He told me that he hadn't lost a trial in a long time and he didn't want mine to break the streak. I didn't either ! We went to trial and he was in control of the courtroom. He was totally prepared. But I was still worried because the prosecutor was very good as well. Daniel was confident but honest. The jury really liked him. First off, I need you to know this is the very best law office in the entire Butte County area. They are extremely courteous, polite, professional and business oriented. Stewart is very upfront about what he thinks and never ever tells you what you want to hear. Brutal honesty is his policy. I had a very stale case that had been basically sitting for almost 2 years. I contacted Stewart and he informed me that it's not gonna be an easy settlement. However in the end he ended up getting all my bills paid, medical, MRI's, loans and still able to put cash in my pocket. I had an attorney before and they never returned calls, never answered questions and acted as though I was causing an issue when I did call. I never experienced this with Stewart's office. Call and get in touch with the very best in the business.

Mr. Galbraith did a great job of advising and representing me after I was hit by a car while I crossing a major street in a crosswalk. In the big scheme of things, this was minor, but it did keep me out of work several weeks and involved the need for physical therapy and I very much appreciated a professional advising me on this journey. I have since advised 2 friends who needed a personal injury lawyer to go to Stewart and they both give rave reviews of his professionalism and honesty and positive resolution of their cases.

I was a Mr.Galbraith's client for two years and I have a great deal of appreciation for his hard work for me. I was looking for a lawyer to represent me in a law suit and Moran Law was recommended to me by the LA Bar Association. From our initial phone conversation to the final resolve of the case, Mike Moran and his op notch team were behind me 100 percent and led me through every phase of the process. They were there to answer phone calls and e-mails and always responded promptly. They realistically assessed my case and informed me of all of the pros and cons associated with it. They made me feel comfortable and confident, since I had never been involved in anything like this before. I got a referral to Asaf Agazanof through a friend who had used him for another Lemon Law situation. On the initial call he was able to understand the issue very well and asked for a few items to start the case. Within 2 weeks time he provide me with the documents he had submitted to the manufacture (German Car Maker). Less than 6 weeks later he had my settlement which was better than what I had expected. Needless to say, he was very communicative and was on top of everything. The process was very easy although the manufacture was very hard to deal with.

I am eternally grateful for the representation I received from CASP. After a horrible experience with a dentist, I wrote a review on Yelp! so that other patients could avoid what I went through. Unfortunately, the dentist filed a SLAPP against me and claimed my review had caused her to suffer economic losses. Mr. Meissner and his staff have been the most competent and attentive law office I have ever had the pleasure to work with! From the very beginning, Mr. Meissner helped keep my head above water in negotiating and securing money for my new car. I was in awe while listening to him speak with the insurance company and knew I truly had someone on my side that knows his business. He is very transparent with me and answers all my questions before I even have to ask.

Mr. Diego Macwilliam for me was the right lawyer, at the right time, for my particular situation. He contacted both a government agency and a private company regarding a potential fraud inditement involving me and my families estate concerning overpayment of funds. Without his experience and guidance I personally would have not been able to come to a solution for the two outside parties involved and myself. He made contacts with the two different entities and got them to provide physical representatives to conclude the transactions.

In 2009 I was in a serious car accident where an uninsured drunk driver doing 85mph hit the car I was driving from behind as I was at a stand still on the 5 fwy. It was a nasty wreak. After getting out of the hospital I was lucky enough to have someone refer Mr. Dawson to me. He met with me immediately and treated me like my case was his number 1 priority. He was very straight with me about what to expect with the process. The insurance on the car I was driving was less than great, only had minimal coverage and like I stated the other driver was uninsured so it was going to be a fight. After all the medical treatment I received over the months to come it totalled out to around $38,000 and the policy only covered $30,000. That doesn't even count for the cost of the car and what Jeff Dawson's legal fee's would be. Jeff and his entire staff stayed in contact with me throughout the claim. It I had a question it either got answered right away or at most within 24 hours. They were all on top of their A game! When the case got settled I was worried about getting everything payed because it was way over the policy limits but Jeff said he would work with the doctors and insurance to get it handled. In the end, all my medical and the car got paid. I even got a call to swing by his office to pick up a check. I still have no clue how he did it but he had a check for $11,000 for me. He had explained in the beginning that if I would have set up my insurance differently, he would have been able to get me a lot more. Jeff is one of the brightess persons that I have met. He genuinely cares about your case and how your handling the situation you've been thrust into. He surrounds himself with the smartest people, great doctor referrals and made a horrible situation a lot less stressful. I have absolutely the utmost admiration for Jeff and the staff he employs. I have recommended him to family and friends. I can't give this guy enough credit, simply an amazing attorney and genuine person. Thanks Jeff Dawson!!!

We were lucky to find Aaron Morris and Deanna Stone of Morris and Stone Law Firm!
I was being named in an Anti-Slapp case by Senator Catherine Blakespear. Morris and Stone jumped in, wrote the Judge a very well thought out and detailed statement with supporting evidence from previous Supreme Court cases proving that I should not be named in the Anti-SLAPP.
In the end the judge agreed with Morris & Stone's statements in its "Entirety". It was obvious the judge was impressed with with Morris and Stone.

Michael Chu is an amazing lawyer whom worked tirelessly on my unique case. I had an accident in November 2013 that took me longer than expected to heal from and followed horrible advice from others. I listened to the wrong people and read wrong advice. Months later, I acquired Michael Chu in March 2014. It seemed to be like an open and close case, but given the bad advice, I found myself more in a predicament that Michael helped me with. He was very professional, easy to contact via email or phone, very responsive, contacted the opposing party and tried his best to resolve the issues outside of court, and was able to resolve my case. It required much more work than expected, but Michael was always helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We never went into litigation since it was resolved prior, but his work was very organized and well written.
