Yes, it actually feels good to have a worthy credit profile. I want to use this time to appreciate PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST for bringing me out of a bad credit report that made my life miserable. 6 years ago I had perfect credit but my life spiralled out of control and was left with 50k debt. I had no way of paying for it at that time. I have been rebuilding my life for the past few months and need to fix my credit. I had 50k debt combined. 6 closed accounts with "negative pay status" "Charged off as bad debt". 550 credit score. I paid 2 of the 6 accounts off recently but the remarks are still there and nothing about my status changed on said accounts. I called the office of Brian Vogel to ask a few questions on how to apply for a restricted license. I have not been convicted of the DUI in the court but the dmv has suspended my license for four months. Brian was not in his office at the time of my call. His assistant Liisa took 20 minutes out of her busy day to answer all my questions and help clarify everything. Brian Vogel is not my lawyer, but his assistant Liisa treated me like one of their own. I'm very thankful for the help and highly suggest Brian Vogel for anyone that has any problem with the law.

In the law enforcement profession, we hope to never have to need an attorney, but one night at 11pm when I arrived at work, I found an envelope in my mailbox indicating that my agency was investigating me. The first phone call I made was to the Legal Defense Fund, and as luck would have it, Attorney Gambaccini was the lawyer handling the emergency calls to the law firm at that time.
From that night on, Attorney Gambaccini was extremely helpful in offering a different perspective on the situation I was being investigated for. I believe that with his input and guidance at each step of the way, he helped me navigate through waters that proved to be extremely challenging at the time.
It turned out that the first investigation that Attorney Gambaccini helped navigate me through was just the beginning. Over the course of the next few months, I would come to depend upon Attorney Gambaccini's feedback and knowledge many, many more times.
Through the numerous (and I mean numerous) phone calls that the two of us had, Attorney Gambaccini listened like a friend and offered help as I needed an attorney to do. A year has passed since having to utilize Attorney Gambaccini's expertise, and since successfully helping me with with my ordeal, I can say that I still keep in contact with Andy. I was first introduced to Andy through the MPA's legal defense fund. I needed the assistance of an attorney with a civil service employment issue. Andy and his associates at Reardon, Joyce and Akerson worked tirelessly towards my case. Andy kept me up to date with constant communication. His knowledge of the law, particularly of the civil service process, was impressive. Even though I was just one of his many clients, I felt a level of personalization between he and I that made the whole ordeal more manageable. I would strongly encourage anyone questioning whether or not they should sign up for the legal defense to do so. You never know what life will throw at you next and having the legal defense fund makes that uncertainty more manageable. I would have never guessed that one day I would have needed the assistance of the legal defense, but I am glad I singed up for it.

Can’t say it with enough words on how thankful I am with Attorneys Mike Haber and Marc Morris. I was with the wrong people, at the wrong location, during the wrong time. Everything happened so fast; I ended up in the slammer with charges which could have left me behind bars for about 40 years.
I knew the only way to prove my innocents and show I have nothing to do with the operation; I had to hire an over the top, above average, bulldog lawyer. I hesitated to call anyone. I knew of lawyers that advertise everywhere, but I was concerned as to hire any lawyer who would want to charge me up endlessly and might not have the experience to duly represent me against a setup which I had not been involved.
I started googling legal terminology, and I saw a series of results from this website avvo.com and a couple of these results were answers to questions by Attorney Mike Haber. I was skeptical of both the website and the attorney. I did further research and found the validity of the website, and that Mr. Haber is licensed by the Florida Bar. It helped greatly to see Attorney Haber has much social media presence with numerous YouTube videos, which are very informative. I then felt assured this is the real deal and decided to call up Mike.
Mike runs a lean law practice, and therefore there are no runarounds through a receptionist or paralegal. He answers his cell phone, and when he doesn’t, it is because he is in court. Well, going back to the storyline, I called Mike, and from the initial call I was very much impressed how articulated, and knowledgeable this guy is on the matter. Over the phone, he sounded like a tough guy (which was what I was looking for). In person, boy you better be careful not to get a bite. As long, as you are on his side or at least not against him, you will be fine. In the initial call, he mentioned about bringing another lawyer on board, Attorney Marc Morris. Marc has an extensive background as he was a prosecutor. Two amazing lawyers equal much ammunition for the battle to show my innocence against the mammoth which wanted to drag me down.
This review is getting longer than expected, well to rush to the conclusion. I was released with no bail set with a ROR; the case still was pending because the prosecution did not want to budge to drop the charges, and right before the start of the speedy trial (which my attorneys requested), the attorneys endlessly dropped motions onto the prosecution. On the morning of the trial, the prosecution threw the towel, and the case was dismissed.
Here are some tips: these lawyers are not going to hold your hand, nor babysit you. They are actively defending your best interest and getting things done. Therefore, do not get in their way, and let them do their job. Remember they have a lean law practice, which in turn saves you much money.

