This is truly the best lawyer anyone could ever get. My ex had already filed papers and It was Friday when I met and retained Steve. I had court the following Thursday. I was very skeptical as many are when getting a attorney. Steve worked quick and fast. He filed things promptly and quick. I would recommend him to anyone that I know. I am impatient and probably wasn't the easiest client to deal with. Steve was their every step of the way. He explained exactly what was going on every time something would happend and exactly what to do. If you listen and follow what he says then it will go in your favor as it did mine. My custody situation was exhausting and lasted almost 2 years. I got in the end exactly what I wanted. His prices were very reasonable as well. He has been a lawyer forever and has seen it all as he did in my case. I suggest be honest and straight forward and tell him what you would like your outcome to be and he will tell you what to do to make it happen. His assistant Lisa is the sweetest lady ever. If he was busy then she would call and let me know things immed. I couldn't say enough great things about these people and how much they helped my family and children out. Thank you again!

I was in a custody dispute with the mother of my child, were I was seeking full custody. After apperaing in court multiple times, the Judge brought Ms. Moman in to mediate over the case. Ms. Moman an the staff are very professional, and available to anwser any concerns or questions. Ms, Moman was through, completing house visit's, reviewing school documents, and interviewing all parties involved including my daughter. Once we appeared in court again, Ms, Moman recommanded that I ( father ) should receive full custody. I am truly thankful, and would recommed Moman Law to anyone looking for there service.

As a lawyer myself, I was very picky about who would represent me when I needed it most. Like others, I initially made the mistake of hiring a low-cost attorney. And I got what I paid for so I fired him. My next lawyer was much more expensive. More expensive must mean he's a better lawyer, right? No. In fact, not only did he not learn the facts of my file, but the final straw that led to his firing just before mediation was that he didn't even take the time to learn my kids' names. With mediation looming I found myself without a lawyer so I called Marie. Marie was a study partner of mine in law school so I was initially hesitant to share so much of my personal story with her. But I quickly realized that was an unfounded concern because Marie has been nothing but professional, discreet, sensitive and caring and all while doing a fantastic job of representing my interests as good, or better than anyone else had before - especially that expensive lawyer!
Bottom line: Marie will zealously advocate for you, provide you practical advice and do so in manner that helps you get through the difficult time AND she will learn you kids' names. You cannot go wrong with Marie in your corner. In fact, as a lawyer myself I frequently am requested for a referral and my first choice is always Marie and she has never made me regret putting my own reputation on the line with those referrals.

