Mr. Walkon and his office have gone above and beyond my expectations. I called the office for advice on a malpractice suit and Bradley was so personable, empathetic, and extremely professional. I was an emotional wreck and he listened to me complain and then helped me with his knowledge and expertise, sympathizing but down to the facts. I was involved in an auto accident. Realistically speaking, more often than not, insurance companies don’t always have your best interest at heart. I felt confused. Mr. Hennessey was my attorney many years ago, but from reading his reviews he has only continued to his greatness as an attorney... He represented me in a criminal case that started with me facing life. He always made sure to encourage me and let me know not to worry. During my case he fought so hard for my freedom and to ensure the courts treated me right that he ended up with a charge himself (which I believe was dismissed latter) for contempt of court from a shady judge. Well from that threat of life and after a lengthy trial I walked away with a sentence that was worthy of my crime. I never came to Mr. Hennessey an innocent man, I knew I did wrong and deserved punishment but Mr. Hennessey made sure that's what I got. Ive been out for some time now and have a good life now, and I honestly give Mr. Hennessey much credit for fighting so hard to allow me to have this second chance at life... There were actually 3 of us in this case and although we all had our own attorneys Mr. Hennessey fought so hard for all of us that we all ended up coming home from this case. My case was plagued with lots of police misconduct and violation of my rights. Every attorney I got was "ready" to fight or so they said until they got the retainer. All my previous attorneys wanted me to settle for ridiculous plea deals. Sean was the only attorney that was able to uncover 2 different police reports for my case and brought to light all the things the police lied about to get the case to stick. Sean is like a pit bull in the court room with still being beyond professional. If your case has a lot of issues or you simply just want someone that will actually be thorough and do what they say, get Sean.

Exceptional is the only word I can use to describe Craig, as a person and an as attorney. If you’re lucky enough to have him take your case, that’s your first win. My case was a complicated medical nightmare that was dragged out by a stonewalling insurance company who took responsibility for the accident that caused my (life changing) spinal chord injury, but denied my injury claims, and refused pay. I contacted the office of Michael Ripley based on all the peer reviews I had read. Now I know firsthand, where the five stars come from. Above and beyond is the simple two words to convey the level of work this office, Nelia Castro, Jennifer Kiss and Becky, have done to settle my 2nd lien and modify my first with Wells Fargo, jumbo loan.
I had initally hired the staff to help me modify my first but out of the blue the 2nd lien, returned after over 5 years of no contact. Their last information saying they had written off the loan. However, 2nd liens can come back and will, once you have some equity. I would strongly encourage anyone, not to wait, because the 2nd started foreclosure as soon as the equity was enough that they would get something out of us.
Nelia can be direct when she needs to be but she, Jennifer and Becky are so compassionate. Like a light at the end of a very very long dark tunnel. Listen to them! This level of work takes a considerable amount of time and knowhow and the time and knowledge more than outweighs the compensation. They are a law firm and will need to be compensated as such so they can stay in business and have a life themselves.
Going into this, you need to realize that it is ultimately the homeowners creation of their situation at some point along the way and be willing to accept this, fully. That will be the only way you will get through this. Look at the big picture and do not get caught up in the minutia of the cost, interest rate, submission of documents and trust this law firm will give you an honest view of the situation, whether you like it or not.
We had to borrow, sell, rent a room to make this happen but we were comitted to keeping our home. The staff at Michael Ripley law stuck with us for a long time, all the long way through. I hope this office is able to stay in business. Homeowners desperately need their help and guidance because there is just no one else to turn to.
If you are in our shoes, give a call. Get that consultation. Even if you jumped through the hoops, got all the docs in on time, had the right income, it is still up to the investor to make the final decision and there is no one that has control over that but them, not us, not the law office. If you are reading this, you probably sit where we did over a year ago. It was our 2nd mod, the first 4 years ago. It is a difficult process but with the help of this office it will give you insight to making the best decisions. Good luck!

Nick Movaghar and Steve Yamin were both amazing at everything they did to help me both emotionally and financially. Seriously, even when I asked them a million questions that were unnecessary… just because I was worried about whatever it was, they still handled everything so professionally and they were just really helpful with everything… the car accident, the shop I got my car repaired at, the hospital, the therapy clinic, not to mention ALL the paperwork and ALL the medical bills were handled properly and correctly. I had spoken with several lemon law attorneys prior to retaining Norman Taylor and Associates. Other attorneys wanted to sit and wait for Ford Focus class action settlement to settle, then proceed with arbitration. Norman Taylor & Associates took the bull by the horn. They got right to it by sending a pre-litigation letter to Ford...things just moved forward from there without need to arbitrate. From start-to-finish, we were done in 90 days. Richard Barron was recommended to us by a friend and we could not have picked a better attorney. He helped with our daughter’s estate after she passed away suddenly. Very understanding and knowledgeable. What was a very difficult time for us he minimized it as much as possible. He communicated in a way that we would understand and was very attentive. When you don't know what your rights are, when you don't know what the laws say -it leaves you feeling powerless. Having an attorney's help gives you back that power. But finding one that's going to help is like looking for a needle in a haystack. I found a list of attorneys on a Google search and Mr Steven Harowitz was one of them. He answered the phone and I told him I had a few questions, could he help or direct me. I was expecting him to tell me that he thought I was someone else calling and that he didn't have any time. Instead, he was super kind and he answered my questions, specifically. His answers were well thought out. They made sense and they were helpful. Had I not called, I would have been ignorant of what my rights are and I wouldn't have known that what was bothering me happens to other people, regularly. Mr Harowitz even said to call back if I needed him again, which felt too good to be true. I called back and he was good for it.
