I was in a traumatizing and debilitating traffic collision. I found Nicole and company through a friend of a friend. I had multiple injuries that were preventing me from living my life and maintaining my responsibilities. My injuries were more than intimidating, and my situation was extremely overwhelming and confusing. Nicole gave me peace of mind through effective communication and always making herself available when I would freak out about my situation. Her assertive and reassuring demeanor made me feel confident that everything was going to work out. I don't know how I would have survived this without Nicole and her associates. They made the entire process feel almost effortless, and by "process," I mean three years of medical appointments, physical therapy, surgery, more therapy, etc. Despite having to endure all of that, I had conviction that everything would be okay, even when I was on bed rest and could barely walk. I can't adequately express how positive my experience has been with Nicole and her associates. We're almost done with the entire process, and I am very satisfied with the outcome. Nicole delivered! My injuries were treated by amazing physicians, and I'm anticipating a full recovery! All of my medical bills are paid, and I have more than enough to compensate for my expenses incurred because of the traffic collision. The best part of it all is Nicole didn't make me feel like a client or paycheck. She expressed genuine concern every step of the way and explained every possible avenue and their respective possible outcomes. She made me feel like a priority, and didn't push me to do anything. I am more than impressed with the exceptional quality of care I received through the entire process. I hope I never have to experience a personal injury like this ever again, but I know exactly who I'm going to call if I do.

I feel very fortunate to have been recommended to Nicole Lari-Joni and her partner Torsten Bassell. I was in an accident a few years back and got badly injured. Unfortunately, I made the silly decision of handling my claim with the insurance company myself at first. After the insurance company strung me along for months though, I decided to hire a lawyer and I asked a friend if he knew anybody good. He recommended Torsten and Nicole, who had helped my friend out in the past. When I called Torsten and Nicole, I wasn't sure what I'd be getting into. I'd never had a lawyer before, but they talked to me about my case on the phone and then we met in person and I felt at ease. They never pushed me to do anything and were happy to meet with me to discuss my case whether I hired them or not. Of course, I ended up retaining them, and I couldn't be happier. Nicole and Torsten worked so hard for me on my case and ended up filing a lawsuit and battling with the insurance company for about a year in court. Along the way, the insurance company kept tossing BS offers at us and I was getting really frustrated with the entire process. It seemed that the insurance company would never pay me what I deserved. But Torsten and Nicole kept assuring me that the insurance company would come up with more money and that this was just the game they always played with people's lives. It turns out, they were right. After pushing and pushing through the lawsuit, the insurance company finally gave in and offered me a great settlement a few weeks before trial just as Torsten and Nicole predicted. Obviously, I'm happy that I got the money I deserved. But I was even happier with who got me the money. Torsten and Nicole were not just my lawyers. They were my friends. They took the time to listen to me and understand my problems and they stood up for me until the end. There were ups and downs for me emotionally throughout the process, and if it weren't for them, I'd probably have broken down completely and taken one of the insurance company's BS offers. In the end, I know I got what I deserved because of Nicole and Torsten. They are wonderful people and made me feel confident that I had great attorneys in my corner.

I had been turned down by other lawyers; told my Case was going to fail, “based on years of experience.” I kept looking and then I told Scott my story. He believed in my case and her believed in me. He worked on my issue for three years while the insurance company found every possible bogus excuse to create obstacles and delay the process. We won the case and that is because I had right in my side and Scott not only saw it, but ACTED on it, for which I will be forever grateful.

Words cannot express how truly grateful I am because of Mr. Scott Kalkin. Unfortunately I had multiple upper extremity surgeries in 2012 which left me disabled and unable to work. I had to utilize my long term disability policy from my employer that I paid for since 2000. I did not understand at the time that I purchased an Erisa plan which is a very complex and difficult to understand policy. My doctors were wonderful at documenting my condition and filling out mounds of paperwork that advised my long term carrier that I was clearly disabled and unable to work. Unfortunately this did not matter to my long term carrier. I was advised by my carrier in 2013 that I was no longer eligible for my much needed medical benefits due to the Erisa laws and I would be receiving a letter with an explanation on how to appeal in the mail soon. Needless to say, I felt defeated and exhausted. I did extensive research on long term disability attorneys and decided to call Mr. Scott Kalkin at Roboostoff and Kalkin. Not only was Mr. Scott Kalkin kind and understanding but he took the time to explain the complexities of having a long term policy governed by Erisa. Mr. Scott Kalkin is extremely knowledgeable and is an expert on all of the complexities of long term disability policies. I’m happy to say that after hiring Mr. Scott Kalkin in 2013, he contacted my long term and to this day, which is now 2019, I am still receiving the much needed benefits that I deserve. He removed the burden and frustrations of having to personally deal with my long term carrier. It is so refreshing to have a wonderful attorney like Mr. Scott Kalkin on my side and working with my long term disability carrier to ensure that I am being treated fairly and at the same time allow me the much needed time to heal from my injuries, which is a blessing. I hired Mr. Colllins for my child support modification. I am happy that I hired Mr. Collins. He got right to work with a pending deadline to respond, and listened to all my cares and concerns and voiced them for me at court. I've been to court for this same exact reason before without representation, and I know for a fact the outcome would've been different without Mr. Collins. David J. Collins is very responsive to needs of his client, did a good job of keeping me informed throughout my case. He sets realistic expectations when it comes to establishing goals for my case. He does not promise what he cannot deliver, unlike other lawyers. He is handling my divorce case. His pricing is reasonable. Yes, even attorneys need a good attorney sometimes…. Thank you, Vent Legal! While in law school, I was hit by a car while riding my bike. My expensive bike and laptop were ruined, and I quickly racked up some chiropractic bills. A hired a "big shot" personal injury attorney who sat on the case for 2 years before getting disbarred. The deadlines for my case were expiring, and my claim was sinking faster than the Titanic. A friend recommended I call Sean Vent for help. Sean allowed me to explain my case and its issues, outlined realistic goals, and quickly developed a plan to save my claim. I let my boyfriend buy a truck with my credit in 2000. He got in a bad accident. My boyfriends insurance settled the accident for 250k. But the other guys insurance kept harassing me and threatening to sue me. Oscar got them off my back and they never contacted me again! Thank you Oscar!

