I was recently in a difficult--and frankly, scary--dispute with my landlord, and initially felt completely intimidated and overwhelmed by the situation. I was hit by an uninsured motorist. Fortunately I carry uninsured motorist coverage. I suffered an injury that required treatment. I went back and forth with my insurance company for a fair settlement to now avail. I reached out to Mr. Lieber, who contacted my insurance company on my behalf. After a couple of phone calls by Mr. Lieber, I received a payout hire than what I was asking for. Mr. Lieber was very professional, kept me well informed, and got a quick resolution where I had tried for a month before. I have highly recommended Mr. Lieber to family and friends since.

I went to Ms. Badalyan after my accident. Not only was she easy to talk to but it really seemed like she cared about everything I had to say. But beyond this, she was extremely knowledgeable. I have a lot of friends who had hired other lawyers for their accidents and they were so upset because they were never kept in the loop about their case and their lawyers would not return their calls. Colby Kuvara was extremely helpful in settling my injury in which I was rear ended and required surgery. I was unfortunately involved in a lawsuit following a car accident I had. Ms. Davis reviewed the complaint and advised me as to what I should and shouldn't be concerned about, who to talk to, how to answer various questions relating to the accident, and just generally helped calm the situation for me. I found the lawsuit very disturbing and Ms Davis helped me weather the storm with confidence. The suit was eventually dismissed.

The best! I was involved in a car accident and got injured. After interviewing a few attorneys I decided to go with Joseph based on his knowledge, patience and responsiveness. He was great throughout the process and helped me within a few months to get the maximum that my policy allowed for (the other driver who hit me didn't have insurance). Knowing that he was handling everything himself made me feel much better throughout the process. Hopefully this will be my last accident but I won't hesitate to use him again in the future.

I was rear ended by a pickup truck pretty badly and was injured. I was recommended to attorney Joseph by a friend who used him in the past and gave him a call. Joseph was very patient from day one and throughout the process, who took about three-four months. After hiring him he sent me to his chiro and dealt directly with the insurnace. When the insurance wanted a recorded statement from me, which got me a little nervous he coached me through it and made it easy. We met face to face just once, when I came to pick up my check. He did a great job and I would highly recommend for someone who was involved in an accident.

Harrison Gavin Long is a very good trail lawyer. He tried my automobile accident case in Orange County. Harrison is a aggressive, but very likeable and well prepared. The jury returned a verdict for two times the amount of the pretrial settlement offer made by the defendants' insurance company. I highly recommend Harrison Gavin Long.

Mr. Long did a jury trial for a family member of mine and was very well prepared and aggressive. It was a sensative criminal matter that needed a lawyer who would fight hard and work hard, and Mr. Long exceeded our expectations. Circumstance unfortunate but outcome EXCELLENT due to retaining Mr. KINDOPP to represent me in a few cases starting back in 2001 in a traffic case and most recently this past year in a custody battle in which a father abandoned his first born after requesting emergency custody which was denied yet felt just 6 months later without any significant changes that leaving his daughter in the mothers care 100% showing his original request was a waste of everyone's time. Mr. Kindopp is very personable with his clients yet does not offer a false sense of hope but a few various likely realities so no surprises causing upset arise. He is quick to point out facts that are backed up by evidence leaving no room for error and providing a secure expectation and an attorney / client trust like no other. He explains why things need to be done a certain way eliminating all confusion or anxiety. He presents himself in a very professional manner and always one step ahead due to his thorough review of all case notes, discovery, pleadings abd correspondence. He can be a breath of fresh air yet demonstrates his knowledge and expertise in every case or individual he represents. He's matter-of-fact and straight to the point which in turn wastes no time or money. He is fair aND communicates directly with his clients putting each one at ease rather than leaving them to question the status of their case. We are fortunate to have such a driven, justice seeking, highly educated individual practicing law in our community. I highly recommend Mr. Kindopp for any case in his field of choice if you want a pleasant experience in the court room. I'm so thankful for his gratitude. I received Mr. Kindopp's name through an Employee Assistance Program when I had an extremely difficult time dealing with a mortgage company and needed someone on my side. I was short on time due to an impending foreclosure/sale date; after seven months of getting nothing but the run around, verbal and financial abuse by a broken system and stress. I explained the time constraint to his assistant and was scheduled for an appointment quicker than I had imagined. Mr. Kindopp listened to me, provided information and the legal support I needed to effectively deal with this company who had not always been following "the rules" and conveniently lost documents, let them expire or didn't have information when it worked in their favor. I received a phone call from the mortgage company with a proposal for a permanent loan modification within days, and an apology regarding their business practices. When the modification papers arrived I faxed them to Mr. Kindopp's office, concerned about what I was signing. I was shocked to receive a telephone call at 7pm on a Friday evening from him to discuss them. I have never had an attorney who addressed my needs and concerns in such a quick and assertive fashion. Through personal necessity, and work, I have had the opportunity to come in contact with many lawyers in Mendocino County, Mr. Kindopp is at the top of my list. If my family EVER needs an attorney or legal assistance I will be calling Mr. Kindopp.

Patricia provided sound recommendations on tenant rights when an unruly landlord tried to terminate our lease in the middle of Covid. It is hard to believe that someone would try to do such an unscrupulous thing, but he decided to sell the home in the middle of our lease. Patricia helped guide us throughout the ordeal by protecting our rights, avoiding a law suit and allowed us to leave at the end of the lease. I wish I had found Patricia Turnage right after my auto accident in 2011, my case was being represented by another attorney that I found on the web that happen to be a non local firm which made it very difficult to communicate. Having found Patricia in the middle of my case she was very knowledgeable and helped me to find out What was going on. She has to to be the most patient attorney and resourceful individual I have ever met. She took the liberty to give my case a second look for a fee of "TLC". Usually most attorneys are impatient, untruthful and place themselves above others but not Patricia, she is the perfect example of the way a good council should represent you. I needed a contract written up for a business transaction, which Anthony drafted for me. He negotiated with the other side and within a week, the contract was ready and signed. It was an emergency situation and he worked on it day and night so that it could be done by my deadline. Mr. Hamassian was very knowledgeable and honest with the work that he did for me. I had an issue with a tenant of mine because my lease was poorly written from before. Mr. Hamassian helped me resolve the problem with the tenant and even drafted a new lease for the new tenant. He also does wills and trusts, which I just happened to mention to him. He is currently working on that for me as well. From my experience so far, he is an honest and fair attorney.
