Dillon Smith as a fantastic attorney. He represented me in a civil trial recently. If not for him I would have lost the case and I could have also potentially ended up going to jail because of the accusations someone else had been claiming about me. I interviewed two other attorneys before deciding to hire Mr. Smith. He seemed the most knowledgeable on the subject matter in the particular area of law that I needed representation for. He won the case for me and the petitioner didn't stand a chance. During the hearing, the petitioner put on a full dog and pony show, The judge was very biased towards me as well (perhaps I reminded her of someone she doesn't like or she was buying into the petitioners entire act) However, Mr. Smith was extremely professional and stuck to the facts of the case - as well as pointing out the lack of solid evidence - and in the end we prevailed. Had we not won, I could have also suffered financial loss due the petitioners claims. I am very thankful for Mr. Smiths help. He is a remarkably talented and top notch attorney. He is also a terrific human being. He sincerely cares about his clients. He went the extra mile for me, putting in lots of leg work and thoroughly researching every part of the case in order to reach the outcome I was hoping for. I highly recommend him. Ten stars!

Dealing with courts, cops, lawyers, judges etc. can be a scary situation, but Mr. Smith provided me with some relief as I could tell right away that he knew what he was talking about, and was invested in me as a client AND an individual. Mike has done legal work for me both personally and for each of my past three businesses over the last 15 years. He has helped me with employment related issues, purchasing and selling my companies, disputes, as well as general corporate legal work. He has always been there for me through both good times and bad. He is extremely responsive and thorough. He knows not only Wisconsin employment law almost better than anyone, but is also a great litigator/negotiator. His firm has also attracted several like minded individuals with legal skills and experience that compliment Mike's own expertise. In late 2014 I decided, along with two partners, to start a small business developing smartphone applications for Android and Apple devices. My partners and I decided to move from brainstorm to business after we realized we could be making money on our fun side coding projects. We quickly found out that having an idea for a business is much different than actually forming a business.
We approached Mike with questions on what it takes to form an LLC in Wisconsin. Mike was generous with his time, knowledge and advice. We found out we needed much more than the simple LLC documents. Over the course of a number of meetings, Mike and his knowledgeable and qualified attorneys walked us through all of the legal considerations involved in starting a business with partners.
Mike’s firm drafted our Operating Agreement, LLC paperwork and anything else that was involved with making our business official. Mike was available to answer any questions we had during the process and continues to be there for counsel during our opening months.
In our first year of business, we have found ourselves coming back to Mike again and again for advice on matters we would have never thought we would’ve needed an attorney for. Anything from contract drafting and negotiation to advice on how to handle our competition; Mike and the lawyers at his firm have been available and indispensable.

Talbot refused to take my case when Ben was under him. Ben saw my case and called me 3 days later and he took my case and won. I was a scared 21 year old and he made me feel okay with the whole process. He told me from day 1 that the insurance had 3 years before court and it would take them almost 3 years to agree to settle. He was honest and compassionate. I would hire him again if I ever needed his help.

I really liked talking with Euell. I Don't like dealing with legal issues at all I was very stressed out over my problem. Talking with Euell was calming and I felt Euell and the staff would stay on top of what needed to happen. Euell and the staff at livelihood law kept up regular communications with me. Euell’s approach to my case, seamed outside the box to me, not being a lawyer. This was instrumental though, in setting outside of court. I’m leaving feeling vindicated, I’m a case that was an uphill battle.
Although it’s never easy to lose a job. I was devastated to lose a job of 15 years, and second in seniority. Euell definitely gave me a since of not feeling hopeless. Yet was still being realistic with possible outcomes.
In the end, Euell was able to provide a favorable outcome for me. By keeping pressure on the opposing counsel and my former employer. I would not play poker with this man!

I used Euell with a workplace harassment and retaliation case. With Euell's wonderful assistance I was able to negotiate an outcome that exceeded my expectations. My situation was unusual as I had not been terminated, but had an open EEOC/CCRC case and Euell was able to hop right in and assist me with my case.

He's one of the greatest. Mr. Perry has an amount of knowledge that can only be gained through decades of experience. we are talking about a guy that likes to win, and hes damn good at it too. He has this sense about him, so precise down to the littlest details. If I could give Josh 10 stars I would!
My case started with a late night email of desperation. To my surprise I awoke to an email response the following morning empathizing with my situation and requesting a time to talk. When I called, Josh had already discussed my situation with his colleagues and they were poised to gather the additional necessary information from me as well as provide education about the legal principles that applied to my particular situation. I could not have been more impressed. Josh explained exactly WHAT he intended to do, and the outcome he hoped could be achieved as well as each scenario in between. He was forthcoming about how the firm billed, and offered solutions that resulted in no cost to me. Honestly I thought it all sounded too good to be true... but it only continued to get BETTER.
Josh answered emails any time of day and kept me abreast of everything going on behind the scenes, he even called me outside of typical business hours. Josh approached the other party in my case with civility and solutions versus aggression and hostility. I formally worked as a young professional in high-level management roles, the most recent being a combined role as a Senior Director of Operations and a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA). I contracted a severe, life altering illness (listeriosis) as a result of food poisoning. It caused permanent brain damage resulting in significant, lasting deficits that ended my former career. To be brutally honest, the effects have been utterly devastating. However, I am so thankful to Eric and his colleagues at PritzkerOlsen.
