Florida Bar Complaint in process. Stay far away from this place!!! You are the one that didn’t like the terms!!!!!!! You are supposed to listen to the client!!! But you are nothing but a failure! I mailed the Florida bar complaint today!!!!!! You didn’t do anything for $6500!!! You are a fraud and a scam!!!!!! You should be in jail. What you did, is called GRAND THEFT! Just in case you forgot the law.

Mr. Burns himself is a good lawyer. I am sorry to say that his paralegal when I first met her was very professional. She use to return my phone calls ‘at first’. I have kept up with when she has filed and everything that has went through the court from his firm. It takes for ever for her to file anything. I understand I am not the only person that his firm represents. I have called and called left messages, told they were giving to her and that she would call me back. She doesn’t return any of my calls. I have kept track on my calls incoming in from Mr. Burns firm. I have also kept every one that I have made. The case was settled on Tuesday December the 5th of 2023. Last week Monday January the 29th she told me that she was filing the paperwork as we speak. Since it is like pulling teeth to get her ‘never responding phone calls’ I drove once again today (Tuesday February the 6th 2024) 2hrs away to the court house to find out she has yet to file any paperwork. When I went to Mr. Burns firm ‘as I’m writing this’ the receptionist said she would not have driving that far. I told her I’ve tried calling but since they don’t answer my calls (it is the only way I can find anything out). I have went back and read reviews the only regrets I have is that I didn’t read them before I asked them to take my case. Maybe one day she will file my paperwork so I can recant my comments on the services that I received by Mr. Burns

Highly recommend! Mr. Burns is highly experienced, and knowledgeable. He and his staff were always professional and very courteous. Our questions were always answered, and we were always informed of what was happening within our case. So glad we choose him.
