to recommend the appropriate option specific to our situation.

Evan Zelig is the best criminal law attorney in Sonoma county. I had someone wrongfully accused of DV, and we called Evan immediately. He educated us on the law and the likely outcome. The charges were dropped in the interim but Evan still supported us as a courtesy on the hearing date to drop the charges and emailed back later to answer more questions I had. He's very responsive and I like that he helped me understand how the laws work for criminal cases so I could understand what was going on. He has reasonable prices (even though I didn't need to hire him) and a great attitude. Don't look elsewhere if you find yourself or a loved one charged with a criminal charge.

We are so pleased with Desert Law Group. We brought our four (4) Trust to Desert Law Group to review and help us update and simplify them. We first met with one of the lawyers (Joe) who was very knowledgeable and more importantly, easy to talk to and ask questions about our trusts. Later Kimberly came in and explained the Trusts distributions and the differences between revocable and non- revocable Trusts. We have both. We revised two Trust and left the other two Trust as they were. Office Staff is great! Very professional, willing to help where they can, and always greeted us at the door with a smile and a friendly hello. We recommend Desert Law Group.

Stipp law firm is awesome. I was in a car accident in June. I did my research and decided to go with stipp law firm (I called maybe 15 lawyers).
What made me decide to select stipp law, was when I called, they didn't want to talk about money. Every other lawyer I called hounded me about how much I could make, and there high percentage they would earn.
Stipp law genuinely cared about my well being. They set up every thing for me, doctors appointments, mri's, consultations etc.
Through the whole process they answered every question I had anytime I had it. They called and email me frequently to keep me updated. I never was put on hold when I called with questions. Every email I sent had a quick response.
The insurance companies kept offering unfair payouts, but stipp law firm fought tooth and nail to get me what was fair. They are wonderful, honest, and hardworking. They did everything for me.
Deffintly will use them again in the future

In our meeting, Herb truly provided a lot of support and helped us understand the whole entire process of preparing and creating our estate settlement portfolio.
We truly appreciated that he went step-by-step through the entire document to help us understand what we were creating, who will be the successor of our assets and how our children will be taken care of, and, overall, the entire family if an incident were to happen.
This is an amazing life responsibility that everybody needs to truly take advantage, for the protection of children, assets, and family members.

We did not have a good experience with Ms. Carney. It is as difficult to even speak with her. She hired another attorney to assist with my mother’s estate who was horrid. This attorney was hostile to my sister and myself and wracked up charges. I would not recommend this law firm.

Teddy R McNamara is an excellent attorney specializing in estate planning and probate. Teddy prepared my living trust and throughout this process he was extremely through and knowledgeable. Besides knowing the law regarding trusts inside and out he has all the traits you look for in choosing an attorney. Although he is very busy he takes time to answer any and all questions. Eight years ago, my family contracted with Teddy McNamara to amend my father's trust upon his death. Teddy's work back then assured that we returned to him eight years later when my Mom passed away. Teddy was attentive and very responsive in dealing with the administration of my Mom's trust/estate, which involved long-distance tasks/signing papers. In addition, Teddy was very available at all times (particularly on weekends and after hours), and was personable. We shared travel information, which was a welcome diversion from all of the tasks at hand! We greatly appreciated this aspect. Administration of my Mom's estate was timely and quick, which is how I wanted it to be.
The only recommendation I would make is that documents be reviewed a bit more thoroughly before going to the client, i.e. spelling and correct names. A quick re-check before sending documents out would probably suffice.

After getting in a car accident Hovik was recommended to me by a family member. He immediately instructed me how to proceed and stopped the insurance calls. Awful experience. This attorney offered to analyze my probate case for $2500. When I called back to agree he asked for $1000 more. I paid $3500. He told me his partner, who is his daughter, will be continuing my case. Nobody was contacting me for five weeks. When I called five weeks later no attorneys were available to talk to, only there assistant. Assistant emailed me review of my case two weeks later which wasn't making sense at all, and signed by the assistant. Besides of that I received bill for $575 week later. Profile of this attorney on this website states "Attention", because his license was suspended four times.

When my dad got sick we didn't know what to do. His finances were a mess and we couldn't afford the care he needed. We had spoken to social workers, advocates, the hospital, the rehab facility, but no one could give us clear instructions on what to do... only advice on how to fill out some forms. We were referred by an advocate to a different lawyer who wanted to charge us before they even knew if they could help us. Not even 5 minutes of time...
We were referred by a friend to Rebecca and Dinh. We did some research before calling them and they had so much good feedback on every website. We were skeptical at first. How can a law firm have all 5 stars and such rave reviews?
We met with both of them for an extremely detailed overview of what we needed to do and further information needed. They were kind, calm and clear. They didn't rush us and I could tell that they care about their clients. They sprung into action immediately because some of the forms we needed were due within a few weeks. Their communication was constant by phone and email. All of their other staff were also smart, helpful and efficient, especially Anita.
Despite our case being very complicated, we were able to achieve all the goals we discussed by the deadlines required. We feel so lucky that we were able to find Golfarb & Luu and recommend them to anyone looking for an elder attorney!!!

I was a cyclist hit in a bicycle vs. auto accident with disputed liability (50/50) over who ran the red light in an intersection in San Francisco. I was referred to Debra by a close friend and attorney.
Debra thoroughly prepared me for what lay ahead. Her compassionate and straightforward communication style made me comfortable with a process that was completely unknown to me.
Before even sending the settlement demand letter, Debra did a huge amount of work on my behalf. She collected all of my medical records, bills, and other documentation. She engaged the services of an awesome biomechanical engineer to help reconstruct the accident.
