I’ve been having some difficulty getting in touch with the team at this injury lawyer firm, and I’m feeling quite frustrated. After my case was recently dropped, I’ve been trying to reach someone regarding a payment I sent to them. It was money given to me from the insurance company. I need guidance on how it can be returned to me, so I can pay for my medical expenses and any debts incurred due to the accident. I’ve reached out multiple times through different forms of communication, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. I understand that things can get busy, but I’m hoping for a bit more clarity and assistance during this process. It’s been a bit challenging not hearing back, and I would really appreciate some support in resolving this matter.

My husband and I had gone to Greg Nussbickel in 2017 to write up our Will and Trust. When my husband passed in 2024 I called Greg to look over and make amendments on my existing Trust to make sure my children would avoid probate. We had two telephone encounters, first one to go over what amendments needed to be done and second one to read over those amendments and to change what needed to be changed. Signing those amendments was quick and easy with every question answered. Greg is professional and reliable. I highly recommend Greg and his team to take care of all your legal matters.

Greg and his team with Evolution Retirement updates my Trust and Will and the process couldn’t have been easier. It was nice some appointments could be done via conference call and just two in office visits. Documents were very complete and I have to say both he and his assistant are very versed in Florida estate planning and Florida law.

WOW! I just don’t have the words to express how grateful I am that Attorney Marcus Sermons agreed to take on the lawsuits brought against me as the executor of my brother’s estate. I live in NH and my brother lived in Florida. Unfortunately, my brother’s biological and estranged child flew into Florida within 24 hrs of his death believing she was entitled to everything… regardless of his will and final wishes. Her deceitful and aggressive actions only added more sadness and trauma to the loss of my brother.
I could say Attorney Sermons gave me 110% or 150% or 200% … but it was more than that.
• First, he took on the case which was already messy from two previous attorneys… and I had been warned by a paralegal friend that no attorney would care to wade into a small, yet complicated estate lawsuit
• Attorney Sermons’ calm, supportive demeanor brought me to tears immediately as I felt heard for the first time in more than a year

I would like to start by saying I have not dealt with Cam Justice and his firm on a professional level (yet), but I know Cam personally. He is a very nice guy. I was going through a difficult situation, and he gave me some professional advice. He also recommended a colleague of his. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation in which you need to use the long term disability benefits that you have then please take your time and consider using Mr. Hill’s law practice. The policies that the LTD providers have can be challenging, confusing and quite bigoted. The team here however will go above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken into consideration, will explain everything in a full and clear manner and that all further communications with the LTD provider will take place through their practice. Furthermore, all the conferences that took place never felt rushed and left me more informed and educated by the time they were over. Patricia, Michael and Dernica in which I worked with always resulted in positive interactions and got back to me in a timely manner. Mr. Hill has the experience, took his time to understand the situation fully and was able to get my denied benefits restored. If I could go back in time I would have done one thing different though, I would have hired this practice from the onset of my LTD benefits instead of waiting until something went astray. As I have a feeling that with them involved from the start that the denial the LTD provider tried to get away with would have never been attempted.

Without question the best professional experience I’ve ever had with any type of firm.
Mr Jacoby was as thorough as one could be and exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. He took a surprising amount of time both listening to our circumstances and explaining how best to proceed. Most importantly, it’s very clear his excellence stems from a true care of people.
In addition, his staff is no less attentive and caring. I worked with Lisa Waltrip, who was wonderful. We navigated through a tedious Medicaid process with relative ease, with Lisa carefully explaining each step and simplifying everything.
On top of it all, one day Lisa sent an email-she’d stopped and met my mother. In a world where personal attention and care seems to be greatly diminishing, this floored me. What a truly exceptional group of people.

Where do I begin? Compassion, Grit, Tenacity, Work- ethic, professional, are only a few of the words I would begin to describe Attorney Jacoby and his team, more specifically in my case Ms. Marcano. Any questions, concerns, were always responded to quickly and with full detail by Mr. Jacoby or his team. I have an extremely difficult and challenging situation, but Attorney Jacoby has always been patient and will do whatever is needed to help. They really do care and do their best to assist as if it was their own personal case. I cannot say enough how highly I recommend them; I would tell you if you are considering using them or not- do not waiver- you won't regret it! Seeing what happened to a relative needing a rehab facility made us realize we needed an elder law attorney's advice for our immediate family.

We hired Kellen’s firm to apply for Medicaid for Mom to receive long term care in a nursing home. We were given “ homework “ before our first meeting, which helped us to begin collecting the necessary paperwork. For example, we had to go the courthouse to obtain certified legal documents.
When a loved one is slightly over the cap in income, qualifying for Medicaid can be daunting. Kellen’s firm saved us from completing the lengthy and tedious Medicaid form and from making costly mistakes in qualifying for this benefit.
The first consultation with Kellen was eye-opening. He busted many Medicaid myths! I also watched the pertinent videos on the website. We should have come to him a couple of years ago when Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Kellen and his paralegal specialist, Christian, made the process understandable with handouts and flowcharts. They were familiar with the staff of the nursing home we selected, and kept us apprised of the application status.
We highly recommend Kellen and his firm!

