She does not make you feel rushed, nor does she judge you. She is upfront and honest, which is a rare quality in anyone these days. If something was beyond her scope or not her expertise, she was completely honest and told us immediately.
Natasha put the client first and does not want to waste their time or money. If there was something she thought we could do ourselves, she told us. She would happily help us, but gave us the option to do it ourselves if it was something fairly simple, but if we felt it was more than we could handle she made it clear she would handle it for us. Owned two properties:
Investment property in foreclosure a couple of years and eventually Mr. Montalvo negotiated a release and waiver of deficiency.
Primary Home:
Defended the foreclosure tried to obtain a modification was denied 4 times ended up going to trial lost the trial. Entered a Chapter 13 Plan under the new loan modification programs was able to obtain a loan modification with forgiveness of principal and eventually got out of Bankruptcy as we accomplished our main mission of obtaining a modification.

I searched the web for an attorney as I had no referrals. Hired this attorney for an aggressive debt collector that had incorrectly reported to credit report and was calling continually, violating several laws. He was able to quickly resolve the issue and represent me in the court case. He thoroughly understands and defends consumer rights against these companies that will try to bully you while they knowingly violate laws, and I had utmost confidence in his handling he case. We hired Eleni Pantaridis after consulting with three other law firms. Eleni set an in person consultation with us at our request, convenience and a location that we requested. She was prompt, professional and very friendly at our first meeting. We explained the problem we were having with our mortgage company. They were saying we were late on payments as well as missing a payment. We showed Eleni all payments made through online banking from the inception of the mortgage to present. They are destroying our credit. We explained we have tried repeatedly for 90 days to get it resolved, and we were not successful. Eleni explained what needed be done, the steps she would take and gave us her hourly rate and we hired her immediately.
She immediately started to work for us. She has kept us informed every step of the way. We are still working on trying to resolve the matter without filing a lawsuit, but I am very confident that we will prevail with Eleni representing us.
