The staff was very eager to help answer our questions and even Mr. Burns welcomed us into his office without an appt! He looked up info and made phone calls right there on the spot! Mr Burns is our new family attorney for any needs we have in the future....it even gets better yall he practices law in Florida and Alabama!!! Due to His longevity and honesty in the area he has a huge network.

Mr. Burns was there for our family when we needed help the most. I was facing a very serious situation (a felony charge), and with his knowledge and expertise, the situation was dismissed. Upon hiring Mr. Burns, he assured me that everything was going to be ok. He was diligent and vigilant in his representation of my case. When I had a preliminary hearing, he was able to have all of his motions acted upon. If I ever need representation in a legal matter again, I will make sure to contact Mr. Burns. Wish I could submit 0 stars. Do NOT use this person for anything in Baldwin County- especially family court. He essentially ghosted me for weeks, failed to file basic requirements (told me to do it myself), failed to represent me at all during first appearance, and then refused to return any of my retainer when I expressed dissatisfaction with his representation. Luckily I was able to retain competent counsel and win my case but not after losing thousands to this incompetent scammer. I am frequently asked for recommendations on family attorneys and my first advice is to stay away from this one.

Mr. Burns represented a freind of mine in a criminal case, for which, I was present. He thoroughly impressed me with his tenaciousness. He is knowledgeable of the law and can not be pushed around. I told him he was i a bulldog, because of his tenacity, but he shined like a rockstar. If I needed a lawyer, he would be the one I wanted to represent me, bc.without proper representation, we have no voice and without a voice, we have no rights!
