Noemi Esparza and Roger Dryer represented my son and I after a terrible car accident. I had a very long recovery and Noemi was very reassuring during the process that they would take good care of us. She was extremely thorough in knowing and learning the facts of the case. She was available to me when ever I had questions or concerns. I was allowed to be a part of the process which was so helpful to me. My case went to jury trial and this was where I saw more of Noemi's strengths and skills unfold in a court room. She was confident and professional and was very comfortable in front of a jury. The judge in my case announced to the jury in Napa County when the trial was over that they had sat through some of the best lawyering they would ever see. I had many witnesses testify and Noemi was amazing at direct and cross examination. She was always prepared and even one step ahead of the defense. Her closing argument for my son was equally impressive. We spent a lot of time together in my nearly month long trial. Noemi was compassionate and got to know my family on a personal level. We still keep in touch. Noemi Esparza was one of the two primary attorneys whom I hired to represent me following devastating injuries I suffered as the result of a car accident. The case lasted more than three years, and I benefited from Noemi’s genuine compassion and legal professionalism throughout. Noemi collected and preserved evidence which would prove central to the arbitration process, was involved in some of the arguments and questioning involved in the arbitration process, and was the primary attorney involved in handling negotiations with numerous insurance companies. Noemi was particularly impressive with regards to her negotiations with the insurance companies. Not only were her results impressive, but she expended approximately 6 months’ worth of negotiating effort on my behalf AFTER she and the firm she worked for received all of their compensation. She was literally negotiating for NOTHING other than my personal benefit, and she delivered. Knowing she was on my side allowed me to heal and recover from my car accident without having to worry about fighting with the other party's insurance company. I initially applied for Social Security Disability benefits and my claim was denied. I referred my case to David Allen to file an appeal and handle my case. They promptly prepared and filed the appeal, I was advised that should the matter require a formal hearing, the process could take upwards of 18 months. After only a few months, we were advised by the Social Security Administration, that upon review of the documents submitted with the appeal, they reconsidered and awarded me the benefits I was due, including retro active payment from the date of occurrence. I was impressed with both the short time it took to resolve the matter, as well as the little effort required on my part, past the initial interview/consultation. They were very professional throughout the process. For these reasons I would highly recommend them for people who could benefit from their services.

When I was turned down for SSI David Allen took over my case immediately. I requested my file from my doctor, sent it to Mr Allen and he took it from there. I was awarded my SSI in a very short time and was able to get my life back. With being disabled and unable to work he made it possible for me to support myself. I recommend David Allen to everyone. This was surprisingly a very pleasant experience for my husband and I. We met with several lawyers who did not want to take our medical malpractice case due to the potential settlement not being worth the time. When we met with Steve we had everything laid out and he agreed to take our case on the spot. His staff was on top of everything and we were eventually able to reach a fair settlement. CALL For Attorney Elan at The Ledger Law Firm. I am not a review kind of guy but I am taking my time to write this review because my experience with Elan has been superb. Since he took my case, he has been there for me all the time. First, he explained the whole procedure step by step because this is my first accident involving a lawyer. Second, he called to check up on my doctor's visits. Third, he was very responsive on any of my dumb questions. Lastly, I was able to experience a great financial settlement, they had my insurance company issue a check for the high blue book value on my car plus reimburse me for the accessories that I purchased on my car including tires, floor mats, prorated tags, etc.,. This is what you call full service, we are now waiting on the medical and loss of income settlement check next week which amount had exceeded our expectations. I definitely recommend Elan for any of your personal injury or accident issues you may of encountered.

After my motorcycle accident I didn't really know what to do I came across the Ledger Law Firm by sheer chance with a Google search. I'm definitely grateful for the amount of work and effort that was put into this by Elan and his team. My girlfriend and I had really bad car accident. We both had to undergo a few surgeries. The insurance carrier tried to say we were partially responsible for the accident. Mr. Glickman is a professional, he practices ethics violations in CA; he acted super invested in me, the client, even over himself, and honed in on case law that was imperative to my case. He was honest about the difficulties of my case due to a complexity issue unique of my case and didn’t try to bluff or gauge me for $ even though many another lawyers wouldn’t have been Ehtical like he is. A+ and I highly recommend his as competent and helpful. I have tried to call numerous lawyers that rudely don’t call back even after I take the time to call. Steve has great manners, is articulate, and if I could use him for trial I think compared to other attorneys out there he would be articulate, work hard, and be an amazing advocate for his client.

