A few months back my ex and I got into an argument and before I knew it she had called the police. I ended up in jail and was arrested for domestic abuse, assault and battery. I know that it's a cliche but I never touched her and was only defending myself! A friend of mine told me about Lipton Law Offices and I asked him to contact Mr. Lipton on my behalf. Within hours his bail bondsman had bailed me out of jail. After I was released, I immediately met with Mr. Lipton and was totally impressed. The charge against me was a misdemeanor hit and run. I was very nervous and fearful, because I have never been in trouble with the law. I knew right away that I had to find a knowledgeable attorney who truly cared about representing me to the best of their ability. I interviewed multiple lawyer's and found that most of them were all talk and no action. After interviewing Mr. Lipton and reviewing my case together, i was immediately relieved. He explained, in detail, what every section of the police report meant in a clear and concise manner. He was prompt and kept me informed on a constant basis. He also comforted me and made me feel at ease. I felt like a human being, not a criminal like other attorney's made me feel.
The District Attorney handling this matter was very reluctant to reduce the charge, but with Mr. Lipton's diligence and investigative skills he was able to pin point many areas in which sufficient evidence lacked. He displayed extensive legal knowledge and negotiating skills. Because of Mr. Lipton's dedication, experience, and professionalism, the D.A. to reduced my charge to an infraction.

I was put on the streets so I could not fight a case against police when the police illegally impounded my RV I was living in. I was getting harassed everyday by them, now homeless until I was able to put enough money together and bought a truck. 2 weeks after buying this truck outright from dealer for $3000, I was pulled over for no reason. It was literally just so they could impound my brand new truck again and keep me on the street homeless. I spent all I had on truck so I could not get it out of impound and they sold it at auction leaving me homeless with nothing once again. Completely unaware that the cops actually wrote a ticket for this incident, I missed the court date because of them leaving me homeless with nothing for the second time and can’t get mail. They are charging me with misdemeanor drug possession, misdemeanor possession of tear gas. Like wtf (I had a can of pepper spray on a keychain under the seat. There also was no drugs so no paraphernalia want to plead not guilty and fight the case but I don’t want to lose my bed at homeless shelter by going to jail until court date. How can I do this?

I found that Ms. Scott was knowledgeable when it came to the custody case. Ms. Scott was always professional and genuinely cared about my dayghter and and myself. She was always informing me of the status of my case and different possibilites of the outcome. If I had questions I could call anytime and if she was not available she would call back as soon as she was able. Ms. Scott showed up to court dressed very professional and understood my wishes for custody. She would talk to me about an agreement and if the agreement was bad or not to my liking then she would voice that and not agree. Ms. Scott never pressered me to do or agree to anything, instead she recommended that before I would discuss anything to contact her. I had talked to a few lawyers in the area and all of them seemed to busy to sitdown and discuss my case, others would purse an expensive case. Ms. Scott made me feel comfortable and eager for me to dicuss my case. Ms. Scott would also inform me if doing something was a bad idea and educate me on a different approach, that was effective and saved time and money. I will use Ms. Scott to represent me in the future and I would recommended her to anyone needing legal assistance for a fair price and comfortable no pressure representation.

I am a father and I could not have gotten my daughter back in my arms without the tremendous work done by Alexis Scott. Doug was upfront with me from our initial consultation and saw my cxase through from beginning to end. Unlike many other criminal defense attorneys, Doug doesn't try and pull this "extra fee required if you are held to answer after your Prelim Hearing." When he quotes you your fee, that is the fee regardless of whether your case goes to trial or is settled beforehand. Doug gets the job done and is nothing but honest and upfront with his clients all the way. I highly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in legal trouble here in Santa Barbara.

Hired Mr. Stotter to defend me in a DUI case. I crashed my car after a medical emergency, but I had alcohol and medications in my system so they arrested me for DUI. I had a prior felony DUI, so they wanted state prison! Mr. Stotter refused to settle the case and fought all the way to trial. Our witnesses convinced the jury to dismiss all the charges.

Hi everyone, my name is Karen. I have had an accident on last year in LA.I was driving a rental vehicle and the rent a car company was suing me for that accident.
I have talk you more than 50 lawyers, and only Greg took the case.
When I was talking and explaining the situation to different lawyers, each of them were saying that they won't be able to work with it.

When I explained my situation to Mr Seyfi he asked me what I did? I told him I was a recording artist. He asked if I had any music available? After he heard a few tracks on Apple Music he told me to get out there and continue to make good music. And not to worry about this case because he was going to make it go away!
