Stephen Waldman was highly recommended by a close family friend, after my son had received a serious injury to his knee following an auto accident when a car came through a red light and totaled our car. I was concerned that after his initial medical treatment my son's knee was still not 100% healed, Stephen advised us to see an orthopedic specialist to get a second opinion and the specialist indicated that a further course of treatment was required.
During the process of presenting a claim to the insurance company, which accepted liability, Stephen Waldman was very professional and always kept us informed as to what was happening with our claim. He has great communication skills and it was always a pleasure to talk to him or answer the odd email.
My son has now fully recovered from his injury. The initial settlement offered by the insurance company admitting liability was declined as the injury was more serious than originally anticipated. An improved settlement offer was then accepted and my son will now have some money that he can use for college etc. after his 18th. birthday.
I am very happy with what Stephen has done for my son, without him my son would have received nothing. I highly recommend Stephen Waldman to anyone requiring the services of an excellent lawyer.

I hired Robert Klein to represent me when I was rear-ended by another driver, totaling my vehicle and causing me injury. Mr. Klein and his assistant Jenny took the time to go over every piece of paper and how the law was applicable to my case, and advised me on the best way to move forward after things started looking grim. As many has wrote here, Robert was kind enough to give some advice for my small case. My case was too small for most lawyers to be interested in helping, but Robert didn't mind answering a few questions, and also mentioning a few facts that helped my case.

Earlier this year I entered into an agreement for an HVAC Contractor to do some major work on my home, but the contractor failed to complete the scope written in the contract. There are reasons that high profile attorneys get to where they are. Eric Dubin returned my email in less than 24 hours. After a short (free consultation), he was immediately honest in saying it wasn't his area of expertise. But he supported me, and even sent words of encouragement, such as "hang in there." PI attorneys get a bad rap from time to time, but there are people like Eric who could (given his well documented trial skills) win probably any case. But he didn't try to be everything to everybody. He was kind, honest, and most of all replied. In fact of all of the attorneys I consulted the one thing that sets these premier attorneys apart is that they actually do call you back. After finding out that a black mold case is not his strongest suit, he never the less was kind, encouraging, and took time to respond to me. By contrast one other supposedly preeminent black mold attorneys who was referred by another attorney (who even made a call on my behalf to get the specific name of the attorney to call, never returned a phone call, nor an email, nor did I ever get an email after filling out one of those utterly annoying "chat now" messages. I've followed Eric's career, and he doesn't talk the talk. He's brilliant, he cares about people, and he is responsive. I hope that I never need an attorney in the areas where he truly excels, but I would go back to him in a moment, and I'd refer him to anyone injured, or unjustly treated.

Sean is honest, kind and proactive – he lifted such a huge weight and worry off my shoulders. I felt backed into a corner, trying to defend my daughter and I by getting a restraining order on my own. I was prepared to write a good review for Sean Patrick because I could sense from the get-go that he is refreshingly honest and well intentioned but I was not prepared to write such a phenomenal review. I was truly blown away by his performance in the courtroom. Sean was retained very late in the game and a continuance was unfortunately denied but he did not appear to be any less prepared than he would have been otherwise. He was also not up against just one attorney but two on the other side, one of whom I understand has a 60 page resume and is "the best of the best" in what he does. Despite such impressive and intimidating representation from the other party, Sean held a perfectly calm assertiveness and nailed every point on its head to an extent that I honestly just did not expect. The other two attornies together probably cost 3 times what Sean cost yet I did not at any time feel that reflected in the trial. Quite the contrary, actually. I share this as a token to Sean for his great work but more importantly because I feel that people need to know who they can trust in the game of retaining attornies. Sean really is one of the "good guys, " which is unfortunately more few and far between than I would like to believe. If you didn't know this already, know it now: it is so incredibly important to walk into any attorney-client relationship with eyes wide open because (let's be honest) there is just so much senseless corruption and dishonesty that tends to be involved. After having been through the whole process with him I can genuinely say that Sean can be trusted. There were opportunities to where he could have taken advantage of the situation and claimed that he was owed more money than he was or created more unnecessary work for himself but he did not. It is refreshing to know that attornies like Sean exist. He is a great choice and absolutely first recommendation on my list.
