I had an unusual situation with my mortgage. Mr Weaver went out of his way to understand the issues and find a way to resolve them.
He went above and beyond in dealing with the mortgage company and their attorneys. He was supportive and kind to us. I never felt embarrassed or uncomfortable.

Tim Weaver did a superb job handling my legal problem. Very respectful of my situation and a great listener, he never over-promised me anything. He is reasonably priced and my outcome (once he laid out all the evidence for me) was much better than expected.
He did a great job explaining my situation and the options available. He even provided guidance on things I could do before we went to court that would ultimately be in my favor. He took advantage of every opportunity (no matter how small) that I truly believe eventually reduced the time and penalties I could've received.
Tim's staff also did an amazing job "behind-the scenes" as they were always available to take my questions, provide information, or pass along my concerns to Tim when he was out of the office.
Nobody wants to be in the position where they require an attorney. However, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Tim again if needed. He treats his clients like family members and never hesitates to go the extra mile for their benefit.

Recommended to anyone in debt over their head!! Emily is the best for many reasons. 1. She charges a flat rate. Many attorneys charge for a percent of the debt. In my case this would have costed me thousands more than what I paid Emily. 2 She is the most knowledgeable person I know and I've spoken to other attorneys who understand the rules but not as good as Emily. 3 she's gotten me much more than I can ever imagine on cases where I owed debt. Because of her knowledge of the law and rules against the way certain letters are worded, she has gotten me money on these cases. I would recommend Emily to anyone dealing with debt or financial hardship. She's amazing

I was selling my home FSBO and needed a lawyer to review the documents and help me with the title transfer. I live 3,000 miles from the property that I was attempting to sell and needed an attorney close to it so that the sellers could have the closing at the attorney’s office. In my search, I called about 22 attorneys that advertised themselves as real estate attorneys. I received a return call from two. Fortunately for me, Kerry Lee Prisock was the first, and, how glad I am that he was. After reading his online reviews, I decided he was my attorney of choice. Am I glad I did? He made the 3,000 miles seem like nothing. Most of the communication was electronic via email and text. I paid for his services via PayPal (how cool is that??). I was soon to find out that he is probably the most accommodating attorney when it comes to schedules. I’ve sent texts late and received responses when most would have turned off their phones. He was actually willing to have the closing on Memorial Day (go figure!!). When the buyers ran into trouble with the time for the closing, he rescheduled one of other clients so that they could meet with him based on their schedule.
But, this is what sets Mr. Prisock apart from all others. The transaction was complete, I had paid him and he had provided all services promised. So needless to say, I was surprised when, the next day, I received an email from him saying that the bank needed more information from me. I truly believe that if Mr. Prisock was the average attorney, he would have considered the transaction complete and I would never have received that email. The agreement had been met on both sides….there was nothing further to be done. But being who Mr. Prisock is, he went out of his way to make sure I received the information. Because I received it in a timely manner, I was able to ensure that the closing went through.
If you haven’t decided on an attorney to help you with your situation, please consider this one. From the bottom of my heart, I believe he will serve you well.

Kerry recently helped my husband and me with the purchase of our home. We had some major issues that we needed negotiated with the seller to be able to close on the home. We are from out of state, so we weren't familiar with any area attorneys. We called a few law offices, but Kerry seemed the most competent. We hired him without even meeting him and paid him via PayPal. He did everything he said he would and more to get us to the closing stage. He was always available via phone, email, or text. We are more than grateful that we were lucky enough to stumble upon him. We highly recommend Kerry without reservation for legal services!

