The advice that I received from Attorney Long H. Duong during our communication was not what I wanted to hear, but it was what I needed to hear. It became apparent to me that, he was protecting my best interest in the matter concerning adding my 4 siblings names to a couple of warranty deeds (which he advised against). In dealing with my mother’s estate (or lack thereof) I only needed a 15-minute consultation with Mr. Duong. His is true to his statement about finding out if probate is necessary or if alternative solutions are available. I was drawn to his matter-of-fact information on the website that didn’t have the slant of “you must do this fast, and you must have a lawyer.” The ability to speak directly with the attorney and not have to filter through a sales pitch or commitment was a pleasant surprise, and at no point did I feel “small” in making my inquiry. It was more like a neighbor giving the best advice they can to get you in the right direction. At the end of the call, I had a better understanding of the Florida estate system and a good idea of how my family needed to move forward. If my circumstances needed more elaborate care, I would reach out to Mr. Duong again. I greatly appreciate his time and how kindly he addressed my questions.

Upon retirement my wife and I realized that we needed to update our will. We met with William O'Leary and he carefully listened to our requirements. He then educated us on the probate process, and recommended that we consider a living trust along with the will. It became clear to us that his advice was justified. The will and living trust were done quickly and accurately. I would also add that Mr. O'Leary handled this sensitive process with warranted compassion.

Without question the best professional experience I’ve ever had with any type of firm.
Mr Jacoby was as thorough as one could be and exceptionally knowledgeable in his field. He took a surprising amount of time both listening to our circumstances and explaining how best to proceed. Most importantly, it’s very clear his excellence stems from a true care of people.
In addition, his staff is no less attentive and caring. I worked with Lisa Waltrip, who was wonderful. We navigated through a tedious Medicaid process with relative ease, with Lisa carefully explaining each step and simplifying everything.
On top of it all, one day Lisa sent an email-she’d stopped and met my mother. In a world where personal attention and care seems to be greatly diminishing, this floored me. What a truly exceptional group of people.

Where do I begin? Compassion, Grit, Tenacity, Work- ethic, professional, are only a few of the words I would begin to describe Attorney Jacoby and his team, more specifically in my case Ms. Marcano. Any questions, concerns, were always responded to quickly and with full detail by Mr. Jacoby or his team. I have an extremely difficult and challenging situation, but Attorney Jacoby has always been patient and will do whatever is needed to help. They really do care and do their best to assist as if it was their own personal case. I cannot say enough how highly I recommend them; I would tell you if you are considering using them or not- do not waiver- you won't regret it! We hired Kellen’s firm to apply for Medicaid for Mom to receive long term care in a nursing home. We were given “ homework “ before our first meeting, which helped us to begin collecting the necessary paperwork. For example, we had to go the courthouse to obtain certified legal documents.
When a loved one is slightly over the cap in income, qualifying for Medicaid can be daunting. Kellen’s firm saved us from completing the lengthy and tedious Medicaid form and from making costly mistakes in qualifying for this benefit.
The first consultation with Kellen was eye-opening. He busted many Medicaid myths! I also watched the pertinent videos on the website. We should have come to him a couple of years ago when Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Kellen and his paralegal specialist, Christian, made the process understandable with handouts and flowcharts. They were familiar with the staff of the nursing home we selected, and kept us apprised of the application status.
We highly recommend Kellen and his firm!

I first attended on the estate planning seminars and found to be very informative. Our follow-up meetings with Robert went very well. He took a lot of time to answer our questions. Robert also asked me a number of questions which helped me think about things with a new perspective which was very helpful.

I have had several wills completed in the past by attorneys that really had not a clue what they were doing. I felt as though I needed to have it ironclad because I had a special situation where I didn’t want certain people that may have had a legal right to my Estate that we set up a trust and Andrea made sure that the trust was protected and that distribution it would only go to my one and only charity. A couple years later, of course life changes things around. I needed to make a major revision, so my trustee has all the information she needs to process the trust. After reading everything over it was done beautifully and I feel now I don’t have to worry about where the trust will be distributed. it’s a total relief something I don’t want to worry about as I’m getting up in the years. I would highly recommend Andrea and her staff to anyone that wants an ironclad agreement and done so professionally.

Mr. Peacock, and his wonderful team, were able to assist me through my recent divorce. I was referred to him by a friend who had retained him previously, and after my initial consultation decided to go with his office for legal assistance.
His office was able to explain the legal jargon in an easily understandable fashion, assisted me with my required paperwork for the legal filings, and were empathic in their approach during a very stressful time for me. They were prompt with their responses to my questions, and reached out to help remind me of specific deadlines we had to meet. In the end, Mr. Peacock's office was able to help me complete my divorce case promptly and secure my personally desired outcome for the case.

I cannot recommend Hollyn and her paralegal, McKenzie, enough! The service was OUTSTANDING! Hollyn met with us in person initially, and made what could have been SUPER complicated situation, with transferring my deceased sister’s trust almost effortless. And I really appreciated that the very reasonable expense to help us with all of the filings and papers was done as a flat fee. There were no surprises or hidden costs! Because of this, I was not stressed about the MANY emails I sent asking for help and clarification on how to do things, as this was the first time I was the executor for a trust.
And there responses were so quick; I always got an answer immediately. I even called in a panic when I was at the bank (getting my Medallion Signature Guarantees) and they took my call and patiently talked me through everything. What amazing and caring client service to get in this day and age when other law firms bill for every ten minutes!
And Hollyn explained EVERYTHING in plain terms that I could understand. She is SO knowledgeable about all of the details of estates. I went to Bowers and Associates, because my family had gotten help from them in 2015, when my Mom needed to admitted to a nursing home, and they provided excellent service to help set up a Qualified Income Trust. This past December (2019), I went to see Hollyn Foster for help with my sister-in-law's estate. Since that first meeting, and continuing now, she has provided me with advice and direction, solved problems, answered every email right away and kept me informed of the progress of the Estate. Having something happen to a parent while you are thousands of miles away is hard , but having to manage healthcare and family care laws in another state can magnify the crisis. Matt walked our family step by step through the medicare and medicaid programs .

Mr. Cohen represented me in probating my grandmother's estate. It was a very complex case, that even included a lien from Medicare. My mother lived in Florida and my wife and I lived over 600 miles/11 hour drive away.
