Mr. Hammons represented me in my legal suit against a contractor who terminated work on an existing contract without any notification. The contractor was pre-paid for the majority of the contract and had completed only a portion of the work. The law suit was against the contractor's bond to recover pre-paid expenses for unfinished work and the expenses to repair the unfinished work that was damaging the property.
Mr. Hammons was very professional and personable to work with. He also was very efficient in preparing the legal documents to expedite closure of the case.

I had an old judgment from 2011 pop up recently for student loans all the way from 2006. I was being garnished for loans that as far as I could tell were cancelled. I emailed Brian out of no where with my random facts, my story and so on. Brian was more than kind enough to work with me via email to give me an idea of how to start fighting this. I eventually made the decision to hire him and it was the smartest decision I have ever made. Brian quickly ascertained the facts of this case, what was happening and laid out, in plain text what was going on. It instantly assuaged any anxiety/fears I had regarding this issue. When he says he will go to work for you, he will. From day one he started applying pressure and within 2 weeks of hiring the entire issue was dismissed. Brian is a 100% genuine guy that will tell you like it is and will do everything he can to get you the result you want.

Attorney Parker did an outstanding job resolving my issues. I was very nervous about the proceedings but Mr. Parker was able to demystify the process. He is quite knowledgeable on the finer points of the law and was able to use his extensive knowledge to advocate on my behalf. He communicated very clearly with me and was transparent. I had a concern about a credit card issue that a judgement for it was issued that was never brought to our attention. I google subject to find out options and came across Greg's info. I sent an email to him asking for advise. Not only did he give advise but took it upon himself to investigate further and was able to come up with a solution. He did this on his own time and did not accept compensation. What attorneys today do that? Speaks volumes.

I sent a request to Mr. Artim over a weekend and he actually emailed me back!! I have never had a lawyer contact me on a weekend when they are supposed to be enjoying their time off. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the specific company I had an issue with and was able to resolve my problem within 10 days. I cannot stress that if you have any issues with a debt collector whether it’s your debt or not yours Mr. Artim is the go to guy. If I ever have an issue again he will be the first person I contact. Hello,
My name is Michele Calp. I am the Power of Attorney for my sister who is in a nursing home. My niece and I were in the terrible position of having to find a nursing home for my sister who has dementia. We were not in the position to pay privately for her nursing care, which meant we we would have to apply for Medicaid. We attended a seminar on Elder Care Planning that Bellomo was holding. We set up a meeting and from that point decided to have them work with us. And we are glad we did. The work that is involved in getting the paper work together to apply is daunting. Sammy Kim, Tax Attorney & here legal assistant, Anna, were extremely responsive, knowledgeable and were able to walk me through a complex set of Tax, bank and even work-related issues. Everything was done rapidly and thoroughly to resolution.
I don’t spend a lot of time writing reviews, but I felt compelled in this situation. I had no idea how complex my case was going to be. Sammy Kim took the time to understand the details, laid out a plan and did a great job helping make sure I navigated through complex legal and financial challenges. Her office’s Korean knowledge helped me with issues that had potential US and Korean tax implications.
Not only did they help me with the case, but Sammy and Anna also took the time to help me with advice in areas that went beyond the immediate case to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. Couple months ago I got into an at fault accident; rear ended a car. There were no injuries and no major damages to the second car, but I got a speeding ticket, that could increase my insurance rates significantly. I have contacted Andrew and explained my situation; it was easy to talk with him, and got clear answers to all my questions. After consultation (it was free), Andrew took care of my ticket. I was at a loss when I was served papers by a debt buyer claiming I had opened a credit account and wasn't paying on it. I felt extremely embarrassed and taken advantage of as this claim was severely affecting my credit. Finding Patrick was the best thing I could have done for myself. He took the time to listen to everything I said, asked questions without judgement, and created a case for me against this debt buyer that I was deathly afraid I didn't have a chance at winning. Not only did he get the case dismissed but I was awarded attorney's fees, something I really didn't believe we had a chance with and is what I believe to be quite rare. It is very true what they say about bankruptcy.....SCARY...and nerve racking. One local attorney declined to help, quoting the "complexity" of my situation. Another attorney was asking for an unreasonable fee and was not very friendly. A quick internet search lead me to Erin's practice and was impressed right away. Erin has a very confident and reassuring demeanor and I was so very relieved to have found her. Her rate is also very reasonable. Erin and her staff David are extremely prompt and reliable. They are both very easy to contact and again, very prompt. Lastly, I cannot say enough about how caring and detailed both Erin and David were with my case. We had a potentially devastating issue but Erin was very instrumental with ensuring that the outcome was favorable and positive; the Trustee during the creditor's meeting did not even bring up the matter, she's that good. We had a Lemon of a travel trailer purchased brand new. When we discovered that the heater had never been installed and could not be properly repaired by the dealer we hired Lemon Law. I bought a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 and after a few months noticed it kept leaking oil out the bottom of the engine. After a couple failed attempts at the dealership to fix the problem I knew I had a problem. I googled lemon law and I came upon Lemon Law Pro. They had the highest stars and and I didn’t know anything about lemon law so I gave them a call.
They were so professional and straight forward about what the process looked like. They were able to completely resolve my issue and I was able to return the truck and and be properly reimbursed. They have the most polite staff and truly felt like they empathized with my situation and fought hard on my behalf to correct the issue. I strongly recommend, and have to friends, their expertise. At no point did I feel like I was dealing with just an attorney who wants to rush the process but rather a friend who was there ti help me. They deserve 10 stars but Google only has 5. Our son was arrested by the Atlanta PD one evening in August 2019. I got a call at home at 1 am from the University Dean telling me he was in the Fulton County jail and had been charged with a felony. My son's entire future, reputation and education was at stake and we had no details of the events that led up to his arrest. After searching online for the best defense attorney I could find, I contacted Mr Weintraub at 7 am the following morning and he immediately went into action. He was able to get my son released the following day on a signature bond so that he would not miss any more classes. Over the next several weeks, Mr Weintraub and his fantastic private investigator gathered exculpatory evidence, interviewed witnesses and expertly navigated the case through the court system. Before the end of the year he was able to have the case entirely dismissed. After hiring a different lawyer in February 2018 that was diligently working on my case, we ended up pairing with John about 9months into the case. John was diligent, informative and took a real interest in my case. We spoke about my options and listened to my requests. John worked throughout the weekend before my probable cause hearing to find holes in the officers story. I was facing prison time as it would have been my 3rd DWI. John saved my life and my job! I have a habit of getting huge speeding tickets. I got yet another one and this was MAJOR! I was going to lose my license, my job, and I was going to have to pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars in driver responsibility fees along with the fires and surcharge on the ticket as well as all of the points on my license.

We cant explain how good this process was, bought a new truck and the issue with it was huge. I hired Dr. Jones during an ugly custody battle. As a father, I felt my concerns/points were not being taken seriously by the courts and my ex wife was playing the abused wife victim card even though the mental/physical abuse was actually done to me. Dr. Jones worked 24/7 on my case and was available to me 100% of the time. He basically held my hand and walked me through every step of the process. He brought in things our prior attorney (who had told me I would only get standard possession if courts believed me). Dan has proven to be a thorough attorney that leaves no stone unturned.
Was always available and quick to respond to texts and emails.
The only thing lacking was face to face consultation in his office. Other than that, Dan was quick to respond when we had a question.
