atrick is an amazing attorney. He took on my husbands case. He managed to get a 20 year sentence down to really no jail time at all. He fought for us when no one else would. I am a local San Diego civil attorney and I strongly recommend Peter Mesich as your attorney to handle any criminal or civil matters. He has personally represented my family members and friends over the past year - each receiving either an early dismissal, not guilty result or a very favorable resolution. He is the lawyer's lawyer and the guy a lawyer like myself turns to when friends or family are in need of representation.
He works very hard on his cases and he "runs out the groundballs." In a recent case he handled for me just last month, he contacted the police, county witnesses, experts and all witnesses even before the first Court hearing. He was thus more prepared than the seasoned prosecutor at the very first hearing!

Peter was an absolute life saver to me. I had not dealt with DUI issues before, so when this all began, I knew I needed a good attorney. I originally liked the fact that Peter had been a prosecutor before working as a defense attorney. My case was a bit complicated, but after I got into the process, I did see that Peter made a great difference. When I was working out the consequences of my DUI, I saw that other people with the same BAC that I had were assigned to the nine-month program at OHS. In addition, the same people that were assigned to the 9-month OHS program were assigned 14 days of the Work Project Program - I would have lost a lot of income if I had been subjected to such lengthy programs ! I was given three months of OHS classes and only 4 days of the Work Projects Program. That is an amazing testament to Peter's skill !! Before my Arraignment, Peter indicated to me everything I needed to do to get a reduced sentence, and I did all of it. I didn't want to bug Peter too much while the case was in process, but I did waste some money on bail bonds because I hadn't contacted him... I could have been out on my own recognizance !!!! Peter will help you immensely; keep calling him about those minor details, he won't mind. He would prefer to do a great job for you. That is way his service is a great investment.

Peter was a guiding light for me during a very nerve wracking period. I received a misdemeanor and a potentially steep fine, and did not know where to turn. Peter came very highly recommended and was a real savior. He took total control of the case and made himself readily available at any time. He worked tirelessly to have the charges minimized to a much more acceptable fine with no other repercussions. Peter handled the whole case in the most professional and up front manner. If you are looking for a Lawyer that cares about you than the money. You should hire “Bubba Head “. I had hired another Attorney that gave me little to no hope of winning my case. After a pre- consultation with Mr. Head. He gave me free advice to help assist my Attorney. Upon realizing Mr. Head’s expertise. I decided to release my Attorney and hire him. Mr. Head went to bat for me and had my charges reduced to a lesser offense. Mr. Head is one of the hardest working Attorneys out there and he will work hard for you. You will not find a more experienced attorney who will get you the best possible outcome in your case than Bubba Head. A very well respected attorney in Atlanta referred me to him for my personal injury claim resulting from being rear ended in a car accident. My case was complicated and Bubba knew how to navigate through the multiple layers. Ultimately, Bubba wrote a masterful Holt demand letter that included all of the details of the incident and resulted in the company granting our full request. Besides being the most competent attorney you can hire he is the most compassionate attorney you will find. He understood the nature of my injuries as well as the associated stress of the accident and was supportive throughout the process of my recovery.

Peter worked with us over the course of several years as we sought desperately needed out of district placement for our two sons. Peter is extremely knowledgeable and deeply experienced. I had a very complicated case. A 1st degree felony with intent to deliver. My future looked bleak. I had almost given up as I had thought this was an impossible case and I would never receive an expungement. The courts, lawyers, judges, all told me no. Not Mr. Marain, he was up for the challenge. He was always available, understanding, empathetic, intelligent, and he knows law better than anyone else I had ever encountered. I spoke to Mr. Marain today on a PTC issue in Paterson. I was pleasently suprised on the time he spent with me going over my situation and offering the best possible outcomes he could foresee under the circumstances.

