We, (my family & me) found ourselves embroiled in a nasty dispute with a local neighbor in a very rural neighborhood. We purchased almost 24 acres more than 17 years ago to escape the confines of HOA' rules and regulations and nosy neighbors. We are ardent second amendment supporters, and we like our ATV's and Dirt Bikes. Hence, we bought enough property so we could enjoy our type of lifestyle. After more 16 years of doing just this without any interference, newcomers to the neighborhood moved in across the street and abruptly advised us that both our dirt bikes and guns were disturbing them and we needed to cease and desist our lifestyle. Footnote: We keep our property in pristine condition. This culminated in the neighbors calling the Marion County Sheriff's Office on us virtually every time we shoot our guns (more than 20 times). Notwithstanding, their property is more than 1700 feet or 3 full football fields away from where we shoot and in the opposite direction. This ultimately resulted in a repeat violence and stalking allegations filed against us in court.
We hired Mr. Brad Willard as our attorney. Where do I begin?
1. Attentive 2. Talented 3. Available on a moment’s notice 4. Detailed oriented. 5. He listens to you.
But more than all of that, he literally destroyed our neighbor’s testimony. I mean DESTROYED our neighbor when he got him on the witness stand. He exposed his lies, his made-up stories, and exposed him for exactly what he was trying to do. Our neighbor tried bringing New York City values and gun laws to rural Marion County. Mr. Willard protected us from him and those restrictions and for that we are most grateful to him and his law firm. Highly respected and highly recommend. Mr. Willard is a true skilled trial attorney and brings a wealth of experience to his clients. I would not like to be on the other side of him in a court room!

Went for consultation. Paid $350 consultation Fee. Only to be told after that she could not take the case. I should have been given that information first so the choice was mine to continue with the consultation or go to another attorney, which is what I have to do & pay their consultation fee as well. This practice is exactly why attorneys have a bad reputation....

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica over the phone, she took great care of us on a civil matter and had us up and running for that Monday.

Used him twice... both times he talked me Into the same plea deal the public defender got me. So I guess I spent over $5,000 on 2 separate cases to get the same result a $50 public defender would have gotten me..... edit based on his response. I never went to jail for any crime he represented me for. I had a violation probation out of Broward county which my attorney in Broward got me released while fighting the misdemeanor charge here in lee county, which you represented me for. You got me 9 months probation which is the same offer the PD gave me during my first appearance. Sorry this is just the truth others may have different experiences but it was a waste of money for me.

Great attorney. Thankful that God lead me to him as I was in a nightmare divorce involving three small children. My case also involved CPS and a pending foreclosure. I couldn't have been in better hands than with Bart who was very experienced and versed in family law and the family court system. He also was able to masterfully negotiate repayment of the loan with my bank and get us out of foreclosure while the divorce pended. His secretary was always wonderful with me and had the patience of a saint with my endless calls. His assistant was also diligent and did a great job. I would definitely recommend him!

We would highly recommend attorney Scott Kuhn. After speaking with his legal staff who were very pleasant and professional a free consultation was scheduled.We spoke on the phone with Attorney Kuhn about possibly pursuing a lawsuit. He took his time and after listening to the details he felt we might have a case and asked us to sent supporting documentation so he could review it. We signed a retainer and sent the required fee. After reviewing the documents Attorney Kuhn called us to say he thought that the cost and time may not be beneficial for us, but, if we chose to go forward he would support our decision. After discussing our options we decided not to pursue the lawsuit. He said he would be returning our full retainer. We said he should keep some money as he did spend time looking over and discussing our options. He said he would not. It was so refreshing to come across an honest lawyer! Four months ago my husband and I retained Scott Kuhn to handle an estate matter where time was of the essence. By the third month of no action taken, we became concerned. Set up two conference calls in a row to get a status update and were rescheduled the first time, and then left standing by waiting for a call for an hour and a half to learn that Scott wasn't even in the building and would need to reschedule again. We asked for our file and were returned our work product going into month 4 he drafted an email! to us saying we didn't have much of a case. Meanwhile we needed representation at a meeting and Scott failed to return our calls. We were completely abandoned and his neglect damaged our bargaining strength. Have consulted 3 different attorneys who think the case has merit and all willing to get to work! Regret the day we retained Scott- who has ghosted our request for return of our retainer- Not a harsh critic of other attorneys because I am an attorney- but this man tooknour money and sis absolutely nothing- - I fell for the good reviews- I hope you don't!

In early Jan 2023 I was scammed for a large sum of money. I filed a police report with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO). The report was forwarded to the BCSO Economic Crimes Task Force for investigation. The sheriff’s office located the money and initiated legal steps to seize the money. The BCSO sent me a letter stating they had seized the money and it may be eligible to be returned to me by filing a sworn petition IAW FL Statute 812.061 with the judge supporting Brevard County. I attempted to contact the Brevard Clerk of Courts to get information on filing a petition. They did not help at all and would not reply to my emails. At this point I decided I needed an attorney. My daughter recommended Attorney Nicholas A, Vidoni. I met with him and we discussed my case. He agreed to help me. He drafted a petition to present to the court and included words stating the scammers exploited me as a vulnerable adult. This would allow me to collect my attorney’s fees, court costs and such other relief as the court deems just and proper. The judge agreed. At this point Nick had to negotiate with BCSO to have my attorney’s fees, court costs and such other relief as the court deems just and proper awarded to me. Through Nick’s tenacity and knowledge of the law he recovered my money and the costs incurred by him.
My lack of knowledge of the legal system was overcome by Attorney Vidoni and his knowledge of the law. He kept me informed of what was happening from the time I hired him to actually receiving my money back. I will use his services in the future for any legal help I require.

