Mark has been excellent representing me and my wife on our fire victim claim that ravaged our home and lives from the "Camp Fire" disaster. We actually had other lawyers, firms, before finding Mark who personally works our ongoing fire victims claim. We stayed with Mark, and his firm, because he cares and follows through, stays in touch, listens, gets things done with great results after others had done nothing in comparison. The great thing about Mark is how he always finds time, he as well as his delegating to his staff, to reply to our emails and calls when we seek feedback or advice on our claim. So many lawyers just cut off all communication and let your case solve itself, even doing so without care for larger social issues that impact their case. Compared to several good lawyers and firms we have dealt with throughout life we put Mark in the top 2 %, if not the very top lawyer, especially when considering the nature of our claim, how devastating our losses were, his understanding of that and how to legally represent us to keep our winning case moving forward. The fire victims still have some way to go till the whole matter is finalized, and that takes real endurance and dedication on the part of any attorney. So, we are thankful to have Mark there for us to see everything through to the best end possible. Men like Mark, and his firm, his partners and staff, see the larger social picture that others don't fully consider. In that sense Mark goes above and beyond the call. Not too long ago, some of the businesses in my community had barriers in their facilities which excluded people, like myself, with disabilities (mobility impairments) from accessing goods and services.
After contacting, consulting, and hiring Mark, positive results soon followed: those shameful barriers of exclusion, which had existed for years, came tumbling down as they were removed by the business owners.
Thanks to the many ADA betterments, which were executed as a direct result of the settlements negotiated by Mark, I am able to live more independently and to participate more actively in my community. My family and I now have more location options where we can shop or get services in an accessible manner. I feel, thanks to Mark and his Team, that I, never again, have to put up with being excluded from everyday activities, such as shopping at a corner store, going to a neighborhood restaurant or movie with family and friends, or using the swimming pool at a hotel on our family vacation. In my community, the action taken by Mark and his Team has truly resulted in a reduction of discrimination against people with disabilities and has opened doors for full participation in all aspects of everyday life for me and my family.

Did you hear the one about the lawyer that you can actually like? I didn't think so. Well, probably because you have not heard of Mark Potter and his incredible team. Lots of lawyers claim to be fighting for you, but most all of them are just fighting to get some extra padding in their wallet. Mark, being an ADA lawyer is out to fight the good fight with his clients in making an ignorant and inaccessible world more aware and accessible. Sure, the Americans With Disabilities Act was written with the intention of making America accessible for all, but the follow through and observance of the stipulations have been slow, if not completely lacking. Yes, the Department of Justice has a wing set up to handle complaints about entities, but they are so overburdened and understaffed they fail miserably. I have tried going the “civil” and more conservative route of utilizing the Departments complaint process, but to no avail. I had even been told by a representative that I may want to contact a lawyer, because the way the law was set up, real change will only happen with legal action. This is where Mark and his team come in because they know the law backwards and forwards and keep up with all the new changes and precedent setting cases so that your case case receives the most thorough research to obtain the best result, for you and everyone else who needs to access the entity. Mark and his office are extremely responsive, and I almost always receive an immediate if not instant response to any of my inquiries. Because of his expert knowledge, every detail is pored over so your case gets the maximum and most thorough resolution. I met with Fran Campbell and Nima Farahani this afternoon for legal guidance on a judgment filed by my former landlord. Fran and Nima quickly determined the unlawful detainer was invalid for improper service and thoroughly explained potential next steps. They were very candid about the cost of litigation potentially exceeding the amount of the judgment, and I was so surprised when Fran offered to make a phone call right on the spot to the landlords attorney to help me resolve this nightmare. I ended up with a clear strategy which would have never been possible without their expertise. Most importantly, it was very obvious that these two individuals really care about helping tenants who have been unfairly victimized by unscrupulous landlords. Stephen took my case when other attorneys refused. It was a case against a highly political entity in Mississippi who have many, many attorneys on “outside” retainers. This prevents them from representing a person bringing suit against the entity.
Stephen had no qualms about taking my case. I must say he fought a great fight for me and we did claim victory in my case, although the specific details can’t be discussed.
I highly recommend Stephen Stamboulieh as an attorney should anyone need representation. In my opinion, he is the ABSOLUTE BEST attorney you could hire to represent your interests!