I was names plaintiff in a class action against a local bus charter company. The company was using federal law to justify not giving the employees lunch breaks under a transportation law. It was a tricky case but Mr. Olsen took it head on. The results were very favorable for all previous and present employees.

I am the plaintiff in a pending new wrongful termination case. I am exceptionally well documented in my evidence against the defendant. So, when I 'shopped the case around' with several attorneys by phone & email, there was much interest. But Mr Olsen showed much more than interest in my story; he was invested in it. He was genuinely aggrieved and indignant that my company had fired me after I caught management forging my inspector's stamp & signature on FAA certs. That was just what I wanted. I hired him immediately. The case is just beginning but to this point Mr. Olsen has shown himself to be a motivated and aggressive attorney. I'm glad I found him.

I've never been in an car accident in my life, either as a driver or pedustrian until one night on my way to work. As I was crossing the street a car came around the corner and hit me and dragged me down the street. It left me with a dislocated arm, head and face injuries. I was hospitalized for 6 days and couldn't return to work. I hired a lawyer who I could tell did not have my best interest at heart and would not answer my calls or emails. I live outside of the state and contacted Ewing Law Group when I was faced with a stressful, frustrating case and a very short time frame that would require them to travel to another county. I spoke with Jason Ewing, and during our very first conversation it became clear that he is an honest person of integrity. I explained my situation, and he took the time to answer all of my initial questions, then advised me that he could take my case but that it would be cheaper for me to choose someone closer to the county where my case was filed. Knowing my financial situation, he also offered to help me complete paperwork myself, but in the end, I asked him to take the case to avoid the stress, and I am so glad I did. Through the course of working with Jason, he was very professional, but I felt more like I was communicating with a friend than simply an attorney. I never felt rushed, or that he was “squeezing me in”, even though I had a deadline coming up when I contacted him. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Naylor for the past 13 years on different cases. I first contacted Mr. Naylor shortly after my husband suffered a work related injury while working as a formen on the waterfront. Sadly our case escalated from a work comp. injury to a wrongful death case within days and needless to say, reaching a settlemet not just with the employer but with one of the big three auto manufacturers took time. Got pulled over for expired registration tag and lead to a DUI Check which i had barely drank and being in Irvine with IPD doesn't help much either, as they push and push with their aggressive tactics to get you to do all they ask. Even when the odds were against me I was referred to him by a friend and to say the least he comforted me during the whole process and was very responsive and always checked in with me. I received a DUI, even though I don't think I was drunk. I was pulled over after leaving a club in Hollywood. The officer pulled me over and said I was driving too fast and then continued to do a sobriety check on me. I hired Masih and he represented me from the DMV hearing all the way to the trial. My case was resolved without a DUI due to Masih's work. I never thought they'd drop the case, Masih got them to!!! I highly recommend him, he was worth more than I paid him!

Beverly is very professional, honest, fair, and will not waste your time or money. Beverly keeps you informed, and will honestly tell you, your options allowing you to make the best informed decision. Beverly plays no games, she is all business. Our case was highly litigated, and full of useless emails back and forth, pointless arguing, of course an extension of the recent divorce. Beverly would not respond to emails she was copied on, unless needed to protect our legal rights, or enforce an agreement. I had the misfortune of running head on into a tractor in the dark at night who was as driving on the wrong side of a country roadway without proper lighting, creating a hazard. My head slammed into the windshield and I haven't felt the same since. The tractor operator denied liability, said that other motorists went around him, the accident was my fault. The idiot nearly killed me. My lawyer Nate James and his awesome case manager, contacted their insurance carrier with a demand for $250,000 before we filed the lawsuit. The insurance company offered me $750. I'm posting their offer so you can see it for yourself. Nate and his team went to work and the job they did was phenomenal. They found me the medical care I needed. Because I was without health insurance for a long time, I never really treated, and suffered in silence. To make it more complicated, I moved from Brentwood California up to Tacoma Washington. I started a family. I was working as a manager. To the outside world I looked fine, but I wasn't. God bless Nate's legal team. They found me doctors to treat my brain and back injuries. They got the case ready for trial. They even animated the tractor/El Camino collision. They had faith in me and my injuries and my case and they put in thousands of dollars to make it viable One month before trial the insurance company paid me $500,000.00 That's a whole lot better than $750.