We (my son & I) can’t express the gratitude We have towards Jonathan in words (but, I’ll try)... He is kind and understanding. Goes above and beyond for his clients. Always there to take your call and address any and all concerns. Completely professional and ethical. I’ve had bad experiences with sleazy attorneys that do a 180 on you after your first encounter with them. Attorneys that don’t return your calls, inform you on your case, miss meetings. If you are looking for an attorney, I HIGHLY recommend Tony Stuart. I cannot say enough good things about Tony Stuart and his work and knowledge of the law. I hired Mr. Stuart a few years ago to take on a large insurance company that I wanted to sue for fraud, misrepresention, et cetera. Tony took on my case and I was so impressed with his work, his diligence, and the way he worked with me and explained things to me. He found out amazing things in his investigations and worked hard for me. We settled out of court and Tony got me $1.7 million!
If you want a good, competent, no-nonsense, no BS attorney, I suggest you call Mr Stuart, and I say this not only as his client, but as a court reporter. I have been a deposition/court reporter in this town for over 20 years and I can say without hesitation that Mr. Stuart is one of the better attorneys I have seen get the job done.
If I ever need an attorney again, I would most definitely call him again.

In the six year battle with my health insurance company over unpaid claims, I had no better ally than Tony Stuart. Mr.Ananian was highly recommended to me by a couple of friends who both have used him as their representation in the past.
Unfortunately, this was not my first accident. And unfortunately, Mr.Ananian wasn't my representation for my first accident.
As a lawyer he has a few extremely rare characteristics I wish not only more lawyers would possess, but also just more everyday people. When you meet Mr. Ananian for the first time you can tell he's genuinely a good person! For about 8 years my job included interviewing and screening strangers to conclude whether they were "good" people - Trust me, when I tell you he's genuinely good and kind, he really is. With him, I never had the feeling that I was a money-making-machine, but rather that I was a person who had the misfortune of going through a horrible experience due to the accident.
He is the only lawyer that took his time with me. Not only did he answer all of my questions into detail, every single time, but he was just as attentive to my husband. So many times I called his office, and to my surprise when he was at the office, he would take my calls. The fact that my lawyer would take my calls immediately or get back to me in a timely manner was just shocking... in a very pleasant way. That was a very new experience for me and certainly unique to Ananian Law Group. I know I won't receive this kind of care at any other law firm - Sadly so.
Mr.Ananian monitors your case very closely. No matter at which stage my case was, he was always on top of it. He kept me updated on the progress of my case - something I had to run after in the past with other lawyers.
Mr. Ananian and Ananian Law Group is extremely well organized and punctual, unfortunately both features are not that common in law firms. Lawyers I have dealt with in the past, with the exception of Mr.Ananian, have usually this flair of slight arrogance. I'm not sure if that's strategy, but I just prefer down-to-earth people. With that said, I don't appreciate it when businesses book appointments only to have you arrive and make you wait half an hour in the lobby. Punctuality is my pet peeve and that is just a disrespectful and unprofessional way of doing business. Thankfully, my experiences with Ananian Law Group and Mr.Ananian himself was always with utmost respect to my time.
As you can tell, I really had a great experience with Ananian Law Group and Mr.Ananian himself. I do recommend him highly! You owe it to yourself to book a consultation with him, just so you can affirm my review. I really hope I won't ever need a Personal Injury lawyer, but it's safe to say not only would I hire him again, but I'd recommend him to all my family and friends, as well.

Even though my legal problem was outside Mr. Goldsmith's normal area of expertise he still took on my case, brought in excellent outside counsel and with the incredible help of his assistant, waded through very complex Medicare, Social Security and other bureacracies that would have sent me to the funny farm. I was about to be foreclosed on and didn't have a clue who to use. Now someone mentioned another lawyer but when I went on line I saw all the same name so I didn't know which one they were talkig about. So I basically picked on. I was blessed that I ended up picking a good one. I only had about 5 days or even less before the sale date and when i got the call back, they gave me all my options, they were very honest and that let me know what decision i had to make. i decided to file the bankruptcy and they got the paperwork done and sent out and that stopped the sale. Ryan, actually helped my wife and i with a car accident. It was fairly basic case, but where can you go to an Atty and get honest, fast, reliable help? Only at the Mccabe law firm. If you want an atty that knows what he is talking about, an atty that is upfront and is not mainly interested in how much he will be make right off the bat than call Ryan. Most atty wont even answer your calls unless you have given them money and than more money before you even know if you have a chance or not.