Marc is always ready for war in the courtroom. After dealing with multiple issues, he fought aggressively until the charges were knocked out. I originally hired an incompetent lawyer after not doing much research, but I soon contacted Marc Morris and Mike Haber after seeing all of their amazing reviews to see if they could help with my sitaution. After first meeting them, I realized I needed to hire them and get rid of the other lawyer. Well that was the best decision I made, because not even 6 months later, all of the charges were dropped.
Marc even went out of his way to help me when I got myself into hot water by not taking his advice. He truly cares, and handles the situation as it was his own. He was able to do things in the courtroom that I never thought were possible.

Mr Morris. Is an incredible human being and lawyer, I got introduced to him as I was in high school as a little kid from friends getting in trouble during the very peak times for weston Sherrifs. As a kid I didn't understand exactly how everything worked and having my dad working outside of country and mom being mother of 3 and being able to help me with expense. But Mr.Morris explained everything in detail made sure I knew where I was headed and treated me like a long lost son. He will go through everything for you and fight till the end and is really honest and tells you how it is. He doesn't sugarcoat anything and really makes you trust him as your lawyer and friend. I personally don't know where my life would be if it wasn't for Marc Morris and how great and detail concentrated he is and incredible on how he holds his presence in a court room. Mr. Morris has not helped me with one or two but 3 cases and each one ended in dismissal or approval to be expunged. He even fought for my ex girlfriend and different people as my wrong doing and really amazed what an amazing lawyer he is. He has took me from being down and being completely wrong to safe my college career and future job. He will find a way to prove there was something wrong. To be utterly honest at first I thought he was very expensive or really just wanting to pull the money out of me . But in the end my whole perception was turned upside down. You get what you pay for and if you want to save your life your record and your future Marc Morris is the man you should hire. Mr. Morris didn't even pay me or ask me to do this review, in fact 4-5 years ago reviews mattered but Marc deserves way much more than just reviews. If you hire him you will definitely not be disapointed.

