KENSTAR Credit Service is truly outstanding. I have been trying for weeks to do a Chex system fix and get rid of 2 bad accounts on my credit report. So I contacted him from a credit blog, he was able to get that done deleting all tradeline off my reports. He did same on my second account, also cleared off my mortgage and increased my credit score to 762. His service is completely Excellent. I sincerely recommend him

At the point I urgently needed a dental procedure that needed to be done for $2500 it was impossible to get approved for a big enough limit credit card to cover the cost of the dental procedure because of my outstanding debts, derogation marks inquiries and collections. Months ago I was scammed by some rip-offs after my father’s death, they promised to fix my credit score. I told them my entire financial situation and they promised to help me ASAP and I trusted them. They asked me to make an upfront payment of $2000 which I did. Nordic Star helped my family and I to keep our home. They were very professional and always available. Jim , is a good lawyer very knowledgeable however we found it troublesome that we had to send requested paperwork on numerous occasions and having to call and check to ask why haven't you called to go over the paperwork in the case.We were told he didn't remember receiving it and please send again which happen on more then 1 occasion.As well it seemed he had no desire to fight for anything else but what was offered but excepted the easy way out ,Although he was very sympathetic and seemed caring we felt he had loss his fight that we were told he had over the many years he was know for at.his law practice. The case worked out ,however it wasn't an easy road having to constantly call and check in to discuss what he said was important details needed to be worked on for our case. Then to be told its not needed Each call seemed to be like the first starting from scratch each time . Very nice man , again extremely knowledgeable , caring. Perhaps some cases over so many years arent worth fighting for anymore .

I retained Jim Druker in February of 2018 to help resolve a tax problem I had stemming to events from 2010. I had been referred to him through another contact on LinkedIn. When I first got in touch with him I was frantic; and honestly remained frantic for the next 3 years but he never wavered in trying to keep me calm. Jim patiently and empathetically responded to my inquiries (though he was likely cursing me when he hung up the phone or responded to my longwinded emails). Jim was not warm and fuzzy but always optimistic that the issues would somehow get resolved. He truly never wavered on his resolve to help me get the issues I had settled in the best possible way. He didn't hold me hostage to invoices or finances but rather stayed true to his word when he was first engaged. Lesser men would have ignored my calls and my frantic emails, Jim did not. I will never in a lifetime be able to fully repay Jim for everything he did for me and for my family. I can only hope that this review provides some level of adequate thanks for his years of filing and re-filing. In the end, he kept his promise. And again, a lesser man might have given up (or gotten fed up with me). I would recommend Jim in a heartbeat. I trusted him with my life. And while I hope never, ever to speak to him about my personal finances again, if I were nearby, I would not hesitate to ask him for dinner. You simply cannot ask for a better person or attorney for legal representation of any kind, no less taxes or fraud.

I regret ever hiring Soleymani Law Firm to represent me in my family law case. At the time, I was new to the legal system and trusted their promises that they would fight for me and my son. Unfortunately, their actions did not align with their words.
My initial consultation with Deborah Soleymani was full of assurances about how her firm would stand by me. However, once they took my $10,000 retainer, their level of service completely changed. The attorney assigned to my case, Emily Hetu, was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and did not advocate for my son or me in any meaningful way. The worst part? She did not even show up for a crucial hearing. Instead, they sent a substitute attorney without any notice, leaving me completely unprepared and vulnerable in court. This attorney had no background on my case, did not defend me, and ultimately, because of their incompetence, I lost in court.
On top of their negligence, they managed to burn through my entire retainer in less than two months while doing minimal work. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim I still owed them money for a single hearing that cost me $10,000—an outrageous and unjustifiable fee for the lack of service provided.
This law firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic ethics. They do not fight for their clients; instead, they take advantage of people who are already in vulnerable legal situations. If you’re considering hiring them—DON’T. I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my time and money on them.
There are far better family law attorneys out there who actually care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Soleymani Law Firm.

Christin is representing me in a very tough battle with the IRS.
The IRS had a whole list of accusations against me, going back 10 years, and targeting me for every one of those years.
They were taking the most extreme and severe actions against me, possible, when I hired Christin.
Christin has successfully kept ANY bad things from happening to me, while eliminating things from the IRS list of things against me, along the way. Christin and her strategies successfully defeated almost the entire list for every year, so far. She is still working on the last one, and has adapted, all along the way, to make sure nothing bad happens to me, even though my situation is constantly changing. My situation changing occasionally causes her to change her strategies, to insure the best outcome, for me.
Her strategies have been adaptive, and hedging, and based on her extensive experience and expertise.
She knows how to "play the game" (as the saying goes), while always seeking the best possible outcome for her client.
Christin is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very sharp!
Her law office works diligently, and frequently "burns the midnight oil" to make sure absolutely nothing is overlooked, or neglected.
I did a great deal of research (due diligence), and communicated with many lawyers, and explored all my options, before hiring Christin. Based on my experience with Christin, and her firm, I am extremely pleased I hired her to represent me, and NOT one of the others.

Got hit by a drunk driver. I think God kept me from dying. While in the emergency room I instinctively asked my wife to call a lawyer. She contacted Andrew the next day.
I was in the hospital about two weeks and after that out of work a good bit.
My health insurance paid the bills, but they kindly told me that they expected to be paid back by the auto insurance and I was glad that Andrew was able to take care of that for me. About a year after the accident Andrew presented me with a rather large check, which made me quite happy.
If this kind of thing happens to you the most important thing to do is always get medical treatment and always follow the doctor’s instructions. Keep track of all the money and time you spend getting medical treatment and let Andrew know how you feel.

