Mr. Saeltzer is an outstanding personal injury lawyer. He represented my teen-aged daughter who had sustained a severe burn. He was very empathetic to her situation, spent a lot of time with us explaining procedures and strategy and was completely accessible when we needed to ask him any questions.
He did not give us any false hope about the outcome. He prepared us very well for the depositions and the settlement meeting. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the law, his ability to accurately interpret the intent of the law and his strategy when dealing with the lawyers from the insurance company. His sense of timing and just how far we could push enabled my daughter to recieve a much greater settlement than we had expected or even hoped for, but one she completely deserved.
He helped us through the process of figuring out a tax free annuity and connected us with an excellent annuity expert who worked with us to finish the process. I feel my daughter received the best representation possible from Mr. Saeltzer and the Walkup, Melodia, Kelly and Schoenberger Law Firm. I cannot recommend him or the Firm more highly.

Robert Cheasty represented me after a very bad car accident back in 2008. My car was totaled and the other party was hospitalized due to broken ribs. I was so scared because I had the minimum coverage that I haven't made any change for 10 years, but he helped me settled that case within a year. The insurance covered all costs without me paying anything.
Cheasty's assistant lawyer was very helpful too when I did real estate in 2012. She went beyond what she needed to do and pointed out how I could pay more taxes if I did the way I wanted to do. They really care about their clients.
Cheasty's law firm also did an excellent job for my friend's former boss. She had a lawsuit that several lawyers refused to take, but Cheasty took it and did extensive research on both his professional area and medical field. He also found a good doctor to review the medical record and prove that the death was not related to her. That have brought back her peace.
This was the reason I chose this law firm for my cases.

I am truly grateful for Mr. Smith’s hard work in representing me with my case. It never occurred to me that I could get this kind of result. I was very apprehensive about filing anything. I will try and keep this short and sweet. I was represented by a different law firm and after a year they came to me with minimal results and an offer that was basically a slap in the face. I switched to the Piccuta Law Group after the firm representing me failed to file a lawsuit for my personal injury accident. My accident involved a high speed collision where my nine month old and nine year old son and daughter were in the car. The former firm was trying to get me to settle my case for an amount they claimed was a “great offer.” The insurance company’s offer barely offered anything to compensate my children and was less than I expected.
The former firm only met with me when they thought I was going to switch attorneys, barely discussed my case with me before that and never took a sworn statement from the other side. The former firm also told me that they didn’t think that we could claim damages for my children. It left me wondering why I hired an attorney to take 1/3 of my settlement if all they were going to do was collect my medical records and send them to the insurance company before settling. I could do that myself.
My experience with the attorneys from the Piccuta Law Group was completely different. I met with Charles Piccuta in person and he spent time discussing my case with me, going over the attorney agreement and explaining the legal process. He analyzed the strength and weaknesses of my case and we developed a plan to maximize my settlement. Within weeks he had filed and served a lawsuit, confirmed that the police were prosecuting the other driver for being on prescription medication at the time of the accident and advanced claims for emotional distress on behalf of my son.
The Piccuta Law Group is a professional law firm and the attorneys earn their money. This is not a “churn and burn” outfit. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision to use them and would recommend them to anyone with an injury case.

Jude always went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were taken care of and he put us in touch with great doctors and specialist to help us in our recovery after our car accident. Christopher gave me an initial consultation in regards to a credit collection litigation and, even though I wasn't able to pay him for this, I find that his approach is sincere and he seems like he is really trying to help others who need legal advice. I, for instance, got an instant reply after calling his voice mail and he told me to come in for a free consultation. After he understood my situation, he confronted me with options and insisted that I didn't need an attorney because the costs would overbear the amount of the lawsuit if it is settled. So, I find that he gave straightforward advice and I thank him for being truthful.
To summarize, Christopher is a lawyer who would tell his/her client whether that client really needs his service or not. If not, then he would tell that client so. I find his help very satisfactory and I highly recommend him, so don't be afraid to call. His initial consultation is free.
