David Baker for advice and was very pleased that he was able to answer my initial questions about boundary encroachment by email the same day and met with me at his office the following morning to answer the rest of my questions and discuss my options. I have used the services of Erik and his partner William on multiple occasions.

I hired Ellie Sweeney from the law offices of Michele Gibson in Encino to represent me in my divorce. She was recommended to me by a friend and I am very happy that I hired her. My Divorce turned out to be high conflict and was taken much further than it needed to go as we came to an agreement regarding the custody of our child early on in the proceedings. Jelisaveta is one of the most amazing attorney's I have ever met. I was going through a terrible 3 year divorce. All the other attorney's only cared about racking up more fees. Not settling. A friend of mine recommended Jelisaveta. She was there for me 100%. She tried her best to keep fees down. She is very compassionate, smart, and knows which angel to approach any situation. These women are kind "Pit Bulls with Lipstick". When we finally went to trial, I will never forget Jelisaveta words "I am worried about you, do not worry. I have your back". She most certainly did. I had the pleasure of consulting with David about a business litigation case where the landlord severely damaged my lease for no reason. The case is quite complicated with lots of factors involved and David always took his time whether on the phone or in person to give his honest overview of the situation and what roads can be taken. Rick Baum guided us through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and we felt supported every step of the way. Our first consult was a year before we actually filed; we thought we could "do it on our own" and when that effort was obviously not yielding substantial inroads into our debt, we went back and started the official process. I was so nervous (and ashamed!) about it all, but Rick was both candid and supportive. Over the five years of the "plan," he responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed his help. He also has a great sense of humor! My husband and I recently had some hardships and had to file for bankruptcy and foreclose on our home. Attorney Antonacci and his colleagues were there for us every step of the way. I have used Bob for unfortunately 2 lawsuits (1 an injury accident and 2nd and auto accident). Bob has always taken his time to explain and help me understand my given lawsuits. I reached out to this law firm from my Google search. A soft and friendly voice answered, it was attorney Edward Jurkiewicz. I nervously explained my financial situation to him and he patiently listened. Afterwards he gave me a general rundown of the process and requirements If I do decided to go with him. I wasn’t sure what to do or If I should continue to shop around for other assistance. During that conversation I felt comfortable with him so we agreed to meet in person to go over the details formally. Once we were done I agreed to take on his service. He introduced me to his paralegal Aralinde. She assisted with more of the paperwork and other documents I needed for the process. The worksheet they provided me was very thorough and had very comprehensive questions. I needed to list detailed information to complete my process. They were very thorough with the paperwork or the documents they needed do you start this process. Anytime I had a question I I ended up reaching out to them for answers. I get a really quick response, which is a great thing when when you need it immediately.
When time came to do the actual filing it was done as stated. I was scheduled a date for the trustees hearing. Unfortunately because of a current Coronavirus situation the hearing was rescheduled twice. I wanted it to be over with as soon as possible but I had no control over the current situation so I have to be patient and waited. Finally there was a set date for the hearing it was to be done via phone conferencing. I didn’t know what to expect from this set up but Edward was kind enough to inform me of how to proceed. Both Edward and Aralinde were there with me during the hearing. They both were there early and explained the rundown of the hearing. After the hearing Edward asked me if I had any questions and explained to me what to be expected.
Overall I had a really good experience with this law firm, Edward and Aralinde. They made this process for me very easy and painless. I truly recommend a service for anyone that is in the same type of situation I was in. Their service was very valuable to me. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for me. Highly recommended.

My experience with Ms. Tarafa was at first a difficult one as my case was being investigated and discovery and depositions were being scheduled. I was facing up to 15 years in Federal Prison. Ms. Tarafa's demeanor is that of a pitbull in a skirt when it comes to defending her clients, regardless of guilt. Her background having worked for the State Attorney serves as an excellent frame of reference in her negotiations. She's upfront with her clients, but also empathetic enough to get to know who she's dealing with. After negotiations with the State, Ms. Tarafa was able to assist me in a plea deal and sentencing that was favorable and was able to help me "avoid the worse case scenario."
If you find yourself in a tough legal situation, you want Ms. Tarafa on your side - she will give you all the facts and those are scary to hear most of the time, but she will also assist you in assuring that, as she told me after my first hearing, "will fight to get you the results that are best for your lifestyle." She certainly delivered, I'm writing this review from work and I can carry on with my life under community control, no tether, with reporting to a PO once a week which is certainly better than 15 years in Federal Prison that would've stripped me of a normal life.

I haven't had the best experience with lawyers in the past. But, Ms. Nina Tarafa had our complicated case and did beyond wonders for us with a huge victory. When I met her for the first time, I heard a knowledgeable professional with a logical course of action to successfully win the case. She is competent, highly skilled, understanding, compassionate, displays the highest ethics, and is aggressive in court when she has to be and she never gives up on the case. She keeps you informed, always makes herself available as soon as she is able to, even if it is just to see how you are doing, she shows you exactly the work and plan that she is going to be presenting for you in court. Ms. Nina Tarafa was a former Chief Prosecutor for Miami Dade County, so she really knows the strategies and tactics to use in your defense in court by already having the experience of being on both sides of the judicial system and court room. She is the only attorney from now on that my family and I will be going to for any legal matter. The best legal counsel can be the very difference between an acquittal or a conviction. I called Chas Abate late in the process in a deed-in-lieu where I was getting the run around from the mortgage company. What took me a year to get to a stale mate he quickly brought this to a final resolution. Not many attorneys would get involved this late in the process but he not only did but went to court the next day. Many thanks to Chas and I sleep much better at night thanks to him. I would highly recommend him and it was money well spent. I am a Senior Claims Manager for a roofing company. Mark was actually a client that I provided a roof for.
I had an ongoing Child Support issue. Once I found out he was a Lawyer I asked him for advice. At that time my legal issue weren't as serious. He gave me good advice free of charge. But a short time after, I was in a situation that took a nasty turn.
The Attorney General's Office had set my child support at a fair rate, I thought... I was told we would have to come back because the mother wanted legal advice... when we returned, what was originally agreed upon, dramatically changed... I was facing the Judge. Instead of the attorney who was just used as a negotiator the other times I went there... from what they were telling me, it was sounding like I was going to be paying possibly double to tripe what was originally agreed upon. This would have had me deep in debt and most likely ended me up in jail, as it truly wasn't fair legally to my actual income.
At this point I knew I needed a lawyer. Mark was the first person I thought of.
Mark has a great approach of trying to avoid the courtroom, if possible. Although we did have to go into the court house, Mark had turned all my anxiety into relief very quickly.
Days before my court date, with very little notice or much time for Mark to work with, outside of the courtroom, Mark was able to negotiate... First, with the Lead Attorney, at the Attorney General's Office, and then with the mother.
He not only negotiated a fair and reasonable child support for me, he negotiated it in a way that totally satisfied the mother as well.
Mark's price was fair too! He also has really worked with me on payment, because I was already in a pretty tough financial situation.
Mark provided me with much needed relief and total satisfaction! He also is a great guy and easy to work with, which is an added plus.