When we first bought the 2015 Nissan Murano , we thought this was our last car . Unfortunately we started having trouble with the Forward Collission Avoidance System , which defeated the Cruise Control . After many , many attempts to have this repaired , we contacted O'Connor Law Group . We had experience with them on a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe , which we used the Lemon Law to return it . O'Connor Law Group advised us on what to do with the Hyundai and said if they gave us trouble , then call them and they would take our case . This was not the case with Nissan . They had us going in circles and did everything they could to deter us in our endeavors . O'Connor Law Group took over and we worked with them dilligently . After many hurdles we perservered and won our case . David and his team are the best , getting us every dollar due . I can't thank them enough for their hard work . Mark O'Connor and his team handled a very difficult case for me. I asked Toyota twice to take my 2018 Highlander back under the Lemon Law. It was declined twice. Even though there wasn't much precedent regarding my issues, Mark and his team went to work. They found all sorts of technical history to support my case. The night of Nov. 14, 2022 was one of the darkest nights of our lives. A city water main had burst and destroyed our home – for the second time in two years. We had lost everything, twice, and were surviving second by second, minute by minute, wondering how we were going to pick up the pieces and move forward.

I came to Mr. Kaleel after losing an BBB arbitration case against Ford for our brand new F150 King Ranch truck. I had the truck in the shop multiple times and finally filed for the Lemon Law and followed all the appropriate steps to take the vehicle to the BBB arbitration for a repurchase. Even though the problem with the vehicle continued to exist, the arbitrator failed to award the repurchase. I rejected the decision and started looking for representation. I called many law offices and most everyone wanted to pursue Ford with a warranty claim. Mr. Kaleel was the only one I found willing to pursue the claim to arbitration under the Lemon Law.
I hired him and he took the time to go over all the accumulated documents up to that point, and he was extremely helpful and thorough as he gathered the necessary information to win the case. He could not believe that the arbitrator from the BBB did not award the buyback and was confident that we would get the repurchase from the Attorney General Arbitration Board.
He soon drafted a letter to Ford and the Attorney General Lemon Law office with the intent to move forward with the arbitration. We immediately got a response from Ford that they would repurchase our vehicle! After a few weeks of dealing with Ford's counsel, which we found very difficult, Mr. Kaleel was able to negotiate an amazing deal that we were very happy with. Ford, although they didn't have to, payed most of the Attorney's fees as well!
Although I wish I could have avoided the entire Lemon Law experience, I would not hire anyone else to go up against a giant company like Ford. Mr. Kaleel did an excellent job and it was an outstanding win! I highly recommend his services if you are in a similar situation.

I contacted Michelle several months ago with an inquiry regarding my possible lemon. I approached Michelle because her website was extremely clear on what a lemon was, how she serves her community, wonderful ratings, and how easy it was to email her through her website. Non fake review. I also have paperwork I can load with pictures that I was a client if this were to get denied. I should have placed this review long time ago. They dropped the ball on my case I paid a lot of money for them to only lose the evidence on court day. They simply said there’s nothing we can do. In his video he explains how he likes to get people and court while there defenses are low. That is an accurate description of how they act when they can’t/ couldn’t win against the court. they take the same approach to their customers after that. If they’re willing to fix this problem without additional cost to myself I’d be glad to change the review.

I was recently involved in a very challenging legal matter that I was told was essentially unwinnable by several trusted confidants. I turned to the Osborn Machler firm based on their reputation with difficult and complex cases, and Austin Neff was assigned as the lead attorney in my case.
From the beginning, Mr. Neff and his colleagues concurred that my case was indeed an uphill battle. But Austin immediately began to outline a legal strategy he calculated would maximize our chances of success. What stood out initially to me was his ability to explain complex legal terms and processes in a way that I could easily understand, which helped alleviate much of my anxiety—which, I admit, was through the roof.
As someone with very little exposure to the legal system, much of the strategy Austin constructed seemed almost counterintuitive to me at first. But he was very patient in explaining the reasoning for his approach at every step of the way, as I peppered him with endless layman’s questions about the law. By the time we were ready for the hearing, I almost felt like I had a couple semesters of law school under my belt.
I realize that all attorneys have multiple cases they are working on at any given moment. And I realize that they simply cannot be as emotionally involved in each of their cases as their clients are, of course. But I’ll have to admit that my level of optimism went up a notch or two when Austin looked up from a response he was reading from opposing counsel and paused and stated, “I’m starting to take this personally.”
The hearing itself was the first time I had seen Austin Neff in action in the courtroom. For moral support, the founding partner of the firm, Sim Osborn, was also at the defense table—I felt like I had a whole team behind me. Austin’s presentation of our side of the case was impressive. His arguments were incredibly articulate, nuanced, well-crafted, incisive, and on point. It was a master class in legal exposition, and even to me as a layman it was clear that he had shifted the law and the facts to our side.
Thanks to Austin Neff's hard work and tenacity, we achieved a clear, convincing, and completely favorable outcome that day. I didn’t think it was possible--I remember thinking when the judge rendered her decision, “Wait, what? We won??” The result has had a profound impact on my life, and I cannot thank Austin and the Osborn Machler firm enough for their support and expertise.
