I had been contacted by a debt collector so I was looking for "advice" online.
Found John he was even giving tips to "do it yourselfers" who are trying to fix and problem & save money too.
Then I got a letter from out of state - contacting me because they knew a suit had already been filed!
I knew nothing about the case!
I had typed out a form letter type response I'd found online.
Before I sent it I thought I'd call John's office. The call was free & what could it hurt. SO glad I did. There was no pressure, no hype just letting me know my options and what John could do for me. The debt wasn't huge but big enough that I didn't want to mess it up doing it on my own.
So I put John to work - absolutely nothing to lose.
Got notification yesterday - WE WON!
AND John's team is also already at work helping me with "other opportunities."
I have to include that John has a LARGE staff - very VERY quick to respond, friendly and eager to answer my questions.

Mr Watts initially contacted me by letter. I read the letter and thought it was too good to be true. You just don't read letters like this one, really, hardly ever. The letter was placed on my desk and not ignored but thought it was too good to be true. A second letter came and I read it again but this time thought if this man is going to take the time to reach out to me twice, by letter, I owe it to him to place a call.
From this point in the process forward it was simply, simple!! Next I was talking with two members of his team and before I knew it, matter was closed.
The matter was involving a debt collector though regardless of your issue at hand you should give this man a call and see if he can help you. I will use him, again and again. He can be trusted.

I was in need of a lawyer for a property case I went online to find a lawyer and chad’s website stood out the most being more professional than others and more explanatory so I gave Chad a call I was able to connect right away with him. I contacted Matt due to a mechanical issue with a new vehicle that I purchased from a domestic car manufacturer which qualified as a lemon. Matt was fantastic to work with. He was patient, professional, and communicated well - always contacting me to keep me in the loop along every step of the way. Every time Chris has been very efficient and successfully completed the tasks.
Chris takes the extra time to communicate and collaborate with me making sure I am
satisfied with his work.
One example is that I had an offer from an agency to purchase my timeshare that I no longer
wanted. The offer was presented very professionally and appeared to legitimate. Chris and
I collaborated together on investigating the agency. Chris spent considerable time and
research and was able to determine that the agency was not legitimate and was an elaborate
scam. This saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration had I done this alone.

I called the office of Attorney Anthony Ballato after searching for some who deals with knowledge of the Lemon law. Mr Ballato was extremely helpful, and personable. He spoke to me giving me his time and showing compassion.
He explained that due to the car being purchased out of state he would recommend an attorney in the state where the vehicle was purchased. He just happened to know an attorney in that state I mentioned then.. he sent a text message ahead while still on the phone with me sharing with this attorney my dilemma. I was amazed because many would and have said “sorry but I can’t help you” that’s out of my jurisdiction. Not Mr Ballato he wen the extra mile and I am so very grateful to him. I did speak with the recommended attorney. I highly recommend this law practice to anyone seeking an attorney in this area of need although his office also covers many other types of cases. I bought a Harley Davidson motorcycle that sadly turned out to be a lemon. Initially, I decided to handle the process of filing a lemon law claim on my own. However, once I received a response from Harley's attorneys, I quickly realized that I was in over my head. I found Anthony Ballato's firm through an online search. Despite my hearing being scheduled just a few weeks away, Anthony graciously agreed to review my case. The night of Nov. 14, 2022 was one of the darkest nights of our lives. A city water main had burst and destroyed our home – for the second time in two years. Fred Niemann and his staff were easy to deal with and saved us a huge amount of money. The first lawyer we went to insisted that my wife and I needed complex wills, involving the establishment of many trusts, adding thousands of dollars to the cost. He actually refused to do the simpler wills. So we went to our next choice, Hanlon, Niemann & Wright. Fred, hearing the same story from us as the first lawyer, gave us the same explanation of the risk of not using trusts. But Fred listened to our explanation of why we believed that we didn't need them. He agreed with us., and Hanlon Niemann put together the two wills and the power of attorney documents that were exactly what we both wanted, and for less than the first lawyer would have charged for the simple wills that we had originally asked for. If we ever need help from a law firm again, guess who we will call.

We had an unusual bankruptcy issue, and we felt as if we were doomed, in spite of the benefits of the Bankruptcy law which is intended to give debtors a fresh start.
It turned out that while our situation was complicated, it was not beyond James Michel's knowledge. Mr. Michel ran circles around the other attorneys on the case, and ended up securing a surprisingly beneficial settlement for us.