I have had several wills completed in the past by attorneys that really had not a clue what they were doing. I felt as though I needed to have it ironclad because I had a special situation where I didn’t want certain people that may have had a legal right to my Estate that we set up a trust and Andrea made sure that the trust was protected and that distribution it would only go to my one and only charity. A couple years later, of course life changes things around. I needed to make a major revision, so my trustee has all the information she needs to process the trust. After reading everything over it was done beautifully and I feel now I don’t have to worry about where the trust will be distributed. it’s a total relief something I don’t want to worry about as I’m getting up in the years. I would highly recommend Andrea and her staff to anyone that wants an ironclad agreement and done so professionally.

I cannot recommend Hollyn and her paralegal, McKenzie, enough! The service was OUTSTANDING! Hollyn met with us in person initially, and made what could have been SUPER complicated situation, with transferring my deceased sister’s trust almost effortless. And I really appreciated that the very reasonable expense to help us with all of the filings and papers was done as a flat fee. There were no surprises or hidden costs! Because of this, I was not stressed about the MANY emails I sent asking for help and clarification on how to do things, as this was the first time I was the executor for a trust.
And there responses were so quick; I always got an answer immediately. I even called in a panic when I was at the bank (getting my Medallion Signature Guarantees) and they took my call and patiently talked me through everything. What amazing and caring client service to get in this day and age when other law firms bill for every ten minutes!

I am so grateful for Hollyn Foster. I went to Bowers and Associates, because my family had gotten help from them in 2015, when my Mom needed to admitted to a nursing home, and they provided excellent service to help set up a Qualified Income Trust. This past December (2019), I went to see Hollyn Foster for help with my sister-in-law's estate. Since that first meeting, and continuing now, she has provided me with advice and direction, solved problems, answered every email right away and kept me informed of the progress of the Estate. No matter what complicated matter arose, regarding the letters of administration, will, house, belongings, savings bonds, 401K, life insurance policy, unclaimed accounts, vehicle- she was able to help with it or direct me as to what my options were( Paralegal McKenzie Ford has also assisted on some of these issues).

Through a recommendation we contacted the Williams & Doddridge office to discuss preparing a Trust for us. We were impressed during our consultation and hired Ryan Doddridge to prepare our estate planning documents.
A year later my sister passed and I was named the personal representative for her Estate. I hired Williams & Doddridge to help me with the overwhelming process. They are a terrific firm to work with and have done a wonderful job of settling her Estate & her Trust.

My daughter and myself were in an accident with a truck. He slammed into and took off. Afterwards the truck company denied our injuries and claims. Mr. Snyder was referred to me by another attorney i respect. Mr Snyder was very firm and pushed the case all the way to litigation. He fought hard and we got the case settled for what we deserve and not what the truck company wanted to get away with. I recommend Barry Snyder to my family and friends.

I am so grateful to Deeb Elder Law. My mother had always been a very independent (read stubborn) lady until COVID 19. She was so ill and was hospitalized several times, but amazingly recovered. I had to deal with an guardianship accounting issue dating back to 2005. I visited multiple lawyers prior to meeting Ms. Woods and found that they really didn't seem to have a full grasp of what needed to be done to properly file the guardianship accounting paperwork.
Within ten minutes of our initial meeting, it was clear Ms. Woods knew the exact steps to take to get the paperwork in proper order. She was able to give my wife and I very specific instructions on the paperwork we would need, the paperwork she would need and the paperwork the court would need. She also asked us questions we didn't know to ask and that none of the other lawyers even brought up.
With her guidance and the assistance of her associates Karen and Norma, we were able to get all of the paperwork put together in a couple of weeks (which is even more impressive when noting these were holiday weeks). The paperwork has now been properly filed with the court and we now know how and when to get this paperwork filed for future years.
I cannot begin to stress how much peace of mind having someone who knows the process as well as Ms. Woods does can provide. I would highly recommend her for any family law matter.

I 'm from out of state residing temporarily in corporate apartments and was in need of a Power of Attorney. Thank goodness there was a neighborhood lawyer less than a mile away that provided the service that I needed, Mrs./Miss Marcella was that lawyer. She even answered by e-mail on Sunday afternoon concerning my POA.. The next day after work my POA was ready and my wife was very happy when she received the POA the next following day. There are always two sides to every story, as indicated by the reviews and responses. I can only give you my perception and outcome from my dealings with Mrs. Taylor. First, I called to schedule an appointment with a "lawyer for people with limited income" and the fee was $295 per hour, now let me assure you I have never paid that amount of money in any of my appointments with Mrs. Taylor. Now, I'm sure someone will say, "you get what you pay for", in this case, I would say, "Board certified". In my opinion, Mrs. Taylor simplifies everything by telling you the bottom line. I would recommend Mrs. Taylor and if she isn't able to return your call right away, call again or better yet pay $300 or more per hour for the same law advice. In addition, I have in the past called for legal advice in which I will not mention names and I still have not heard back. In conclusion, Mrs. Taylor is, in my opinion, an honest and caring person with years of attorney experience. She is the first lawyer you should call if she can't help you she will tell you.