I contacted Joshua originally back in 2016 about a matter. He walked me through the process and met every goal he said he would. All I had to do was follow his lead. The bureaucracy thought they could try to take away my 2nd amendment rights because of some bogus charges brought against me due to local police trying to save themselves from embarrassment. Joshua was able to author a very specific and detailed letter to the state police that got my firearm rights restored. As far as I'm concerned there are no other 2A rights lawyers in the state that compare to Joshua and his staff. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was dumbfounded how quick and easy it was to make an appointment as well; other lawyers I called didn't even answer nor return my call after leaving a voicemail. Russ, Michelle and their office staff assisted me in resolving a complicated felony DWI case. Let me just say, this was the most stressful time of my entire life; when you have a pending legal charge, you spend every day in limbo- feeling scared and uneasy about what the future may or may not hold. I am unsure if I could have made it through those months without the help of their office. As a local business owner and single parent, my life was completely chaotic, even before this added stressor. Russ and Michelle were incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, reassuring and FAST; if I had any question, I could always just shoot over an email and expect a response within hours, sometimes minutes. They kept me informed and were completely honest about exactly what was happening and what I was to expect during the whole ordeal. I knew they were going to fight for my cause, and that they genuinely cared about what was going to happen to me. In the end, they were able to get me probation in a situation where I undoubtedly should have done at least some jail time. If you are skeptical about the price tag- don’t be. I regret ever hiring Soleymani Law Firm to represent me in my family law case. At the time, I was new to the legal system and trusted their promises that they would fight for me and my son. Unfortunately, their actions did not align with their words.
My initial consultation with Deborah Soleymani was full of assurances about how her firm would stand by me. However, once they took my $10,000 retainer, their level of service completely changed. The attorney assigned to my case, Emily Hetu, was unprofessional, lacked communication skills, and did not advocate for my son or me in any meaningful way. The worst part? She did not even show up for a crucial hearing. Instead, they sent a substitute attorney without any notice, leaving me completely unprepared and vulnerable in court. This attorney had no background on my case, did not defend me, and ultimately, because of their incompetence, I lost in court.
On top of their negligence, they managed to burn through my entire retainer in less than two months while doing minimal work. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to claim I still owed them money for a single hearing that cost me $10,000—an outrageous and unjustifiable fee for the lack of service provided.
This law firm lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic ethics. They do not fight for their clients; instead, they take advantage of people who are already in vulnerable legal situations. If you’re considering hiring them—DON’T. I wish I had read a review like this before wasting my time and money on them.

Where do I begin? This review should have happened a while ago.
Finding Mr. Meyer: Attorney Aaron Meyer was had to find. There are so many people out there that claim to be professional and good at their profession. Aaron didn’t stand out to me, simply because I knew nothing of how to gauge the ability of an attorney. However, with every round of choosing he remained at the top.
Initial Interaction: I explained my case and he knew exactly what to do. He wanted to attack it head on, before the case was referred. I didn’t listen and let the time slip away. Months later, the case was referred. I found myself back at his door… knocking.
He answered my call and “shook his finger at me”. It was well deserved. He then pushed that right under the bridge and began his work. The case would serious, and he treated it as such. Aaron turned on the turbos. He knew that time was not on our side.
Hiring Mr. Meyer: Mr. Meyer charged me an amount that was fair for the work that he did. Once we entered the 32 hearing, Mr. Meyer took the stage. He changed the authority of everyone. He made sure that they didn’t treat my freedom as a second thought. He also made them look at their methods of investigations, chain of custody, and how they viewed cases (not just mine). By the end of the 10 hour Article 32 Hearing, I felt very good about it. I did not anticipate them dismissing the case and a 17 page report, in my favor, written by the “judge”.
Conclusion: This man is an absolute monster in the courtroom. He put me in mind of Tom Cruise in A Few Good Men. I strongly recommend Attorney Aaron Meyer.

I was referred to Aaron Meyer Law by a longtime friend who used to work defense council with Aaron. He told me “I’ve never seen anyone advocate or litigate more aggressively for their clients in the courtroom than Aaron does, if I was in your shoes he’s the guy I’d trust to defend me”. Unfortunately my friends representation of AML’s capabilities was an UNDERSTATEMENT. Aaron fought tirelessly, methodically and zealously for me before, during and AFTER my case was dismissed altogether. With my back against the wall, my career and future in immediate jeopardy, and what was seemingly an insurmountable amount of evidence against me - Aaron not only prevailed but DESTROYED the opposing counsel, uncovering videos and documents (in my favor) I didn’t even know existed - while subtly making a complete mockery of their case against me. They put you through an inital intake process which is positive. I wanted a quick end to my divorce and was happy to compromise to make it happen. Our goals seemed to align.
Unfortunately this firm provided poor council during the first phone call with the attorney. Luckily this did not lead to a financial move that would have put me in violation of a court order. Later the attorney wanted me to provide documentary evidence he had previously advised against in an aparent 180. Such documentation was previously claimed to put me in legal liability. What can I believe?
Very disappointing.
Divorce is tough enough. I hired an attorney becuase I am no legal expert and I wanted a quick, mediated end to my marriage. Instead I get bad and changing advice. Plenty of good reviews of these guys. Hope I'm an outlier.

Dave took care of my expungement today. I contacted him 3 years ago when the situation took place. He told me everything I needed to do in order to make sure my expungement was successful.