I knew the second I came in and did a consultation with Michael Geary and he carried my heavy computer bag out and walked me to the door that I would be treated with respect in a very difficult time in my life. Mike Geary came highly recommended to me as a very good divorce attorney. Mike did a very good job directing what could have been a very hostile divorce. Our divorce was complicated and unusual requiring Mike Geary to handle probate litigation, family trust issues, and forensic accounting of multipal entities. Mike was definitely the hero in this case as he lead the charge against one of the most prominent Atourneys in the DFW area. Dawn was invaluable throughout the process. She came into my case after my initial attorney had done a less than stellar job protecting a dad's custody rights. Before I learned about Calabrese Huff through an attorney friend, I had hired four different attorneys to handle my case involving child custody and visitation. When I met Dawn, I knew I had found the right person. I hired Dawn immediately because she impressed me in consultation with her intelligence, kindness, care and wit. She was the first lawyer who I felt from the beginning believed me and had confidence in me.
Dawn is lovely, kind-hearted, witty, intelligent and funny. I felt very comfortable talking to her. I needed someone who would bring lightness to the situation; it helps in this kind of matter to have someone who can make you laugh. At the same time, I knew my case required someone who was not going to be fooled by the opposing party’s lies and manipulations, someone who would go directly for those lies and expose them. Dawn did just that. She became an absolute expert on my case: her grasp of detail is astounding. My only initial concern was that she might not be tough enough, but Dawn proved me wrong. Her spirit is kind, but she is sharp and cutting when she needs to be.
A cornerstone to Dawn’s approach is being fully prepared. While other lawyers suggested I complete a chronology, she supplied me with a blueprint and required I complete one. In court, Dawn is classy and poised. She is outstanding even with a judge she has not met before. She uses her tremendous charm to appeal to the other side, which helps her client receive the desired outcome. Dawn brought home a big win. She is the one lawyer who won my case for me as fully as it could be won at the present time. Her careful study is what allowed her to be so well versed and quick on her feet in examining me as a witness and cross examining the other party.
Dawn’s firm was upfront about the expectation regarding fees and worked hard to ensure they managed costs. Dawn’s billing was the most thorough and clear of any representation I have had. Her firm was gracious to sometimes not charge for certain work. Dawn is also meticulous about assigning work to her legal assistants and aides, which was cost efficient in a very expensive process. Dawn’s responsiveness was the most professional and receptive of any attorney I have had. When I emailed her in the evening and over the weekend she would often respond right then. It was comforting to know she was with me hand in hand through the whole process.
Dawn Budner is classy, smart, gracious, kind, witty, charming, funny, strong and savvy. She had a strategy that she employed and it worked. Part of her approach is for her client to also be completely prepared. We worked as a team and she was respectful toward me at all times. I felt like I was in good hands from day one with Dawn. I met with Jere a few months ago, in a simple consultation, and he was fantastic. His knowledge of the law was more than evident, he listened to a pretty complex saga and gave us some terrific advice. He is respectful (which is VERY rare), I felt heard, validated and felt like anyone would be in great hands with him. What I liked most was that Jere seemed to possess an empathy I had never experienced with other attorneys I have worked with or spoken to (and there are many). Mr. Bogost was my divorce attorney. He is kind, caring and competently guided me through a very difficult time. On our very first meeting he provided practical advise and next steps. The divorce process takes longer than you would expect; he and his office kept me informed throughout. My spouse was subversive and often uncooperative; Mr. Bogost did an excellent job of keeping the process moving and did his best to limit my expenses. What I appreciated most about Mr. Bogost is that he seemed to truly care about me and my situation. I was lucky enough to come across Andrew while facing a charge that didn't make sense to either of us. I knew nothing about the law and the rights I had until meeting with him. I am very happy with the results of my case handled by attorney Shaina Weisberg. She was very empathetic, caring, and helpful. She listened to my concerns and quickly responded to my questions. She reviewed the work of the previous attorneys and prepared an action plan. She shared her plans and took action to implement them. My experience with attorneys has not always been good. In going through my divorce I had to fire my first attorney because she failed to meet deadlines and didn't have the acuity to grasp the intricacies of my case. My case was complex, involved the control of a business and we were facing unscrupulous opposition who had no problem perjuring themselves multiple times.
Once I hired Ben things changed. Billing was honest and reasonable. Ben handled himself well in multiple hearings against a barrage of misinformation.
I wish Ben had been the first attorney I hired. It would have saved me a lot of money. Ben was able to grasp the right legal argument at the right time in order show the judge the information and the precedents that would guide his decisions.
My divorce is now final. I kept control of the business and reached an acceptable settlement. The settlement became possible only because opposing counsel was not successful in selling their position to the judge.
Opposing counsel told my X to settle because she wasn't going to trial. It was a long drawn out process because what opposing counsel was asking for was not reasonable and they were distorting the facts.
Part of opposing counsels strategy was to cause me so much financial pain I would pay anything to stop the bleeding. It was only through Ben's competence and integrity that I was able to survive the process.
I give Ben my highest recommendation that is backed up with the war stories to prove his legal skills.

Extremely smart and quick on her feet. After my last lawyer disaster, she was breath of fresh air! I really have only great things to say about her. She handled my divorce efficiently and discovered assets my husband was hiding. Then she got the court to make him pay some of her fees. Yeah!! Worth every cent.
She has also helped me on and off since the divorce, both in dealing with my ex and with another small matter.

I have had to ask Len Nary about loans to pay off debt. He advised me of the loans to stay away from when needing a loan for my children's college. He also advised me against getting a high interest property loan to pay off taxes. There is a great deal of knowledge from an experienced lawyer that is also a family man and has CPA experience as well.