After consulting with Eric, in 2012, we hired him to handle my mother in law's estate. He implemented a trust and filed an application for a Veteran's Widow' pension, for financial assistance in her care. The application was approved and the additional money was a godsend in helping with the cost of her care. Anytime I had a question I would call the office and they were wonderful. I was never made to feel that my silly questions weren't important. Sadly, my mother in law passed away last year. A simple phone call to the office provided me with assistance in finalizing her estate. Because of the depth of his knowledge in estate planning all of her assets were protected. Last year, a company took unauthorized payments 4 days in a row I didn’t know what to do, who to talk to, or if that was even legal. I researched lawyers that deal with such problems and found this law firm. I was a bit skeptical to say the least, mainly due to the fact that I’ve never dealt with a lawyer before. All my fears and worry disappeared after the very first conversation. They walked me through the whole process, collected as much information as I could find, and kept in contact with me. Even after 4 months of no contact they still reached out to me to tell me they have been continuously working on my case and have came to a settlement. Best part was I didn’t have to be burdened with anything so it was no stress involved. Based on my previous legal cases, lawyers from law firms don't seem to do much other than draining my money. So I tried to hire an individual lawyer, yet every one of them I contacted wasn't sure if my case was a consumer protection case or something else and wasn't able to find anyone who's willing to take my case even though I was being accused of something I didn't do. At this point, I was mentally exhausted and stressed out about what I was facing and how nobody was even willing to help me. Until I happened to Google the phone number of the company that was accusing me just to contact the company myself again and somehow "Agruss Law Firm" was the first thing showed in the result and I briefly left a message on the website thinking it wouldn't work anyway. Unexpectedly, I've got a call from Erin who was friendly and passionate about helping me; once she checked out on some more information with me, an attorney Jim Parr took my case; since then everything has been resolved in the way I recommend this law firm to anyone.

Thanks to Mike Argruss and his team of speedy and expert service professionals, the collection agency calls stopped. I am very glad that I came across this agency, they were very professional and most of all able to assist me with my issue It is nice to know that there is help out there for the consumer who is being harassed and treated less than human. At first I did not think they could help me, I thought this was just another gimmick, but I was wrong. I am from Missouri the "show me state" and they definitely showed me that they are a legitimate agency that will deliver results. They DEFINITELY stand behind their word. Not many times these days do we find our expectations exceeded! Venar Ayar is the exception! He is a wise, confident attorney...smart, responsive and a good listener. As we shopped for the right legal partner everyone wanted to "sell us"...not Mr. Ayar! We contacted him because our current tax service did not meet our expectations. He recommended that we not walk away. Instead he told us how to move forward and not spend extra money! He didn't want us to increase our legal expenses. Imagine we were ready to hire him but he was looking out for us. He provided us with good counsel, insight and advice but refused to take money for his service. He said the first visit is a free consultation. He gave us the advice we needed and it cost nothing! I have needed to get legal advice to navigate dealing the the IRS three times. I have talked to other attorneys but each time I relied with confidence on Venar Ayar. Not only was I successful in dealing with the IRS every time, the last two times I was not charged for the legal advice. Instead, I was advised that I could easily execute the remedy without paying them, the steps were throughly explained and I was encouraged to simply do it myself. I did and it went exactly according to their advice. Mr. Ayar’s associate Wendy even said if you have any questions just call and I will guide you. I showed up to their office with my check book ready and willing to pay them to just do it for me. But they are very honest and do not take peoples money like many of the other “tax relief” companies advertised. I was in a pickle with the IRS and I was scared. I heard a comercial about Optima Tax Relief and I had called them first. After an hour long phone consult they were going to take care of the situation for $4000 which I needed to pay UP FRONT over the phone so that they could assign me to one of their attorneys. I hesitated. It was all remote, nothing local.
Then I heard a radio ad for Ayar Law and they were local so I felt better about that and called them. At least I could see them face to face when handing over $4000. But as I explained above, I PLEASANTLY learned that I had avoided a scam. I was kindly advised to keep my $4000 because I could easily do it myself, I was offered support if I needed it and it worked out perfectly - I prevailed.
I really can’t say enough about how important it is to KNOW FOR CERTAIN that your attorney is an honest person who truly has your BEST INTERESTS in mind. But I can say that about Venar Ayar and the team at Ayar Law with all confidence. As I have said, I have, unfortunately on my part, needed to call on them three times over a seven year period and I have only paid once and then it was only a few hundred dollars and I have always come out on top in my tax dealings. And though Ayar Law is a business relationship it has the feel of friendship. You won’t find a better legal counselor.

I would recommend Frank Papa for your legal needs. I had filed my chapter 13 bankruptcy with him and once I had completed my bankruptcy my mortgage company tried to add some pre-bankruptcy fees to my account. I tried to handle it myself but was not getting anywhere with the company. I contacted Frank who handled my case and he went right to work settling this matter.
