I wanted to write and let everyone know if they need a lawyer this is the best one you will ever find. I am sure her law firm is as great as Susan Grabarsky is. They helped me get a UNUM long term disability denial reversed, then they helped me avioid another denial years later. My attorney, Susan Grabarsky, even helped me get together documents for another legal problem, at NO CHARGE. More than a year after our retainer ended. I can still call them up anytime for help. They really care about their disabled clients. It is so nice to know that Lawyers like this are so real and have the clients in there best interest.

Top Notch, Class act, professional, I can't say enough kind things about Susan Grabarsky at Darras Law. My home was damaged in recent CA wild fires. My friend has referred me to Artin and he represented my home insurance claim. Artin was very knowledgeable about the whole processes. He handled the whole processes smoothly and when the insurance agency tried to play down some of the damages he countered them very well. In the end he got the good amount to cover the entire damages. Personally I had spend very little time and effort in the entire processes. I needed assistance from an attorney because an investment firm had made a mistake in my fund allocations, resulting in loss of income to me. I initially applied for Social Security Disability benefits and my claim was denied. I referred my case to David Allen to file an appeal and handle my case. They promptly prepared and filed the appeal, I was advised that should the matter require a formal hearing, the process could take upwards of 18 months. After only a few months, we were advised by the Social Security Administration, that upon review of the documents submitted with the appeal, they reconsidered and awarded me the benefits I was due, including retro active payment from the date of occurrence. I was impressed with both the short time it took to resolve the matter, as well as the little effort required on my part, past the initial interview/consultation. They were very professional throughout the process. For these reasons I would highly recommend them for people who could benefit from their services.

When I was turned down for SSI David Allen took over my case immediately. I requested my file from my doctor, sent it to Mr Allen and he took it from there. CALL For Attorney Elan at The Ledger Law Firm. I am not a review kind of guy but I am taking my time to write this review because my experience with Elan has been superb. Since he took my case, he has been there for me all the time. First, he explained the whole procedure step by step because this is my first accident involving a lawyer. Second, he called to check up on my doctor's visits. Third, he was very responsive on any of my dumb questions. Lastly, I was able to experience a great financial settlement, they had my insurance company issue a check for the high blue book value on my car plus reimburse me for the accessories that I purchased on my car including tires, floor mats, prorated tags, etc.,. This is what you call full service, we are now waiting on the medical and loss of income settlement check next week which amount had exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for an attorney, I HIGHLY recommend Tony Stuart. I cannot say enough good things about Tony Stuart and his work and knowledge of the law. I hired Mr. Stuart a few years ago to take on a large insurance company that I wanted to sue for fraud, misrepresention, et cetera. Tony took on my case and I was so impressed with his work, his diligence, and the way he worked with me and explained things to me. He found out amazing things in his investigations and worked hard for me. We settled out of court and Tony got me $1.7 million!
If you want a good, competent, no-nonsense, no BS attorney, I suggest you call Mr Stuart, and I say this not only as his client, but as a court reporter. I have been a deposition/court reporter in this town for over 20 years and I can say without hesitation that Mr. Stuart is one of the better attorneys I have seen get the job done.

My case was a civil lawsuit involving oral contract in title ownership of realestate property. I was the plaintiff. Candice Bryner along with Tumy Nguyen represented me. If you as any lawyer an oral contract which involve in realestate is very hard case to prove. But Candice and Tumy took on my case and they were very honest and strategic. The defendant was represented by a big law firm in Long Beach. As the case went on the defendant lawyers created a mount of paper work to harass me, but Candice worked day and night to protect me and she did very well with caring thoughts. After settlement was not reached, my case went to trial. As you all know going to war you must be well prepared, Candice and Tumy was very prepared and they prepared me very very well. Cut to the chase, I won my lawsuit and the jury award me ownership of my property including damages.
