In the past year, I've had a couple of major tenant/landlord issues. I've dealt with Jeff and September who make up a great team. Both understand tenants' rights and are humane and friendly. Two words that I would never use to describe most attorneys I know. Both are very responsive and professional. Jeff has exceptional analytical and logical reasoning. Jeff uses strategy and thinks your case through for the best outcome possible for his client, especially one under stress. September Katje researched my case in a timely manner and was able to send me an e-mail answering all my questions. September made sure she gave me all the accurate information I needed to feel comfortable. Her research skills are on point. I liked not having a typical formal attorney letter and an e-mail was so much faster. This law firm is definitely in the 21st Century! Jeff is the best. He is the first attorney I've ever come across in my life that actually tried to save me money and was beyond fair. I hope this law firm maintains their wonderful work ethic as they become more and more successful. By the way, we prevailed in my case.

It was a great experience, after losing all our belongings in a flood my son and I were displaced by our property management. We were left with nothing and CLLC came to the rescue. I was parked at the 99 Cent store when another car backed into mine and drove off. It was a hit-and-run, but I had uninsured motorist coverage and filed a police report. I hired Mr. Jarrod Wilfert for a DUI with injury case. This case was over two years old and even though I originally was told, I passed the sobriety test and did not get a DUI for some reason they decided to bring it back. Keep in mind, I had made several complaints about the police department, ignoring restraining order and allowing me to be abused. I had all the evidence to show not only was I assaulted that same month which is why I tested positive for a medication. They didn’t decide to bring the charge back because I got an evading police charge because I have PTSD Which had already been communicated with the police department many times. I did not evade the police. I let the car roll forward while having a panic attack. I tried to make that case for the police Evasion case Which should’ve been allowed because I really did have a mental health diagnose That I had been treated for four I had proof that I dealt with Negligence from the police and I put in reports. Nobody cared they wouldn’t let me make those arguments and they let me get a conviction which made them review the dui Decide to charge me. I had proof that I was assaulted that same month that I put in a complaint to the police department because the police who responded was friends with my ex who was my abuser. I also had proof that my car was rear-ended just a couple weeks before, and I took it into a mechanic who said that if it continued to Have break problems To bring it in, I had text messages with the owner of the car telling him that I thought I needed to bring it back in. I was on my way to the mechanic when the accident happened. I passed a sobriety test, and my roommate was with me when I passed it But for some reason, two years later during court They changed it And it said I did not pass. These were all viable arguments I could’ve brought in front of a jury But was advised not to because Mr. Wilfert told me he believed I could get it reduced to a misdemeanor, And from what I understand that would’ve this dismissed The whole case. While going through all this, I had to watch my abusive ex get hate crime And then get them dismiss due to mental health problems. Which he only saw because he was court ordered too, But as a woman who deals with a real medical condition and pays out-of-pocket for my my treatments Wasn’t the same treatment within my own community because apparently I’m a bad woman who needs to take a accountability. Besides all this There was several mistakes made with my case. For some reason, the police were very eager to have me go into the jails, So I was requesting house arrest, especially because of Covid. Mr. Wilford receptionist told me she was sending in the paperwork, right away. But after contacting the sheriffs department, I found out the paperwork was never turned in, I had to fill out the paperwork myself And turn it in last minute. If I didn’t persistently I would’ve had to go into the jails at one of the most dangerous times during Covid. Months later, I had texted Mr. Wilford because he told me to text him anytime, I texted him four times in one month Because the judge told me if I did everything within months, He would reduce the charge to a misdemeanor And get me off probation. So I was excited and I was texting him trying to get information on meeting up to discuss this. He never responded and you see me get concerned as if I thought something happened to him. Instead of getting a professional response and being allowed to be informed on my case and get help, I had the receptionist contact me getting… FULL REVIEW IN PHOTOS

For our case, dealing with the juvenile court, Mr. Wilfert seemed very unprepared. We would basically get information the day that we were in front of the judge, and the DA pretty much ran the show. It is a misrepresentation that Mr. Wilfert states that he will fight for you, and is knowledgeable because he used to be police officer and a DA himself, because he lets the court decide and have control of your case, thus your destiny. I had to start calling Mr. Wilfert's office and demand that he would communicate and tells anything about our case. If your case is serious and you are looking for an attorney that is going to fight for you, and present a good defense, communicate with you about your case, do yourself a favor, and do not hire Wilfert Law.

I had been in law enforcement for thirty-five years before retiring in 2014 and have owned a New Jersey Private investigation firm since 2016. Early this Spring, I needed to find a California Private Investigator in order to assist me in conducting a multi jurisdictional investigation. I received multiple recommendations from my colleagues in New Jersey that John Munoz owner of Trusted Eye Investigations was the go to investigator in Southern California. Following the advice I was given I reached out to John and immediately could tell he was a cut above many investigators I had ever worked with Over our three month investigation found John was professional, knowledgeable in investigations as well as being able to think outside the box. I was asked by a friend (not internet savvy) to help search for some legal advice, so I turned to yelp to filter out the top rated lawyers to cut down on call time. What a great group of guys. Jay and Jonathan really took care of me during my accident process. I got rear ended SO HARD that my car stopped working, it was immobile, and i was in a lot of back pain. The person that rear ended me also didnt even have insurance! These guys really helped me feel at ease that everything will be taken care of and I was compensated for my time and medical bills that followed taking care of my injuries.
