I was a part of a tenant’s association that needed to negotiate the sale of our apartment building, and Andrew was so effective at guiding us through the process. He was extremely responsive and transparent, and negotiated a contract that was more than satisfactory for all of the tenants in the association. We just received our final payment, and Andrew was the reason we were able to have a stress-free move out of our building. I would not think twice about recommending him to anyone in need of an attorney, and especially for anything involving DC tenant’s rights. Thank you Andrew!

I've worked with a number of attorneys and professional service firms but, Andrew Kirtley sits right at the top. Andrew did a great job understanding and giving guidance during the initial consultation. After I hired him, he quickly and efficiently worked with the other side to get a fair settlement. Martin is extremely knowledgeable about the law and attentive to detail. From the first day that I contacted Martin, he understood my point of view, explained to me the laws that pertained my case and set the right expectations before he took on my case. After hiring Martin as my attorney, I wrote a very detailed statement about my case and with that Martin wrote a very accurate statement and demand letter honoring my story to be presented. My father, a WWII veteran and Purple Heart recipient, suffered a fall at the age of 101 that resulted in his death 30 days later. The insurance companies were reluctant to pay out his AD&D policies, but McKennon Law Group PC created a plan and worked at it diligently on our behalf. I made a claim for long-term care benefits on behalf of my elderly mother before she passed to help pay and reimburse for her in-home caregivers. I was involved in an auto accident. Realistically speaking, more often than not, insurance companies don’t always have your best interest at heart. I felt confused. We Hired Nick to help us with an issue with the Solar company. Earlier this year I entered into an agreement for an HVAC Contractor to do some major work on my home, but the contractor failed to complete the scope written in the contract. This was a rough case which everyone said that it was impossible to sue an Insurance Company and win.
Kantor & Kantor made the impossible possible.
They were confident from the start that they were going to do their best to accomplish.
And they Concurred it with Hard word and the motivation to make it all happen.
I was told to sit back not to worry and let them do all the work which was a Big Relief due to the circumstances of the Lawsuit.
The Insurance company did everything they could to make things hard for all but Kantor & Kantor does not take no for an answer and continued on and showed them who was running the show.
Unfortunately my Love of my Life had passed during the case and Kantor & Kantor made it easy for me to convince the judge to let me continue the case in my name. I wasn't going to give up easy and either was Kantor & Kantor and again they were successful. They made me feel like I wasn't just another Client but part of a family which made me feel at ease due to the loss of my beautiful wife.
I am forever grateful to them and their team for pulling off what everyone Said was impossible.
Nothing in this world is impossible when you have the right people backing you up and Kantor & Kantor in my opinion is the best there is at what they do.

Approximately 2 years ago I was a passenger in my husband’s car when we were rear ended at a stop light.
After the accident I had x-rays taken at a local hospital, had an MRI done, saw two doctors, went through physical therapy and paid all the bills associated with the physical damage done to my body after the accident.
In order to obtain compensation for my expenses, because the person who hit us was underinsured, I made an appointment with Mr. Griff Tonkin.
Griff and his staff walked me through a deposition, obtained a settlement reimbursing the hospital, doctors, the X-Ray company for the MRI, and my physical therapist with a professionalism I would expect from an attorney and his staff.
His office kept me informed of the status of my claims via phone and email. Griff answered all my questions in terms a lay person could understand.
I have referred friends and acquaintances to Mr. Tonkin and will continue to do so.

when I got into a car accident - all I wanted was to go see a doctor to get rid of my back pain but not all doctors accept patients from a car accident. - I called Iris and she got me assigned to a doctor right away. The doctors she sent me were really good. She took genuine care of my health and checked up on me to make sure that the treatment was working.
No need to follow up with her - she is always on top of the case.
I'd hire her again - but hopefully I don't get into any accidents in the future :)

He is very organized, detail oriented, and gives every case that personal touch. I think what I loved most about him, is that he responded within 5 minutes to my emails and kept me posted every step of the way.

I came to Mr. Tomasik from another attorney who was not capable of handling my particular case. I found his website while searching the internet for a personal injury attorney. I called the office and briefly spoke to Jessie, the assistant who was so polite and patient with me on the phone. She informed me that Mr. Tomasik agreed to meet up with me the same day. On my way to Berkley, I was very nervous as to how things were going to turn out because after all, I had such a bad experience with my previous lawyer. IAt the same time, I had serious painful health issues resulting from my car accident with which I had to deal with on a daily basis. Having to deal with terrible physical pain and looking for a different attorney for myself was very stressful for me. I arrived to Mr. Tomasik's Berkley office and upon entering I almost immediately felt comfortable. Mr. Tomasik got some information from me about my situation and how unhappy and disappointed I was in my previous lawyer. Like I said, at the time of my meeting with him, I was feeling very sick due to my injuries but Mr. Tomasik made me feel so comfortable. I was so glad that he was willing to take on my case. From then on, I don't have anything but all the positive things to say about Mr. Tomasik. He was always there to answer any questions I had along the way. I could reach him at all times. I couldn't reach my previous lawyer for weeks and I am not exagerating. I thought that was normal for lawyers not to call back promptly until I hired Mr. Tomasik. Most importantly, Mr. Tomasik treated me like family. He fought so hard for me to the end.