Back in 2018 I had an open case, and he was like a blessing! We fell in love with him instantly! And most importantly he took care of our issue in family court! Jennifer Watkins worked to get me the best possible outcome for a DUI charge. After a rough night, I felt ashamed and embarrassed. Danielle is a compassionate, caring and present family law attorney. She is responsive, timely and actually cares about the best interest of your child. Tami Mitchell is a life saver!!! I can say that because she saved my life.
I was falsely accused of numerous accounts of sexual assault in the military. I went to a courts-martial and was found guilty of several counts. Tami came recommended to handle my appeal. Once I spoke to her, I knew she was the lawyer for me. She read through the 1500+ page record of trial and presented a strong case for overturning my convictions. 18 months later, Tami’s excellent work paid off and my sexual assault convictions were overturned for factual insufficiency, which is the equivalent of an acquittal. I was able to get off the sex offender registration list.
My initial wrongful convictions caused additional legal issues for me, but Tami remained by my side each step of the way, assisting my appointed military counsel and other attorneys who were not familiar with the military justice process. Finally, after more than 5 years since my wrongful convictions, my family and I can finally get a good night's sleep, knowing our ordeal has finally concluded with positive results.
Tami's fees are very reasonable; she is worth every penny. Not only is Tami a great lawyer, she is a great person. As you can imagine, my life has been very stressful during this period. Our eviction case pushed Curt & his co-counsel team to their limits in every way, & they pulled through w/ flying colors. Our case, while practically over in our favor, instead of being a normally 1 month long UD, still lingers on after ~8 months not because of Curt, but because our opponent was ruled to be one of the most mean/obstructive Landlord attorneys out there, w/ over 20 years experience, & have an endless dirty playbook they launch against tenants which puts them at the top of the list of infamous, notorious Landlord attorneys- they are also a high volume Landlord side firm w/ HUGE resources & they do everything possible to bury & overwhelm their opponent, to run up costs & force missed response deadlines. For the first 4 mo, just to keep up w/ them, Curt had to dedicate his complete resources to our case (virtually shutting down his legal practice). Curt was able to get each of their mean legal tactic stricken down, & then, icing on the cake, got the judge to slap them w/ one of the largest (if not the largest) sanctions (penalties, like contempt of court) ever for their mean/obstructive behavior. Judges almost never give much sanctions, so Curt (& team) winning us that monster one was no small feat.
I was present at many of his most important court motion hearings in our case, and closely read through the endless court hearing and deposition transcripts, digesting his responses, counter arguments, & lines of questioning. I could go on endlessly about all the twists & turns that he had to overcome, but suffice it to say that given our case has pushed all the boundaries of UD law/process, he has demonstrated himself to me to be an extremely competent, legally knowledgeable, adept, tenacious, & caring lawyer (& person). He has great instincts w/ the SF civil Judges, depositions, and real-time litigation strategy. W/ Judges, he’s actually very respectful, takes allot of abuse, rides the line to stay on their good side and builds a solid history and rapport. In depos, he’s got amazing instincts.
His instincts to discover criminal/foul play in physical evidence were also very impressive. I was also amazed at how he can dig into and own all the endless facts of our extremely complex case. Most all other attorneys would just gloss it over, and ignore/miss key (even hidden) evidence.
He also great on client communications stuff, and is very open to client input & guidance when helpful, yet is always polite and frank when it is not. He is extremely respectful, and has almost zero ego/elitist trips of most lawyers. No games or angles… he’s a strait shooter!
He knows his court procedure pretty well, and is a tenacious fighter. When it comes to fighting the most notorious landlord firms, he only takes clients that are willing (and able) to go all the way to jury trial, and we wanted a firm that had effectively scrapped w/ them before, and could handle jury trial. I had interviewed literally dozens of top notch attorneys (most billing $300 - $450/hr, and many were obvious rip offs, looking to take as much $ as possible, and don’t care about results), and even the most experienced in SF UD cases (e.g., 15-20+ yrs exp) had only gone to jury trial once, and the rest had no jury trial experience, just doing some bench trials, which is no good for the bogus nuisance UD case maliciously slapped on us. He has close co-counsel associates who fill in gaps where his is practice not as strong. In our case, he teamed up w/ Marc Branco to shore up UD law practice. So, that combined w/ his jury trial experience (and their hunger to kick their butt), is what sold me on their ‘dynamic duo’ to go up against them. His criminal law experience was very pertinent to our very (fact driven) nuisance UD case, and he’s adept at picking apart (hostile) witnesses an triangulating to converge on favorable facts to the case.
So, in sum, I can vouch that Curt (& team) are very competent re UD legal practice, highly ethical, they get results.

Definitely would not recommend using Judge Amy Pellman for mediation services. She was incredibly biased from the start and made an unprofessional comment within 10 minutes of the session starting. Should’ve ended it there instead of wasting an entire day making zero progress on any kind of settlement. She was only interested in assisting one side on their goals, and did not advocate for me on any points. She might’ve been a great judge but clearly needs some more experience in mediation, where the purpose is to try and reach an agreement between both parties- not decide who she thinks is right and pursue their interests only. We hired another mediator after this failed session and had immediate success with them.