This firm is a nightmare. Can’t never get a hold of anyone and when you do and make an appointment no one calls. 5 years later no resolution and I had to pay out of pocket for my roof. Makes empty promises and can’t ANSWER the phone. I reached out via personal number and was cussed out by Monique low. Couldn’t get a hold of you any other way…..I tried for months and months and months. Take you business elsewhere unless u wanna be waiting around for 5 years.
Also note that stopped responding to bad reviews 4 years ago, because THEY DONT CARE!

From day one our case has been butchered. Our attorneys have overlooked MAJOR details in our case, we ended up signing settlement papers (SIX MONTHS AGO) and agreed to a fraction of our out of pocket expenses. Where is the check? Who knows! I am not getting anywhere with these lawyers. They don’t seem to care that we never got our settlement. Stay far away.

I had Nazarena as my lawyer. She is amazing. She was a shark during court and defended me really well. I am a father and we were dealing with an high conflict mother. I ended up with the 50/50 custody the mother was trying to withhold me from. The true gem of the law firm though was Jeri. Would avoid working with this firm if at all possible. They are extremely slow to respond, completely disregard emails, and show a complete lack of empathy or understanding. If you are not consistently following up, you will be hard pressed to receive any type of response. If you do receive a response, it will be short and often times not even answer your questions. It consistently felt like we had to chase them down for the most simple requests. Go elsewhere if you have the option.

When my ex girl friend tried to file domestic battery charges against me I didn't know what to do. A good friend suggested I not take it lightly and hire an attorney. Thankfully another friend referred me to Steven and Jessica. I'm out of state and didn't get served my summons until a day and a half before the hearing!

Mr, Bartlett led me to believe that he could help me with a Family Law issue. After paying him his fees I found out that the request I needed him to take care of was not viable. The lawyer I spoke with later told me at the first appointment that it was not possible, which was what Mr. Bartlett was supposed to tell me before taking my hard-earned money.

I had medical and emotional issues that had been brought on by the devastating housing market collapse. Our whole world was crashing down all around us. Everywhere we turned, there was more trouble rearing its ugly head. We ended up having two homes foreclosed, medical and regular bills were piling up and my family of 4 was literally homeless! Our wonderful neighbor opened her home to us and was truly our angel in our time of tribulation. We were experiencing very serious and life changing issues which none of the things were of our own doing. Todd Lewis was referred to us by a family friend. We didn’t know what to do or whom to ask to know what to do! It was a very scary and humbling time, the darkest days I have ever experienced. But Todd was a breath of fresh air. He educated and encouraged us and helped us to remember that bad things do happen to good people. I recently built a house in northern VA and I had a problem where a utility pole was in the front middle of my property that had three big utility companies wires on it (1 electric, 2 coax and 4 fiber cables). The pole was pretty much an eyesore. I tried to work with the utility companies for 2 years to get them to remove it since they didn't have an easement but that did not go anywhere until I retained Mr. Todd Lewis to represent me. Thanks to Todd, all three utility company were gone off the pole and the pole was removed. The cost to get that done was less than 15% of what I would have to pay only one company to remove it. He did all this without having to go to court. Thank you Todd.
PS. I used to think that many lawyers just want to take your money until I worked with Todd. I am a true that lawyer like Todd will get your more for your buck, Todd proved it. Also, let's face it, not everyone can be a lawyer. Not only does Todd know the case laws, he also has the negotiations and mitigation skills that was required for my complicated case.
This review does not really do Todd justice. What he did and the pressure he put on those companies was phenomenal and saved me a lot of money.

It was my first time filing bankruptcy chapter 7. I was terrified. The first time I spoke to Attorney Mayor I immediately knew that she really was professional and knew what she was doing . I wanted to back out of the filing because I was so scared and felt my case was too complicated. She however realized what I was feeling and she was very reassuring . After she took my $10,00.00 for land deal my husband was doing and I felt like I needed an attorneys advice on the matter she suggested a divorce and went with it. After our one and only consultation of which she charged me $500.00!!!!!!! For. I never heard from her again. I told her time was of the essence. I needed a cease and desist letter immediately. Never got it or anything else. She is a sad sad case FOR AN attorney. She should not have a law license to steal because that’s what happened. I had to get the FLORIDA Bar Association involved. She has still not responded to me. She wrote a nasty text to my son saying I was cyber stacker her and that I had abused my call privileges because I did call her everyday for months and months and she never returned any of my calls. Her staff, which there were many who answered the phone in her office, said they would leave her a message but no never got a call from her. After she got my money ; I was dirt. I tried every way to get in touch with her to no avail. DO NOT USE THE WOMAN. SHE IS A CROOK AND A THIEF. I signed a contract that said nothing about a non refundable retainer fee. Then that contract was deleted. Months and months of calling , texting, emailing, leaving messages on her door asking for a copy of the contract I finally got a different eight page contract that she or her sister, who works in her office and is very rude, sent me where they had forged my name on. IT WAS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.

I had been to several first consultations, when I was looking for a lawyer that could help me through my home modification.
