Mr. Greer was willing to take my case after I had many other lawyers that represented me with poor results. He had to review an extremely enormous amount of paperwork from legal documents to my own documents. He was able to review it and thoroughly understand the case in order for me to file an appeal. He represented me in the appellate court and the judges ruled in my favor 3-0. Mr. Greer has been very empathetic with my extremely long judicial journey to get justice. I truly appreciate all that he has done for me as well as my children.

For any decent and good wife or husband who has been mistreated or betrayed by their spouse, Barry is the attorney you need to come to for guidance, knowledge, protection and results for a fair settlement. He is direct, firm yet kind in his guidance. He is ferocious and does not back down in his fight for you. It is his name and reputation that acts as a shield of protection for his clients. Daniel Gurtner was my attorney during a difficult divorce that lasted over a year. This would have lasted much longer if it was not for his guidance and knowledge of understanding our legal system and always being in constant contact with me. I hired him for a mutual dissolution and we soon found out it was going to be a full on nasty divorce. He had knowledge of what the judge and magistrate wanted and to keep things brief and factual. My ex went the complete opposite way and like Daniel told me, the judge saw through all the lies and granted me everything I asked for. This was a battle that I feared for years and had I not had Daniel to support and guide me through it, It could have been a a completely different outcome. It would be difficult to choose the most distressing aspect of Julia Leveridge’s counsel. She procrastinated in completing important work, and multiple times did not return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. She did not take responsibility for errors and then procrastinated remediation.
Ms Leveridge counseled me to pay my ex’s share of our county property tax and said she would get that money back ($950). She did not.
She failed to complete an agreed entry for my ex to move out at the end of January. Then the paperwork for child support went to FCCS with an incorrect date. I paid 2 extra months child support ($1300) to get them off my back. Julia Leveridge said she would take care of it and did not. Then she procrastinated and did not file an agreed entry to fix this, for more than a year!
By that time my ex refused to sign it and FCCS seized part of my stimulus check ($850), and both my federal and state tax refunds ($3500).
That’s more than $6000 that I lost beyond the $45,000 I paid for her representation. When we got to court, this nightmare got worse quickly. Opposing counsel submitted an offer containing a fraudulent appraisal that substantially increased what I would pay my ex. Julia Leveridge’s professional counsel was to make a hasty, high pressure decision to settle, without access to time, tools or resources to evaluate that decision. I gave in to her pressure.
I’m still upset, and sorry I chose Julia Leveridge and Kemp, Shaeffer and Rowe.

Attorney Joshua Hall comes off aggressive, but in reality he doesn't like to do paperwork. Josh refuses to file motions in the best interest of his clients and creates excuses. If you need a diligent attorney to file motions and argue on paper, Joshua Hall is NOT the attorney to go with. He tries to push his clients into plea deals and fails to communicate timely. Save your money.
