Divorce isn't easy, but I came out of this experience feeling way better than I did because of the fact I had Mrs. Kathy Dupuy-Bruno as my lawyer. If you're looking to hire a lawyer who is dependable, smart, and understanding, she's the one to have by your side. From the beginning until the end, Mrs. Dupuy-Bruno and her staff were amazing. All my questions and concerns were addressed on time and I was given great counsel on how to improve my case, and incidentally my family's life too. Resources on how to cut cost were made readily available and she made it easy to submit paperwork. We had to go to trial and when those days came by, she was just as reliable. She was prompt and knowledgeable, which made me less nervous and in turn gave me confidence in the outcome of my case.
Overall, Mrs. Kathy was outstanding. A situation that could have been chaotic and very stressful, went smoothly because of Mrs. Dupuy-Bruno expertise and empathy.

I was going through the most difficult time of my life. I hired Kathy for a domestic violence case and I have to say she was well organized and prepared for my case. She walked me through every step and gave me great advice throughout the way. Then once that case was done, I hired her for my paternity case which took place in Miami because I couldn't do it without her. There were times I felt she wouldn't be aggressive enough with these Miami lawyers but she surprises you and she takes charge and she really knows her stuff. Mrs. Dupuy Bruno is an awesome attorney who goes far and beyond to prove her point in a case. In my situation, the father of my children was arguing against his child support increasing. In preparation for court, Mrs. Dupuy Bruno shared with me research that she had viewed that was similar to mine. From her going far and beyond, it allowed me to know that she cared about my case and that she was going to do all that she could. Not only that, but she continued to keep me posted. Whenever I called her office and she wasn’t available, she would always return my calls. There was never a time that I had to sit around and wait for a response, because she was always up front, honest, and did not procrastinate. I always felt comfortable and assured that things would get accomplished. Mrs. Dupuy Bruno’s knowledge and organizational skills are impeccable! From this, she was able to represent well in court! Money wasted. She was almost always late for court. Did the bare minimum with my kids father case. Had so much evidence showing he was innocent that she did not show the courts. Forced him to plead out to his case which got him 8 years in prison. Definitely wished we would have done more research before hiring her. The justice system is systemic and truly unfair.

Approximately 2 years ago I was involved in an automobile accident which left me with buldging discs. I was experiencing severe physical pain , especially in my lower back. I had to go through a workman's comp case this past year and though it was a stressful decision and experience, Judd Koenig, and his coworkers at the law firm (Patricia F, and Stephanie Perez) helped take some of the load off my shoulders. I was one of the first employees hired at a large manufacturing company in my area. I worked 21 years without ever making any suit for some pretty bad injuries I had at work. Then I hurt my back one day lifting some parts when no one was there to help me. It was so bad I crawled to the office. After two weeks of being at home in bed and my last check cashed I had no income. The company kept telling me they sent my claim to thier insurance company. Months went by and our mortgage was way past due. The phone didnt stop ringing and I had to hide my truck from the repo man. My friend said to call Attorney Ms. Michele. I did and that day things started to get better. My Attorney filed cases and went to several hearings where I went to and told the Judge the story of my back injury. I could barely sit in the chair. The Judge said the company had made many mistakes in not giving me a doctor or money while I was waiting to see someone. He made an order and they had to pay me my back money and give me a doc. I needed surgery. Everything was fixed, we saved the house, still got the truck, my back is good again, still working the job. Marianne provided us great confidence from the very beginning that our Social Security claim will be settled sooner rather than later. After being denied claims a couple of times prior, it was just what we needed at the time. We would have saved ourselves a lot of time, emotion and money had we went with her from the beginning. A few years ago I was involved in a car accident that resulted in some injuries. It was my first car accident and I was extremely scared, lost and confused on how to proceed. Marc was wonderful. Even when I wanted to give up. It took us almost 6 long years to get my case resolved, but Marc and Ken were great. They both kept me on track.
