My friend t referred me to Jacob and I contacted him about my case involving a road rage incident, he quickly wrote up a retainer, we gathered the evidence including a video of the accident and it was pretty open and shut. He did everything he could to get my wife and I the most out of the settlement he even sent me a no strings attached advance when I came on hard times because work dried up for me as a result of not being able to work a while because of my injuries. I couldn’t see myself ever going to another accident attorney and anytime I hear anyone with a case that is legit I will send them Jacob’s way he really knocked my case out of the park and made me and my wife feel comfortable throughout the whole situation.

I highly recommend Attorney Edward Wallace. He handled my Father’s Trust and the disbursement of assets. Unfortunately, I had suffered an injury caused by being on the wrong side of a car accident. I had been looking around at major firms to represent me and was either met with automatic replies or days of waiting for a response. Brent Brehm is not just an excellent attorney but a fine human being. I have been a fortunate beneficiary of his brilliance, comprehensiveness and candor, all of which he glued together with his integrity and compassion.
I reached out to him for guidance having to do with a fluid employment situation and an even more fluid health situation. Brent patiently and thoroughly explained to me and my spouse the options available to us, the attendant risks and possible unknowns. Having those facts and variables spelled out clearly replaced our anxiety with clarity. He did not over-promise or pressure us one way or another, and instead set into context some complex legalese.
His ability to glean highly consequential details and spell out the possible impact is one of his finest qualities. He identified a few points where my decision could have had suboptimal outcomes, and that intervention has directly affected my finances. Today, I feel relief rather than regret because of his insights.
Another quality of Brent Brehm that I admire is his candor. During one exchange, I remember asking him if I should have made a different choice 6 months ago. He said “But you didn’t, so let's start with the real present rather than the fictitious past.” His ability to focus on the future is a gift for his clients.

CFS is not an easy illness to prove, and I had done my own very detailed initial appeals, which doubtless made it more challenging for Mr. Brehm. Nonetheless, he did a masterful job of representing me. Mr. Brehm was professional and personable as well. When you’re dealing with a former employer’s disability insurance carrier who had no problem approving both your STD and LTD claims - then immediately deny them because you just exhausted your state disability benefits and the burden of paying you is now on the insurance carrier - you know you’re dealing with a major crook and need the right legal counsel to fight for you. After doing my due diligence on several law firms, I retained Kantor & Kantor and boy, was I right in choosing them. I was assigned to two other lawyers and eventually, Brent Brehm. Everyone was patient and made sure all the right things happened. Two years later, my mediation ended up in a favorable settlement, thanks largely to impressive Brent. A man of few words whose careful evaluation, wise counsel and prompt responses generated positive results. I highly recommend him to those who are battling corrupt insurance companies and need help. Glenn Kantor and his team at Kantor & Kantor came highly recommended to our family. Our situation came about quickly and urgently during COVID. Start to finish, Mr. Kantor and his top notch paralegal helped us submit the initial disability application within just two weeks. The likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed out of reach. However, not only were Mr. Kantor and his team able to help us procure first private company short term disability, then long term disability, but were also able to preserve my husband's life insurance policy from his employer without any further premium payments by us. They also had a first-rate recommendation for a social security attorney, Megan Ditolla, who was able to help secure the SSA benefits as well. I almost lost everything especially 6 years of nursing school during this time my father had a TIA, car repossessed and I was without work and couldn’t pay my bills. I was searching for a licensed defense attorney in California that specialized specifically in defending nurses against accusations from BVNPT/BRN and came across Ray & Bishop, PLC through a google search. I read reviews that former clients have posted about their representation and also looked up their webpage online. I decided to take a leap of faith after reviewing their reviews, website, and blog and seeing the successful comments and how satisfied clients who were represented by Ray & Bishop, PLC. were. I was dealing with a criminal matter that was dismissed but later was picked up by BVNPT and was sent an accusation that my license was being investigated and that they wanted to discipline me based on these allegations. The process from when the incident occurred to posting an accusation was approximately 5 years. Long story short, I was assigned to Mr. John Bishop regarding my matter with the boards and he was attentive, knowledgeable, matter of fact, understanding, straight forward, and responsive in answering my never ending questions and concerns. He was genuinely concerned and was available via email and by phone. Even though he was busy he would return my emails/calls promptly. Luckily, my case did not have to go through an administrative hearing and after 5 months I received the most wonderful news I could have ever asked for “accusation withdrawn”
Words can’t express how grateful and relieved I am that this nightmare was finally resolved and I can finally move on. I can’t thank Mr. Bishop enough for his representation and how successful he was with his communication with BVNPT and ultimately avoiding any discipline against my license and not having to attend a hearing.

I received a discipline in another state and California immediately followed suit. During trial, I did my best in answering the prosecutor’s questions. John would then ask me questions that further clarified my answers so that my answers could not be misinterpreted. I truly appreciate John. I regret ever hiring Soleymani Law Firm to represent me in my family law case. At the time, I was new to the legal system and trusted their promises that they would fight for me and my son. Unfortunately, their actions did not align with their words.
My initial consultation with Deborah Soleymani was full of assurances about how her firm would stand by me. However, once they took my $10,000 retainer, their level of service completely changed. The attorney assigned to my case, Emily Hetu, was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and did not advocate for my son or me in any meaningful way. The worst part? She did not even show up for a crucial hearing. Instead, they sent a substitute attorney without any notice, leaving me completely unprepared and vulnerable in court. This attorney had no background on my case, did not defend me, and ultimately, because of their incompetence, I lost in court.
On top of their negligence, they managed to burn through my entire retainer in less than two months while doing minimal work. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim I still owed them money for a single hearing that cost me $10,000—an outrageous and unjustifiable fee for the lack of service provided.
This law firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic ethics. They do not fight for their clients; instead, they take advantage of people who are already in vulnerable legal situations. If you’re considering hiring them—DON’T. I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my time and money on them.
There are far better family law attorneys out there who actually care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Soleymani Law Firm.

Su represented me as my defense in an extremely difficult and high stakes 2.5-year case that ended in trial. Plaintiff, plaintiffs counsel and plaintiffs peers conspired to embellish and fabricate “new facts” for a favorable outcome and Su was able to expose Plaintiffs embellishments and craft an impressive argument around conduct and credibility that ultimately won over the jury with $0 granted to the plaintiff! On top of this, Su took my case extremely personally as if it was her being sued personally taking on a full office of plaintiffs counsel seemingly with ease. I would now consider a good friend and feel sorry for anyone with the misfortune of competing against her in the future.

Dustin Shamburg is an exceedingly hardworking, responsive, and kind man. I contacted his office after receiving a DUI, I was completely overwhelmed by the entire situation and felt completely paralyzed as what to do or what would happen from here. This was my first time ever needing legal counsel.

Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.
