If you want an attorney that is caring, trustworthy and looking out for your best interest than Mr. Glisson is the attorney for you. Mr. Glisson handled my family law case and did so in a timely and professional manner. I was informed with the progression of the case by mail and/or email, and felt like he and his staff were truly looking out for my welfare. Mr. Glisson has very reasonable rates and does not nickle and dime for every little thing. I understand that these types of cases cannot be resolved overnight, but Mr. Glisson did his best to help me find closure and resolve my case as quickly as possible. If I should ever need any attorney again in the future, Mr. Glisson is definitely the attorney that I would hire.

Glisson is an extremely conscientious, reliable and honest . You will not meet too many people like him. He is very knowledgeable and completely humble. No lawyer attitude yet a comprehensive legal knowledge and the gumption to stick up for his clients rights. His fees are beyond reasonable and he doesnt watch the clock like so many other lawyers. If you need a lawyer for tenant rights, he only works for tenants. He doesnt play both sides which is a testament to his character. He is Knowlegable, compassionate, creative, approachable and brilliant

After my father passed away unexpectedly in 2019, I immediately began the work of acting as his personal representative. Unfortunately, my father had no legal Will which led to a contested estate. The estate attorney I hired initially was not interested in handling litigation filed by another heir, and recommended David Garten for the job. Calling David Garten was the best decision I could have made.
David Garten is an expert in Florida State Estate Law. He is a litigation attorney who handles contested estates and defends his clients with zeal. He exudes the calm confidence and total professionalism of an expert in his field. There are none of the blustering or hyperbolic statements that you will find with unqualified attorneys who are just trying to get your business. David will never leave you with a false sense of confidence on any issue. David’s credentials are impeccable, and he is a regular contributor to Florida State Bar Association publications. David’s staff is top notch and well organized, a sure sign of an excellent attorney. I also found David and his staff to be approachable and easy going, not stuffy or hard to communicate with as some attorney’s offices can be.
David’s work on my father’s estate was exemplary. He successfully negotiated settlements and diffused or won the unnecessary litigation brought against the estate. At one point David parlayed a pre-trial deposition into a settlement that enabled me to continue my work to close the estate without interruption. This is one of many examples of David’s expert handling of my father’s estate. David is very cost conscious and employs other Estate Attorneys to handle the more routine aspects of estate administration. You can rest assured that you won’t be gouged. David’s calm approach to angry opposing counsel, random unnecessary litigation, and wary nerve-wracked clients, was incredibly reassuring as we worked through various issues.
I would highly recommend David Garten to represent you if you are the executor or personal representative of a contested estate. In fact, I would say that if relatives are likely to litigate after the loss of a loved one, skip the standard Estate Attorneys and call David Garten for the representation that you really need.

I was living out-of-state when notified of my estranged husband's death. I needed to be advised and represented by an attorney who was familiar with Florida's state statutes for elective shares regarding the surviving spouse. My situation required a lot of special research. David made me feel comfortable and confident that everything was covered. He kept me appraised of the current status, even though there were time issues holding up our progress. Given the circumstances of my case, I felt David was attentive, personable and gave my case the required attention to detail needed. I was especially impressed with the follow up on David's part and his paralegal, Cheryl. At the conclusion of my case, they both made me feel like I would want to use there service again and/or would refer my family and friends to them.

After being victimized by several other attorneys regarding Trusts, Elder Law and Guardianship I did extensive research prior to finding a West Palm Beach attorney with the expertise and experience of David M. Garten, Esq. He was very responsive regarding scheduling and thoroughly knowledgeable in his field of law. He was always sympathetic and concerned to act in my best interest. His fees were reasonable and there was never a suspicion that his time billed was inflated. Hiring Mr. Garten actually turned out to be an extremely excellent value when at our first meeting he suggested he would, and actually did notify my insurers who ended up carrying a significant portion of my case with Mr. Garten's supervision. I now know how fortunate I was to have been represented by such a caring, compassionate, and expert attorney. I would never hesitate to encourage anyone needing the type of legal services offered by Mr. Garten to meet with him. I went to Mr Schofner when my Dad's health was starting to fail to help me sort out what I needed to be aware of, not knowing anything about wills or probate matters. They made the experience easy and their expertise was so helpful. They returned calls and emails promptly and I always knew the status of the case. They were in constant communication as well with the nursing home to coordinate the process. I could not have navigated the Medicaid process and required information without their extensive knowledge of the laws. Each state is so different in what is allowed and not by Medicaid it can become overwhelming but Mr. Frazier and his associates simplified this in easy to understand for myself. We have used Hemness Faller a couple of times throughout the years and they have always provided excellent results for us.
Hemness Faller was recommended to us by a friend who had been in similar situations with an aging parent. Danielle provided a plan to help us take care of my dad’s physical and financial needs.
Also as parents we needed to make sure our children would be looked after by family if anything happened to us.
Our children are now grown and out on their own so we returned to Hemness Faller to update all of our legal papers. We asked a lot of questions and they took the time to answer and advise us about each document.
It can be a stressful process but we had a lot of laughs with Danielle as we worked through the details of updating our wills, trusts & poa’s.

If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation in which you need to use the long term disability benefits that you have then please take your time and consider using Mr. Hill’s law practice. The policies that the LTD providers have can be challenging, confusing and quite bigoted. The team here however will go above and beyond to ensure that everything is taken into consideration, will explain everything in a full and clear manner and that all further communications with the LTD provider will take place through their practice. Furthermore, all the conferences that took place never felt rushed and left me more informed and educated by the time they were over. Patricia, Michael and Dernica in which I worked with always resulted in positive interactions and got back to me in a timely manner. Mr. Hill has the experience, took his time to understand the situation fully and was able to get my denied benefits restored. If I could go back in time I would have done one thing different though, I would have hired this practice from the onset of my LTD benefits instead of waiting until something went astray. As I have a feeling that with them involved from the start that the denial the LTD provider tried to get away with would have never been attempted.

After our father suffered a severe stroke, his life changed dramatically. Paying for his newly-needed care was a big challenge. My brother and I started looking into acquiring Medicaid benefits, which was an incredibly difficult task. We soon realized that we needed an attorney that specializes in elder care to help us with this process.
There are hundreds of elder care attorneys in the greater Miami area. We searched for reviews of different firms, but noticed that most of the recommendations were coming from other lawyers and colleagues. We wanted real-world recommendations from actual families, with stories similar to ours. We called Assisted Living facilities in the area and spoke to their managers. Several of them recommended Jason Neufeld with the firm Elder Needs Law.
We decided to work with Jason and his staff. Jason and his staff are extremely efficient. They are very knowledgeable, caring, and responsive. They have answered all of our questions, (special thanks to Tracy Meli) and guided us through this process. Choosing Elder Needs Law was definitely a good decision for us.
The Medicaid application process is very complicated, confusing and time-consuming. We could have NEVER navigated through these many processes by ourselves. Our mother has since declined medically, and now both our parents have been approved by Medicaid, thanks to Elder Needs Law.
Our anxiety about how we can afford their care is gone and we can sleep at night. We highly recommend Elder Needs Law.

Mr. Peacock, and his wonderful team, were able to assist me through my recent divorce. I was referred to him by a friend who had retained him previously, and after my initial consultation decided to go with his office for legal assistance.