Scot has impacted my life in a very positive way after my case where he represented me pro bono in a family portion of my SIJS case. Paulette Mueller recently helped us with revising trust, power of attorney, will, etc. documents. We were not previous clients, and an issue came up that we needed help with on short notice. She returned my call after hours on a Friday night, and worked on our issues over the weekend. She made a house call to my elderly housebound mother's residence, and had all matters resolved by Monday. Her knowledge, expertise, and service were truly superb, and her fees were very reasonable. I divorced several years ago without representation. I came to a point in my life where I needed legal assistance regarding my ex-husband, child support and custody. I usually do not rate or review services online but I thought the stellar service I received from the Worrell Law firm deserves my time and recognition. Mr. Worrell made our dream of becoming parents painlessly true.
The fostering and adoption process is rewarding but can be very painful as it has so many ups and downs let alone the legal landscape that continuously changes and last minute obstacles.
I will not go through the whole painful story here but the very TLDR is that we were about to lose the kiddos that were placed with us for over 2 years since birth to a relative that never was present in their lives until a few weeks before trial and parental rights termination.We were devastated and wanted to fight for the kids to stay in the only family they had known. We thought all hope was lost until we were referred to the Worell law firm to assist.
I called Mr. Worell on the phone for an initial consultation and he did admit that it was not enough time to prepare since the trial was so close but he would work around the clock to fight for us. Before we even signed the retainer’s agreement Mr. Worell had already reached out to the social worker and the DA to inquire about the case. What kind of lawyer would care as much for the person than the check? I really was wow’ed by that. He gathered all the evidence he could find in a short time and was ready for trial. He made a great case for us before the judge and… that cross examination during trial..Oh boy, he really knew what he was doing. After that victory, Mr. Worell worked closely with us for the adoption and even went an extra mile to prepare the birth certificate application and made sure everything was well organized to be sent to the Vital Statistics. I had to take the time to write a review to share our experience with the Worrell Law Firm. This was truly an amazing experience for my family. We did a Termination/Step parent adoption. Throughout the entire process, Blanca and Sylvia were on it. They kept us informed of the process for court and all the necessary steps we needed to take. Not only did they help in the adoption process, they also helped us with the termination of the absent father. (Which I didn't think was possible) I couldn't thank God enough for bringing these amazing attorneys in our lives. They truly care about our children and take pride in their work. When we arrived to the court, Mr. Worrell arrived sharp and ready for court. I knew he could tell we were all nervous. He took the time to speak to each one of my children. Speaking to all 3, he asked them, "do you know why you are here?" They said "to be adopted" He made them and us feel at ease before we went into court. During court he called all our family up front to share in this experience. This day was a very emotional and fantastic day. It will always be a day to remember. this lawyer right here will go to bat for you and do his best to prove your innonce and make things right and he will cget some charges or services dropped to..he will make sure you look yr best in the courtroom,,he is a reassuring lawyer who is kind caring and goes all out espically when their are kids invovled..we hired him i the middle of may 2012 and on july 5th at 1230 noon i had both of my children back safe and in our arms.. he took the stemmons office of cps caseworker we had to court and sunpouned her boss and that offices supervisor and we came out of that courtroom succesful with in two and a half hours.. he also got all the horrrible charges against my husband dropped for lack of evidence and no police reports..the caseworker we had was not on our case anymore and we got a more nicer understanding caseworker that would comminicate with us and not yell at us and make us feel like crap..

Going through any type of legal action regardless of what side your on can be very stressful and taxing on even the most stable person. Mr. Lynch represented me in my D-I-V-O-R-C-E in 2007. My divorce was one of many colors with a lot of different mentalities to back those colors up. To say the least we had a battle on our hands that even General Lee would not have wanted to fight. I found the right man for the job in Mr. Jeff Lynch. I could not have asked for a better lawyer to represent me. Mr. Lynch's professionalism,experience,reputation, and most importantly, intergrity led to a great victory in my favor. My case was settled in mediation. The mediator at one point tried his best to take Mr. Lynch to the woodshed by insulting him in a not so flattering way in front of me, Mr. Lynch's client. Mr. Lynch very calmly and politely ask me to leave the room so that he and the mediator could discuss the matter in private. I did and when we reconvened the mediator tried very hard the rest of the day to become Mr. Lynch's best friend. Mr. Lynch's calm cool collective demeanor in my opinion is what makes Mr. Lynch a great litigator. In other words, you don't see him coming until it's to late. He is very good at what he does. He always kept me informed and up to date on all changes that were taking place during my divorce. He also kept me calm and help me deal with the anxiety, stess, etc... you go through when your in this type of situation and I thank him for keeping me sane. My children were visiting their mother when she decided not return our daughter. I called 911. The officer meet me at the location. I used Mr. Gabriel Ogueri as my attorney on my Immigration case. I have since referred him many clients, he is an excellent attorney. I was actually referred to him after having hired an attorney from Cameroon and the secretary there referred me to him after I explained to her what a nightmare Ms. Ndoko (my former attorney) had made of my case. The secretary told me he was a very good attorney and that he would help me sort my situation out. Well she was not lying unlike my previous attorney he returned any and every call I ever made to him. He kept me informed of everything going on with my case. I hired John in August 2016 for my divorce after having retained another attorney from this site in March 2016 for my divorce case. John was referred to me by an attorney at work. On our initial consultation I was looking to switch attorneys because of having a simple divorce case with a irregular retirement division which my first attorney made very complicated. John was presented with the same information I provided to the first attorney and he understood what I was wanting to achieve right away. He gave me three possible solutions with the pros and cons and advised as to my request not the norm. John said I was being very generous, but knew my intent was to do the right thing. We only met the one time and as of 11-4-16 I am divorced and was the result we wanted from the beginning with decree and a retirement QDRO.
I would highly recommend John and will be referring him when people ask. I think a personal reference is the best review source to find an attorney to meet you need.
