My urgent care visit led to a permanent injury due to a medical malpractice. I started seeking for an attorney, but none of the ones I talked to were courageous enough to take the case. My husband and I are an over-the-road trucking team that owns and operates a one-truck business. In March 2019 we were involved in a highway collision in Oregon that resulted in our truck and trailer being totaled, and both of us being injured. We were out of work for over a year.
We were not at fault but knew we had to find representation. Since the crash took place outside of our home state, we began calling lawyers in the Oregon area. We had no luck. We couldn’t find someone familiar with the trucking industry, and the firms we did reach out to either outright declined to represent us or recommended other firms. And the one attorney we initially started to work with, who we found through a trucking advocacy group, completely failed us. Ultimately, none of them worked out.
Until we found Sandy Cipinko. We met with him in our home state of Arizona and after our first meeting, knew he was our guy. He had excellent listening skills, showed compassion for our situation, indulged all our questions, and even found someone in Oregon to partner with to represent us in that state.

I would like to recommend Mr. Sanford Cipinko who represented me in a personal injury law suit concerning a significant claim involving a large established insurance company. Mr. Cipinko with the assistance of his well trained office staff handled the case with alacrity. All court and other legal filings where accomplished quickly and I was kept well informed as to the meaning and progress of the proceedings. As expected, the Insurance Company pulled every trick they could, including intimidation by suggesting that I lied and was carless enough that I purposely ran into the cross walk and thus was hit by their client’s oncoming car. Eventually the case was settled to my satisfaction with the helpful advice and counsel of Mr. Cipinko. Of upmost importance, Mr. Cipinko is honest and forthright. My experience with Mr. Cipinko has been excellent and I would highly recommend him as legal counsel for any personal injury litigations.

Laura took over my injury case after my previous attorney was unable to continue. She hit the ground running and didn't skip a beat. Staying on top of the other driver's insurance company and pushing my case along. Laura consulted with me when needed and had my best interest when advocating for me. Laura is incredibly hard working and detail-oriented. Personal injury cases are often complex so you need someone who minds the details. She sat down with me and completely dissected my case from start to finish and laid out several scenarios for how the case would transpire. Over the following weeks, she kept me continually up to date and helped me through the complexities of my treatment and insurance issues. About a year and a half ago I found myself in a malpractice situation, I didn't know where to go or what to do. I felt lost, Thankfully I found David Kleczek. First I called to make an appointment, which was quick and easy. Upon meeting him, I immediately felt at ease. Throughout the process he has always went above and beyond and helped me with everything and anything I needed. I was injured at work and needed surgery. I was handling my case myself up to the point that my surgery failed and my doctor was saying that I was fine and could go back to work even though I was not fine. Mr. Morris found me a much better doctor. After a second surgery I feel better although not 100%. Mr. Morris did a good job of keeping me informed during the process. In the end my case settled. I am happy with my settlement. Mr. Morris did a great job.

My case was a civil lawsuit involving oral contract in title ownership of realestate property. I was the plaintiff. Candice Bryner along with Tumy Nguyen represented me. If you as any lawyer an oral contract which involve in realestate is very hard case to prove. But Candice and Tumy took on my case and they were very honest and strategic. The defendant was represented by a big law firm in Long Beach. As the case went on the defendant lawyers created a mount of paper work to harass me, but Candice worked day and night to protect me and she did very well with caring thoughts. I am not sure that 4000 characters for this response would be enough to explain my case and what Joseph (Yosi) Avrahamy did for me. It was a very long and complicated matter. Yosi represented me in an employment case against a major police department that I worked for. The allegations consisted of harassment, failure to promote, discrimination and retaliation. Fighting my particular law enforcement agency is one of the most difficult battles that one can take on. They don't play fair and will stonewall and lie at every turn to win. My case was no exception. However, Yosi was unphased by all this and stood by me from beginning to end. He believed I had a good case and never wavered in his support of me. The battle was long and I always felt that I was a part of the process. Yosi kept me informed every step of the way, which is huge when you are going through something as stressful as a lawsuit. Many lawyers do not do this. I know because I worked around a group of lawyers before I found myself in the precarious position that I was in. Yosi is the exception (in a good way) not the rule for most lawyers. And finally and most importantly, Yosi never made you feel that money was the most important thing to him in the case. By this I mean, that he actually made you feel that what happened to you mattered while also trying to win your case for you and achieve a satisfactory monetary outcome. In the end, my police department settled out of court with me. Something that they do not do unless they think that they could actually lose and lose big. They are very stubborn that way. It was Yosi's expertise and past victories that made them think twice about trying the case before a jury. I would highly recommend him. He is a great lawyer, but more importantly, he is a great person.

If you someone who calls you back immediately, without exception, and who knows what he is doing then hire Jeff! My ex was harassing me and our children. My previous lawyer said I just had to "deal with it" because there was not enough to go on. Jeff immediately got me a restraining order against my ex and then we got the custody order I wanted. He also got all of my fees paid for by my ex! I am not sure if this is how he always is but he was absolutely amazing for me in my case.

Ms. Bronson handled my very contentious divorce and custody case. The day after I first met with her, she got me an order removing my abusive husband from our home! She also got a court order so he wouldn't keep harassing me and the kids. He tried to get sole custody. Three court hearings later, the judge gave custody to me and gave him every other weekend as I requested. Also Bronson discovered that my ex had two bank accounts in two different banks that I knew nothing about - he claimed the money was his and he did not have to split it. My attorney got copies of the bank records and showed his attorney that it all first came from his pay check and it didn't matter that the money was in his name only. Bronson made repeated demands to my Ex's attorney to settle it out of court - I would have agreed to a lot less than half of the $345k that Bronson told me was half mine. We ended up fighting over it and a lot more in court. My attorney did a fantastic job proving my case. She is eloquent and gifted in the art of persuasion. Also, she used a life size white cardboard exhibit that had a diagram showing how the money got to the accounts with his name only. She argued that he intentionally hid the money and that he, not me, should have to pa y my attorney's fees. The Court agreed. If you need an attorney, I would highly recommend Martha ... Not only is she an amazing attorney, but you certainly do not want this spit fire of an attorney on the other side of your case.

Like most, I never expected that I would find myself going through a divorce. This, however, was not the worst part of it. I was served with a temporary DVRO from my ex-wife that was full of the most slanderous statements that I ever could have imagined and an expressed desire to move out-of-state with our 6-year old daughter.
