When I was looking to quiet title on some property I owned I hunted around and got the run around from some other attorneys then I called Tim. He said right away he could help and I made glad I made the decision to go with Tim. Tim is very knowledgeable and explained the process very clearly for someone who has never used an attorney. We sat through a mediation together and was very impressed at his knowledge of case law and how best to proceed by explaining the pros and cons. I would highly recommend Tim.

Mr.Beets did an excellent job filing my divorce, gaining cival joint custody of my children and helping myou husband and I to gain sole custody of his children. He also help my son when he was in legal trouble getting it settled with no problems. The Custody battle was long and ugly and he stuck with us through it all, giving sound advice and working late to ensure we gained custody of our children. He has also worked to keep child suppprt going even though it has stopped a few time. He always goes right back to court for us to ensure our children are being provided for . He is fair and reasonable in the cost of his service as well. My husband now also used him to file bankruptcy and he did it in a timely manner and helped him get back on track. I am very thankful for his expertise. He is strategic in how he approaches every case. I highly would recommend him for anything legally you are struggling with. He will not bullshit you by telling you upfront if you have a case, if it's worth it and he will fight hard for you if he accepts your case.. We were in an accident in October. We got t-boned and our car was totaled. My wife had to take an ambulance it I was shaken up but still standing. We decided to use Gold medal injury and it was a great decision. They took care of us and stayed on top of everything insuring that we get taken care of and our check in a timely manner. We were impressed with everything. We received our check in about 6 months. I would recommend them to anyone I knew was in an accident.

I’ve known Michael now for 10 years and was impressed with his attention to detail and the way he knows the law better than most while knowing when to strike and when to wait for the bait. Michael is by far the best litigator I have met and that is why I hired him and to see the other side continually dig themselves out of holes Michael put them in and he continued to do this until they simply couldn’t or didn’t have a way to remedy their case or side. The law works in favor of those that do the right thing and stick to what is in writing and what is on a contract. Michael worked extremely hard on my case and countless hours were out in while putting together all the pieces and creating a story from a timeline that he created using a method that made sense. This story in fact, kept getting better and better the more we dug around. Michael is a brilliant attorney and because of him I won my case and my confidence back. Highly recommend.

Joe was great. When buying or selling a house the entire ordeal can get very stressful so its important to be working with someone who knows what they are doing. Joe is always available to answer questions, which is important because a lot arise especially for a new home buyer. He not only knows the realestate aspect of the business but also knows the legal side. Anything that my wife and I asked for he was very prompt and professional in time and response. It was also a great help to view houses and have his feed back and expertise. He was able to point out aspects of a house for need of repair, or things that were positive and unique to a property. Joe was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone that I know.

We hired Eleni Pantaridis after consulting with three other law firms. Eleni set an in person consultation with us at our request, convenience and a location that we requested. She was prompt, professional and very friendly at our first meeting. We explained the problem we were having with our mortgage company. They were saying we were late on payments as well as missing a payment. We showed Eleni all payments made through online banking from the inception of the mortgage to present. They are destroying our credit. We explained we have tried repeatedly for 90 days to get it resolved, and we were not successful. Eleni explained what needed be done, the steps she would take and gave us her hourly rate and we hired her immediately.
She immediately started to work for us. She has kept us informed every step of the way. We are still working on trying to resolve the matter without filing a lawsuit, but I am very confident that we will prevail with Eleni representing us. In the end, she got our bankruptcy to go through, against, seemingly all odds, so I am thankful for that. But between staff changes, zero communication and one of the most embarrassing and confusing time in front of the judge during the preliminary bankruptcy court proceedings (that wouldn't have been if she had just counseled us), we were about to lose our minds. She seems like a very self-absorbed rock star diva of the b-ruptcy biz here in LR. The more people I talked to in an attempt to get clarity or advice about her and how we were being treated, the more I heard the wonderful things about her, how she was the best, disbelief that we were unhappy with her. After a year and a half of submitting and re-submitting paperwork after paperwork, I think we actually only met her in person twice. Once again, I appreciate that in the end, she won our case for us and we have been relieved of our financial burdens since, but she could go a long long way towards improving her client and interpersonal skills. We have had no luck in getting any questions answered after the bankruptcy, either. Some issues have come up from time to time that we're not quite sure how to deal with and it has fallen on deaf ears from her ever moving office and staff.

We contacted a well known pool company to do a full renovation. It turned into a nightmare. Thousands of dollars for work so badly done a second renovation along with replacement of fixtures the company’s workers broke were needed after it was “finished “. I was rear ended while sitting at a stop sign and my car was totaled. I had no idea what to do being this was the first accident I had been in since I was a teen and I'm now 62. Having been involved in a motor vehicle accident, I knew that I needed an attorney. Unaware of the response it would yield, I went online, filled out an inquiry, and submitted it. It was a kind of pseudo- questionnaire requiring me to provide the details of my accident and a description of the injuries I’d sustained. My hope was to be contacted by a reputable counselor, one specializing in personal injury, the law of torts.
Expecting nothing in the way of quick results, I was surprised when I was suddenly inundated with calls from a host of attorneys, most of whom sounded like they were more interested in dollars and cents than they were about my welfare. Now, some may consider my attitude a bit persnickety, but I was completely turned off by the manner in which I was dealt with. After-all, I wanted someone to represent me who was just as interested in my welfare as they were about filling their coffers. At any rate, what I decided to do was plod a serendipitous course and look in the phone book to find a lawyer, one in close proximity to my home. Today, I’m grateful that I did, for in pursuing this course I crossed paths wit Chris Donlin, Esq, a lawyer who answers my calls, responds to my texts, and, perhaps most importantly, takes time to answer my questions.
I was impressed with Chris from the first, for as we talked via phone he spoke to me as if I really mattered; like he was concerned about the effects of my traumatic experience; an experience that left me hurting, both physically and mentally, and not a little bit confused. Then, too, once we’d met face-to-face, Chris exuded sincerity, emitted professionalism, manifested an uncanny grasp of personal injury law. It was these factors, among others, that indicated to me that in choosing Chris for my attorney I’d have a counselor who’d heard the clarion call for justice; the call for not only fairness and equity, but the summons for compassion, the demand for concern, the dictate for an in-depth knowledge of personal injurty law. Thus it is that I have no qualms about saying Chris Donlin is an attorney par excellence, one who has arisen at a time when mediocrity emerges with the frequency of the sun’s daily rising; a time when many, no longer walking in bright halls of integrity, now trudge through dark dungeons of greed. But having eschewed a mediocrity-laden, quick-buck mentality, Christ Dolin is a cut above the rest. In fact, he’s time and time again shown me that he intends to live out the promise he’s made to all of his clients: “. . . to relentlessly fight to help every client get back on his or her feet as quickly as possible and get the compensation they deserve”. While representing me, Chris has done not one iota less than that which he’s promised, and I don’t believe he ever will. I am quite impressed with Chris Donlin, as a legal scholar, a gentleman, and as a human being.