When we were looking for a lawyer to represent us against a copyright troll in CA, I was at first hesitant to contact Billy as he was in Chicago. So I called a few others first and Billy last. Billy was by far the most reasonable and knowledgeable about the industry. He did a superb job at getting a settlement that we could live with. He spent quite a bit of time going back and forth with the troll and us. I believe he does this work out of principle as he surely spent far more time than the fee we paid him.
When we called Billy, we were feeling afraid, tense, and extremely nervous. Within minutes, Billy made us feel secure and relaxed because we knew he would be protecting us from that point on. I was extremely fortunate to have found Ben Kailin and Firm Equity after being named in a Malibu Media Lawsuit. After contacting a few other law firms, I felt Ben seemed to really understand how to deal with Malibu Media. He took on my case and was able to negotiate a settlement I could live with. The initial offer from the plaintiff was way more than I could afford to pay. It took him several weeks of back and forth negotiating before he was able to bring the settlement amount down to an acceptable level. I’m not sure the modest fee he charged even covered the time he spent on my case. He is truly the friendliest yet fiercest lawyer around. I am not quite sure where to begin...I had originally hired a previous lawyer to represent me for my divorce (which started in 2019). The previous lawyer did not seem to be doing much work on my case nor did did I feel heard when I explained my case to them. I ended up asking them to withdraw as my lawyer after about 8 months because I knew they weren't going to fight for me.
I then started the process of finding a new lawyer and quite a few lawyers were not even willing to take my case because litigation had already started.
I felt very lost, but then I got referred to Linda Watson from 3 different people. I had my phone consult with her (at this point covid was in full swing) and I knew this woman was going to fight for me.
Let me make this clear, you're money will not go to waste at Watson Law! You will see the work for what you pay for! Linda and her team will go above and beyond for you! Make sure you communicate with them and tell them everything!
Linda is such a good hearted person. She doesn't sugarcoat things and is very real and upfront with you!
Never in a million years did I think after hiring Linda I would grow so close to her and her staff!! As crappy as having to go through the divorce process was, Linda and her team made it somewhat enjoyable! I felt heard, supported and validated from Linda and her team!
Oh and in the end, Watson Law won my case!!! It took 5+ trials/days in court. It is very important for YOU the client to make sure you educate yourself with your story/side of things and come prepared as well. Linda is so incredible in court. She FIGHTS for you. I did a lot of research and contacted several attorneys before I decided to meet with James Phillips. He was even recommended by some of the other attorneys I talked to. He demonstrated a very good understanding and proficiency with my situation and assured me that he would do whatever it took to obtain the best results possible. I am 60 yrs old and This is my first review EVER! But this guy deserves it so here goes Don't even think about it ,just hire him!! This is the guy everyone wants!! I"m from New Jersey and I got a speeding ticket in November 2018, 95MPH in a 65MPH zone ( automatic loss of license)coming back from his wedding,they gave me a court date 4 months later,which I missed .I Got a warrant ,contempt of court, Loss my NC DL priviledges ,loss of NJ DL priviledges, $300.00 fine and still had the ticket! With one phone call to jane and such a super reasonable fee within 1 week Brian got everything dropped all suspensions reversed warrants vacated,fines dropped and original ticket reduced to 74 in a 65 and a minimal fine! He saved me MORE money than I pd him.And I never met him and he fought like a tiger, him and Jane treated me like family the whole time! I tried to tip him and the staff but he refused, So this will be my first and last review ever, my words to the world is "5 stars isn't high enough" for Brian cloninger just hire him don't hesitate

At first I was very worried that there was no hope for my case or situation. I came in for a consultation and Sam listened to me and gave it to me straight. This is exactly what I needed. To understand what I wanted to accomplish and how I may need to compromise. He gave me alternative situations and advised me that I may not get exactly what I was looking for because of my situation. I was threatened by a company over a negative YouTube video I made to expose some shady business practices. Marc reviewed my case and was immediately on-board to defend me and stand up against this hostile company. Marc's motivation stemmed from his aggressive support of the First Amendment.
