I searched the web for an attorney as I had no referrals. I deliberately wanted to choose an attorney that had experience in our area (real estate) and I also wanted a small firm so that I knew my work wouldn't be passed on to junior associates who would have to refresh themselves each time we needed to converse. We couldn't be more pleased with Daniel and his staff. Our experience with his knowledge and professionalism exceeded our expectations. He never told us 'what we wanted to hear' but kept us informed. We have worked with Daniel for over three years on our "case". We were not always sure what was happening but his periodic updates frankly were enough. The employees of the office of Marc H. Levy are incredible!
After hiring Mr. Levy as our attorney, he was very personable and friendly and always treated us with professionalism and respect. We also dealt with Lisa and she is a gift! The process of filing bankruptcy is fraught with uncertainty and fear. It’s difficult to know who to trust. After initially consulting with another bankruptcy attorney who told us our case was complex, we met with Marc Levy. We are very happy with the way he handled our case.
Several opportunities arose that allowed us to observe Marc's skills in advocating for his clients. At every turn, we were impressed with how he was able to negotiate based on our particular needs and circumstances. His interaction with us was insightful, professional, and productive. I feel very fortunate to have met Kokie through my son who asked the Senior Project Manager of the utility company which he worked for for a referral. The Project Manager had utilized Kokie's services for utility right-of-way negotiations.
I needed someone to complete my father's probate action that had stalled. It was a very complex probate that involved the sale of real property. When I first met with Kokie, she volunteered to pick up the case file from the previous attorney. Kokie immediately took charge of my father's estate and through her legal expertise and knowledge she reworked a complex and lengthy Purchase and Sale Agreement that led to the successful sale of the real estate. That was the "easy" part.
Next, she worked to create an equitable solution to the Asset Distribution process. Kokie communicated with each of my five siblings and proposed a TEDRA agreement that allowed some of the remaining real estate to remain with some of the family while the others received their share in monetary value. She then connected me with an outstanding CPA who worked out the dollars and cents and the capital gains issues of the distribution.
Oh, and also during this process, I hired Kokie to create our wills and Community Property Agreement. I then referred three of my sisters to Kokie to have their wills and directives drawn up as well. Kokie is a very sensitive woman that worked with compassion and professionalism in helping my sisters.
I could go on an on. I will say that if you only want an attorney to hold your hand, then don't hire Kokie. She is an aggressive, intuitive and knowledgeable lawyer who will take charge of your legal needs and work with diligence and efficiency in seeing them through to resolution.
In closing I would like to say that I have made a friend for life in Kokie and will most certainly call on her in the future for all of my legal needs.

My husband and I tried for 2 1/2 years to get a loan modification for our mortgage. We hired two previous law firms (who did nothing but take our money) before turning to Radow Law Group. They were able to get us a permanent loan modification in 4 months. I cannot praise this law firm enough. They go out of their way to get the job done. Extremely professional, constant communication, always answer your phone call/email. If you want the job done, hire Radow Law Group! They are the absolute best. Mr Lowrey was always respectful and kind when my 80 year-old mother and I came in for her trust, will and power of attorney documents. Frank and Rosie have been worth their weight in gold. From the first time I went to see him about 8 years ago until this moment. He talks straight, he tells you what you are facing, and he does his job far above and beyond the amount of monies you pay him. He has filed a chapter 13 for me, and most recently he assisted me in getting my home loan modified. My principal mortgage payment went from $1975.00 reduced to $725.00. Now as he told me there is no guarantee they would approve it, but Ill say this for Frank and Rosie.... if there is a way to do it they will find that path and walk you down it. I had my responsibilities as well to do my part such as when I was contacted to provide documents and information it was paramount to get that info to them ASAP. But, if you seek a attorney who will serve you well this is your stop. Call him or email him NOW!!!

My husband and I hired Jonathan after having a dispute with a contractor. This was the first time either one of us had ever hired a lawyer. My job was eliminated after 18 yrs. I was 1 of 3 over age 60 eliminated. Since there were new employees and less seniority employees , i felt i was let go unfairly with age discrimination.
