If you are looking for a good attorney and want one you can trust look no further. We have a local business and Mathew Harris has helped us with a few cases we were involved in. Mathew communicates thoroughly throughout the process, is very knowledgeable and his pricing is more than fair. I started with Andrew as my civil lawyer, and after frustration with my family lawyer, I hired Andrew for my family case too. Andrew and his colleague, Lindsey, are the strongest attorneys I would vouch for. Extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. My former attorney made (/forced) me a settlement to share legal and physical custody of my minor. That was nothing but a disappointment. It made my case stretch over and over. When Andrew and Lindsey took over my case, I ended up getting full legal and physical custody of my daughter while the judge was boldly against me in every single hearing and trial. But Andrew navigated the case for me and made me gain full custody of my daughter. Andrew was transparent in presenting the case. He allowed me to express myself in the court. I have to add that Andrew is very fair and reasonable in his fees and charging me. I could not think of any better service.

After charging with a DUI, I searched for a lawyer that I can trust and rely on to defend me. I stumble on the Anthony Marcus Law Firm on Yelp. Immediately, I observed his confident and his knowledge of the law. He truly changed my anxiety to calmness. Not only he did what he said he will do, he is affordable. He gave me a discount after he initially gave me a good price compare to other attorneys’ quotes. When he appeared in court, Mr. Marcus immediately communicated with the DA and the court and got me a good deal from the court with no jail time even though my case involved property damages to others. My long term disability benefits were cut off when my neurosurgeon signed a statement prepared by the insurance company stating that I was able to return to work. Barbara Casino and Jack Stennett sent me to an occupational therapist and then used her functional capacity evaluation to convince the neurosurgeon and the judge that I was not able to return to work. There is so much I have to say about this lawyer. I will try and keep it short and say, if you are in a situation like I was, dealing with a LTD Disability case and are looking for someone who will work hard, care, fight and never leave you hanging, not knowing what is going on at anytime in your case. Then look no further, stop right here and call this Attorney! Jack (John) Stennett. He won my case, which was not easy against M of O. He fought hard for me and won! There is one thing that meant the most to me about this man. Well a few things but I have to say, when ever I called upset, nervous, or anything. If he was there he took my call. If he wasn't there, he would always call me back right away.
This is a quality you do not find with many lawyers.

7-5-17: I so value David Tran. I'd been in a car accident; and had contacted my local lawyers' referral service who'd referred me to Mr. Tran. Where the insurance co. of the car who'd hit me had been attempting, via street mail, to place high demands on me (I'd foolishly assumed they had gone to my insurance co. first, with their demands.) - Mr. Tran informed me that I need to be certain my ins. co. is aware of, and responding to, what the other ins. co. is requesting of: me. He adds, I pay my insurance co. to, among other things, deal with the opposite ins. co. -What a great, big, huge burden Mr. Tran so easily, and kindly, lifts from my shoulders. He's a pro. If I could give him not a 5, but a 10-star rating, I would.

We are a home remodeling company in the South Bay.

My daughter was involved in an automotbile accident in an intersection on her 17th birthday. The other person said it was her fault and my daughter said her light was green. I am not the sort of person who sues but my insurance company was useless and all they wanted to do was pay the other guy and close the claim. I found Glenn Guenard and Ross Bozarth.
They knew going in that was not big on suing. They took control and proved my daughter was noit at fault which alone saved my hundreds of dollars and then they settled her case and got her money for a new car. These 2 men worked for me and my daughter and if you want someone on your side I highly recommend these men.

Bob was referred to me by a dear trusted friend. I purchased a commercial property in 2013 along with 3 other individuals. Those 3 individuals were related to each other, not to me. 3 years later 2 of the 3 individuals approached me about selling my interest to them for $30,000. We had each invested $25,000. I declined their offers. Little did I know my 3 partners had already consulted with realtors, it turned out the property had over a half a million dollars in equity on an initial $100,000 joint investment. I found out months later the property was in escrow and I was never consulted or advised of the sale. These two brothers and their father intended to keep my initial investment and my more than $100,000 profit. You see one of the brothers is an attorney who thinks he is always the smartest guy in the room. It turns out that "Dim Bulb" attorney was no match for Bob Bright. Bob's last name is an incredible accurate adjective for who he is. Bob had 4 business days to effectively secure a temporary restraining order on escrow from the civil court. Escrow closed as scheduled all of the liens and third parties were satisfied and over a half a million dollars remained in the possession of the court. Litigation went on for an entire year. Bob was 10 steps ahead of my conspiring ex-partners at every stage. Bob's research on case law was amazing. My ex-partner, the attorney, was completely out matched. Bob ultimately negotiated a settlement prior to trial. I am not allowed to disclose the terms of the settlement. What I can disclose is that after Bob's fees were paid, my proceeds were far beyond what I would have received had my partners included me in the sale proceedings and not tried to abscond my investment and profit. The bad news is that my ex-partner the attorney will get to keep his law license for now. Bob Bright is beyond honest and he is always accessible.