Y’all I cannot speak highly enough of Sharon Easley and her team. We weren’t expecting this to go to the level it did. With my ex showing up pretty much last minute ( thought it wouldn’t be contested), Sharon worked diligently to pull out all the stops and work hard to protect my daughter. She took the other side off guard, having Information available that took this case to another level. She OWNED the courtroom and put the other side to shame. This woman has been changing lives for 25 years and I can see why. This might sound minimal. A simple name change. It was anything but. The complexity with a minor requesting a chance is not an easy feat. She went against the grain and spoke to my child who wanted to testify. This apparently is not common / allowed with these arguments. She had faith in my child and explained to the judge why she felt Kay would be able to articulate herself and the more than generous judge allowed for it. Again- not something typical at all. With Sharon’s confidence, intelligence and experience, she left the other side grasping at straws and visibly losing their composure. It was comparable to a cheetah taking down a baby gazelle. If you’re looking for someone willing to take unconventional chances to make changes in the standard family law outcome- call Sharon. She’s a beast and she wins. She’s willing to do what others won’t, to achieve what others don’t. I’m grateful for her, and she’s been a crucial part in teaching- and allowing my child to speak up against those who wrong her and giving her a rare opportunity to prove one should always act against what’s wrong. Allowing her to prevail in the end. We made changes today and it’s because she had faith in a Childs voice and took the leap of faith needed to offer my child a brighter future. Thank you Sharon. I've dealt with lawyers who really couldn't care less about supporting their clients and Sharon Easley is not one of them. You may not speak with her everyday but you can trust she is on your case. These things take time. Sharon is extremely knowledgeable in her field and will represent you fairly. Honesty is the best policy. If a client isn't upfront and is hiding stuff, you can bet they won't get a fair deal. I've hired Sharon to represent me and have every confidence that she will be the reason we walk away from our situation victorious. She's easy to speak with and very understanding. Sharon has given me the confidence to believe everything will be alright and I can relax.

I have know Ms Easley for 15 years and have utilized her services in business as well as domestic issues. Sharon is the most ethical and effective attorney of which I have ever been in contact. As a small business owner that sells to retail outlets, I have had several issues that required consultation and representation with her to include divorce cases from members of my family or friends. I recommend Sharon for any case in which she feels she is qualified. Most of the judges in this area know that when Sharon takes a case, especially where children are involved that she will not move forward unless it is in the best interest of the child. Therefore going into the courtroom that awareness is there. I have several friends that are either present or retired judges and to a person they respect Sharon and will be the first to admit that if a negative post appears regarding her it is probably from a client or lawyer that was at the opposing table in the courtroom. Her fees are very reasonable and results oriented.

Absolutely horrible money hungry attorney! Lazy doesn’t even begin to describe him, I urge everyone to file a complaint against him with bar! I will be suing him for not doing his job and requesting sanctions! I have never met such a greedy incompetent man. If you don’t take my word for it just call him… you’ll see I’m right!!! I read the previous reviews warning me, but because of a friend I went against my instincts. It was a complete waste of time. He sent such a vague demand letter the insurance was confused to why we would sue them. He didn’t include anything not even the police report or photos. I can’t wait to get him in front of judge!!! He’s uneducated, unintelligent, slow to respond, and can’t even articulate a demand letter correctly. Good lord I would hated to see him in court. He’s an embarrassment! Don’t give this man a penny

I had an issue with a collection agency. I was referred to Sam via Legal Aid because I actually had a case against the collection agency and didn't even know it! He helped me understand the complexities of my case, handled everything, made no decisions with my consent, and safeguarded me through the process. I felt protected. I went to an experienced bankuptcy lawyer in Traverse City who had his staff doing a great deal of the work and was told I could file chapter 13 and given a recommended payment plan for repaying my debts. It was impossible for me to make the payments. It was difficult to decide on consulting another lawyer and paying legal fees a second time but it was the best decision I ever made. Dean Sheldon is very factual and straightforward. I did qualify for chapter 7 and am now past the bankruptcy. It would have been devastating psychologically and financially to have agreed to the chapter 13 plan as it would have failed for me.Consulting with Dean for a second opinion and evaluation was a wise decision.

I recently went through the 341 meeting and was nervous like everyone else I meet with David and he answered my questions. I was early so I listened to several cases. Normally would not focus on listening but I noticed a few things that other cases with other lawyers that were not prepared at all and were missing documents and cases had to be continued. David and LeAnna and Megan had me prepared told me what to submit prior to the meeting and what to bring to the 34q meeting. I feel like David and Staff made me prepared for this meeting and I know feel very satisfied that I choose them for my bankruptcy.

Natasha is an amazing lawyer and all around great person. Natasha went above and beyond to help me. She was sincere, empathetic, knowledgeable and kind. She listened to our issues and actually cared about helping us find a solution. Many lawyers make you feel like you are not a priority, but that is not the case with Natasha. She does not make you feel rushed, nor does she judge you. She is upfront and honest, which is a rare quality in anyone these days. If something was beyond her scope or not her expertise, she was completely honest and told us immediately.
Natasha put the client first and does not want to waste their time or money. If there was something she thought we could do ourselves, she told us.
