They take on too many cases, promise you the world, and then pressure you to settle. I spent six months in a wheelchair six weeks in a hospital and had to take medicine designed to be taken for a couple of months every day of my life to walk, for an incomplete paralyzation. After everything was said and done I lost $60,000. Catherine, who was my attorney would constantly not return my calls and have her husband call me. When you ask for a copy of your file, they refuse to give it to you. I had written them a good review just to get them to leave me alone as the pressure was relentless. Do yourself a favor and run in the other direction that is if you still can.

I can't say enough great things about them. I had a very serious accident with multiple fractures. They immediately put me at ease. They've been doing this for several years. They have former insurance adjusters, they really know how to deal with insurance companies.
Anna is so knowledgeable & very caring. So patient! She explains everything thoroughly & is very well informed.
She's genuinely concerned with our health & stays in touch for updates. She always responds quickly with emails, etc. They offer guidance with finances & help set you up w advisors. I could go on & on! They're genuinely out to help people & get justice. The office staff are always really friendly & quick to assist.
Any negative connotations about lawyers, are non existent here. Impeccable all around.

Tania is the best Immigration lawyer, she got me out of deportation processing and got out from Adelanto detention center, got my green card back also in a matter of a couple years she also helped me with my paper work to becoming a US citizen, today 10/21/24 had my interview with the ins and passed my citizenship, my criminal record is really bad talking DUI ,and fire arms as a juvenile, which I did all my time, but trust me she's assume she goes out of her way to communicate with me, she's there by phone email, if she's in court, she reaches out to you after or on a break, she's always working for you, I really recommend her to any one with immigration problems she's the best. I found Tania through a Google search. I was feeling overwhelmed and confused due to an issue with USCIS. While the problem was simple, it required me to consult an attorney.
Unsure of how to even explain the situation properly, Tania kindly offered me a callback.
In just one call, she pointed me in the right direction. Her guidance was so clear that I spoke with her on a Monday, submitted the document she recommended (following her advice) on Wednesday, and by Friday of the same week, the case status was approved.
Tania was very kind and personable. She avoided using complex legal jargon, which can often be confusing.
What stood out most was that she wasn’t trying to charge an exorbitant fee just to answer a simple question.
In the end, I received kind and down-to-earth support.

Mr. Becker is an amazing attorney. I would recommend him to anyone. When you feel a Public Defender is not the answer to your problems. I asked myself, "who do I turn to"? Well, while thumbing through an endless amount of options I stumbled on Law Office of William V. Pernik. I was quickly invited in for a consultation. Almost immediately I felt the passion for my concerns regarding my case. The District Attorney (D.A) was trying to brand me with a criminal charge that I knew did not fit. The D.A. would not budge or listen to people or facts of my case. I was just a case # to them, they treated me as if I was not human. The Law Office of William V. Pernik very much understood my feelings, emotions, anxieties, and my fears. I chose Pernik. Mr. Pernik assigned a lawyer by the name of Mr. Ercolano to my case. At first glance, I was taken off guard. Before me, I saw a sharp dressed baby faced attorney. I was a bit puzzled. However, I was taught never judge by its cover. So together we rolled up our sleeves and went to work. The D.A. would stay firm on the decision to charge me, it did not matter the evidence in my favor. It was heartbreaking. My family and I could not even begin to start the healing process. Mr. Ercolano stated to me "We will not fold or agree to a plea agreement". Through it trials and tribulations. Ms. Yamini was knowledgeable and very helpful in getting the request for a restraining order against my husband dismissed. He was accused of things that he didn't do and in fact were made up. She also pointed out to the judge that the case was actually about a dispute regarding the property line. She reassured us when we felt doubtful about our case due to the plaintiff's false accusations against my husband . She felt strongly that the court would see through the false accusations which they did and that's was because of the way Ms. Yamini presented our case and her cross examination of the plaintiff.
