I had a wrist injury and lost my job. I immediately looked for an attorney for guidance. Judd showed true concern while others only wanted to make appointment. He came to my home and explained what he and his team could do for me. His team (Stephanie and Patricia) are the most compassionate people answering any questions and responding immediately. Judd would always follow up with me. They were able to successfully ensure that I received the necessary surgeries and treatment. I had to go through a workman's comp case this past year and though it was a stressful decision and experience, Judd Koenig, and his coworkers at the law firm (Patricia F, and Stephanie Perez) helped take some of the load off my shoulders. Judd fought for my right to be able to take care of my future medical needs due to my back injury. Though I hope I never have to go through this kind of thing again, or an injury like this, I am glad I had Judd and his law firm on my side. He helped me get my life back, and though the quality of it isn't always where it used to be prior to the injury, the stress of medical bills and possible surgery in the future is somewhat less stressful and worrisome. I was one of the first employees hired at a large manufacturing company in my area. I worked 21 years without ever making any suit for some pretty bad injuries I had at work. Then I hurt my back one day lifting some parts when no one was there to help me. It was so bad I crawled to the office. After two weeks of being at home in bed and my last check cashed I had no income. The company kept telling me they sent my claim to thier insurance company. Months went by and our mortgage was way past due. The phone didnt stop ringing and I had to hide my truck from the repo man. My friend said to call Attorney Ms. Michele. I did and that day things started to get better. My Attorney filed cases and went to several hearings where I went to and told the Judge the story of my back injury. I could barely sit in the chair. The Judge said the company had made many mistakes in not giving me a doctor or money while I was waiting to see someone. He made an order and they had to pay me my back money and give me a doc. I needed surgery. Everything was fixed, we saved the house, still got the truck, my back is good again, still working the job. The insurance company dragged my case out trying to get me to settle for peanuts because I was going to lose my house and Truck and they knew we had gone through our savings while I was recovering.

When I got injured, I followed all the rules with WC. I had no idea what I was doing and was left like a mouse on a wheel. I hired Felicia and things started to happen immediately...no more wheels. I got in to see a specialist and got the help I needed. If I asked for something of my doctor asked for something it was handled immediately or Felicia was on it. I cannot recommend Felicia strongly enough if it weren't for her I would still be playing games with WC and getting no where.... Felicia thank you so much for everything you did for me!!!!

Although I haven't hired Mr. Stein, he has helped me with legal questions on Avvo. If I lived in south Florida, he would definately be my choice for representation. Marianne reviewed my Social Security Disability case and accepted; She worked with me from the beginning. Marianne provided us great confidence from the very beginning that our Social Security claim will be settled sooner rather than later. A few years ago I was involved in a car accident that resulted in some injuries. It was my first car accident and I was extremely scared, lost and confused on how to proceed. Marc was wonderful. Even when I wanted to give up. It took us almost 6 long years to get my case resolved, but Marc and Ken were great. They both kept me on track. Ken is Marc's assistant, and is good . If I hadn't of been with Marc then I probably would have settled for a pittance. If you are hurt at work and want someone who will fight for you, then Marc is the man for you. He cares, he really does, and now a days that's hard to find. An attorney who cares about his client , not just the money. We finally settled in Dec. of 08' to my delight and satisfaction.

Mr. Feifer turned my case around after one of the associates with his firm made me lose faith in the process. My wife and I have retained JASON ELLIS to represent us on two separate occasions. My wife was involved in an auto accident in which an out of town driver was at fault.
