We went to Mr. Dekle with a personal injury case. He was very honest from the start saying personal injury is a very hard case to win. However, he fervently went to work for us. He researched our case, found expert witnesses, and dedicated himself to winning us a judgement . It took over two years to settle our case, Mr. Dekle kept us updated and informed all the way through.

First, I would like to say that I am an attorney myself. A former colleague of mine recommended Mr. Baruch. From the first consultation up through the end of the case I could not have wished for better representation. Mr. Baruch is sharp, a creative thinker, and knows the law inside and out. He is a fighter, and was an excellent advocate for me. He was also compassionate and attuned to my specific needs and issues. He is a straight shooter. I first hired Mr. Rowe in 2015 for a business incorporation and the drafting of some business agreements for our medical group. I have been extremely happy with his services, and have continued to use him ever since.
On one recent very serious matter, we hired Mr. Rowe to defend us in some very contentious litigation. He continually kept us informed as to the status of our case and stayed in contact with us throughout the matter, always available to take calls at the office and quickly responding to any emails. With Mr. Rowe's guidance on our case, not only were we able to resolve it in our favor, but we turned the tide on the opposing party and they ended up having to pay back our attorney fees for the case.

I contacted Jacob after the salesman who sold me my car at my local Mercedes-Benz dealership recommended that I contact a lemon law attorney. My 2023 Mercedes AMG C43 gave me nothing but trouble: the check engine light came on very frequently, and my car was in the shop every other month. Most recently, the car had been in for a full four weeks (28 days exactly) after having to be towed. I received no updates from the dealership during that one-month period. Furthermore, every time the car went in for extra service, I had to fight the dealership for a loaner car, which was highly stressful and angering. To make matters worse, I had opted for a C43 after briefly driving an EQS 580 I strongly disliked that I had received as a result of an error that Mercedes made when I had actually ordered a different car that had arrived in the wrong interior color. So I was massively overpaying for a faulty C-class vehicle, adding insult to injury.
Jacob told me he was confident that by sending a demand letter to Mercedes, he could get me out of my overpriced C43 lease, but he didn't think I would recover much additional money. To our delight, I not only got out of my lease but was reimbursed for all of my lease payments. I was able to put some of that money toward an electric BMW that I am now leasing for a small fraction of what I was overpaying for the lemon Mercedes.
Jacob was highly responsive to emails and texts, and it was easy to get a hold of staff at his office. His employees were friendly and attentive, and the process was very streamlined, making things easy for me. I never had to go to the office in-person. I am incredibly grateful to Jacob and his staff for helping to make things right for me. I would highly recommend Jacob and his team to others looking for a fair resolution to lemon vehicle woes.

Attorney Darrell Robinson was not only my ex-husband, but he was a great attorney. He has actually represented me on two civil cases and I received a verdict in my favor both times. Wow! We met by coincidence and he was the very man that I needed. He is naturally confident and assertive for one thing, like most attorneys I’ve seen, but he is just the same on the floor: telling qualities of a master at his craft. I am a natural skeptic, so I appreciated most his knowledge of the law and my rights; but, his forthright honesty about the outcome is what earned my immediate respect. More to the point, remember the saying, “He acts as his own lawyer, and has a fool for a client?” I was that guy. I also witnessed the day of my sentencing, slack jawed and horrified, what happens to that guy, for a jailable offense; with the right judge, on the wrong day *cringe.* Then I witnessed, immediately afterwards, what happens when you have a good attorney...... Good defense, good results. THEN, there was us. Attorney Robinson is respected, connected and downright brilliant. Ten minutes in, I was out - free to cry myself all the way to bible study, having been both blessedly unburdened and deeply humbled. Unbelievable. I rest my case.

When a member of our immediate family called us from jail, we were completely bewildered and didn't know where to turn. Not only was this our first experience with the criminal justice system, but our family member was out of state. We didn't know any lawyers in Georgia, but after an exhaustive search, we were very fortunate to find Tom Church.
Tom was with us every step of the way, beginning with successfully obtaining bail, and concluding with a positive result and no jail time. Needless to say, we are all relieved and grateful!

Tom Church gave me my life back! I was convicted of a very serious crime almost four years ago that would have resulted in a lifelong hardship and very little chance of living a normal life of any kind. With little hope, I contacted Mr. Church to see if there was ANYTHING he could do to make my life just a little less painful. Without hesitation, he knew exactly how to handle my situation. Tom quickly wrote up a motion, set a hearing date, and successfully had my original conviction withdrawn and changed to a lesser charge. The new charge allowed me to have first offender, meaning after probation all charges would be expunged and my records sealed. Next, he filed a motion to have my probation sentence terminated early. Tom found a way to have my case heard virtually, even with the COVID restrictions. While in court, Tom knocked it out of the park. His outstanding work and line of questioning quickly convinced the judge to terminate my ten-year probation after serving less than four years. The judge and ADA were so impressed with his professionalism that they took a significant amount of time out of my hearing to personally thank him and even encouraged him to handle more cases in my county! Thanks to Tom I now have a promising future and a CLEAN RECORD. Tom answered every one of my emails promptly and truly cared about my case and my endless questions. Even after his work with me was done, Tom continued to help me with lingering issues that were far beyond the scope of our contract. You cannot do better than Tom Church if you find yourself in a hopeless legal situation. No need to keep searching for the right attorney, Tom is as good as it gets. I recently experienced age-related discrimination that led to a mental breakdown. I was placed on short -term disability and now I am transitioning to long-term disability. With this new employer, I became the top salesman in a very short period of time. My customer service skills are stellar. I had so many 5 star yelp reviews I lost count. This was in spite of the difficulties I endured during my tenure working for a business owner who, initially, was kind. Then saidowner quickly turned into the type of employer you have nightmares about. To make a long story short I was let go after a few months. I was shocked,
Saddened, stressed. What do i do now, I have bills, rent . It was just a terrible time. The reason I was given for my termination made absolutely no sense. We had more business than we could handle. Needless to say, I was lost. I was so upset about the circumstances. Thinking, why let me go when I was the Top salesman? Then I saw an ad for my replacement, immediately the next day that totally contradicted what I was told was the reason for my termination. At that point I felt I need to obtain legal advice. I found myself in desperate need of a lawyer after I was sexually assaulted by a coworker/long time friend of mine. Every avenue I had gone through to hold him accountable led nowhere. Dan is the Man (as an Attorney)! Plain and simple. I had two city charges (DV and Resisting Arrest) against me that was ongoing with another defense Attorney. The prosecution was absolutely stagnant for nearly 2 years, and I did not believe our initial Attorney was a good fit anymore to get the job done. A family member recommended Dan Fiorito instead. I switched to Dan mid-prosecution. He took over and shortly thereafter got the DV charge officially dismissed. I then took the Resisting Arrest charge to trial and Dan won my case after a full 3-day trial. His courtroom skill was levels above that of the City Prosecutor. The Jury unanimously acquitted me, believing in Dan's convincing arguments over our opposition. I plan to seek Dan's help in pursuing a Civil action against the city as well.

In our situation Katie assisted with a very complex employment discrimination matter with a lot of moving parts.
